Scott Hanis is the founder and CEO of Fortitude HR Solutions, with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration / Management degree from Baldwin Wallace University.
His focus is in successfully merging newly acquired companies, through due diligence, plant and talent assessments, and transition and integration planning. He has successfully led multiple turnarounds and organizational development successes during his career. Scott has overseen the Human Resources operations for over 1100 employees. He most recently worked for a Private Equity firm as the Vice President of Human Resources, focused on leading another turnaround.
