Hello! I'm Daniela Galdi, the host of Still Standing Podcast, Founder of Still Standing Together, and your biggest fan. Still Standing Podcast is a part of my mission of providing accessible resources on self-help. Through my own journey of maintaining and prioritizing my mental health, I have developed an ongoing toolkit to use in the face of internal and external adversity. I am determined to share every strategy and approach I've learned and the people who help support others with their practices and lessons. Still Standing Podcast was created with the intention to provide actionable tools, inspiring breakthroughs, and real experience to help us all continue to get back on our feet over and over again. With every episode, we hope you'll uncover reflective and motivational connections within yourself and with others through our guest interviews and mindful moments with Daniela. We aim to support you with coping tools, empowerment support, and stories of hope to progress forward and thrive in your self-Improvement & mental health. 2021 Episodes are released every Saturday morning at 9am EST.
