The Washdown Podcast was started with the purpose of raising mental health awareness for First Responders (Firefighters, Ems, Law Enforcement) and Military members. They are trying to do our part to remove the stigma and encourage others like them to get help and be healthy by sharing stories of those who have gone through those rough times and came out the other side.
