This week Ben, Jeff and Leo are still toking with the Firefighter's of The Washdown Podcast!   The Washdown Podcast was started with the purpose of raising mental health awareness for First Responders (Firefighters, Ems, Law Enforcement) and Military members. They are trying to do our part to remove the stigma and encourage others like them to get help and be healthy by sharing stories of those who have gone through those rough times and came out the other side. The Washdown Podcast is hosted by, Jeremy Greene, a 17 year firefighter, Chris Nelson a 17 year firefighter and medic, and James Moran also a firefighter and medic for 5 years.
