Today’s episode? It’s not just a mic-drop—it’s a soul shake.

We’re wrapping up the Self-Sabotage Series by cracking open the one pattern that’s been quietly running your life: emotional eating.

You say you want to lose weight. You say you want more energy. But if you're stuffing stress with Cheetos and chasing the news with wine, your brain’s in self-protection mode—not sabotage. Wild, right?

In this episode, I’m giving you the real reason your eating feels out of control—and spoiler alert—it’s not about food. It’s about your emotions. More specifically: how you’ve never been taught to process them like the grown woman you are.

No shame, no judgment—just a powerful reframe and a super simple 3-step plan to get you back in the driver’s seat of your life and your weight loss.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

  • Why emotional eating isn’t about willpower (and never was)

  • How the world’s chaos is secretly hijacking your hunger

  • The dirty little secret about self-sabotage no one’s talking about

  • My 3-step Stress Eating Recovery Plan to process emotions like a boss

  • How to stop numbing your life and start living it

Whether your self-sabotage looks like popcorn binges, perfectionism, or workaholism, this episode is your wake-up call.
