Hey there, this is a guided meditation for when
you're feeling stuck.
We all feel stuck sometimes, soI'm hoping this will help
create some space so that youcan move forward.

So that you can move forward.
So, when you're ready, find acomfortable position, either
sitting or lying down, and allowyour body to settle, invite the

space and allow yourself torelax, and then gently close
your eyes if that feels safe.
Nothing to do, just breathe.

Take a slow, deep breath inthrough your nose and exhale
slowly out through your mouth,allowing your shoulders to drop

Again, inhaling gently, fillingyour belly, and release, feel
the weight of your body,supported by the ground beneath
you.

There's nothing to fix rightnow.
Nowhere to be, but here.

Bring your attention inward,without judgment, and I want you
simply to notice what comes upfor you when I ask you what does
stuck feel like for you today?

Is it tightness, restlessness,stillness?

What does stuck feel like foryou today?
Just notice no need to changeit.
Let it speak to you like amessenger, a whisper that says

Imagine a little more roomaround whatever feels stuck.
Imagine space expanding gentlyaround it.
If your thoughts are tangled,imagine them loosening like

threads in warm water.
Breathe into this toughness,not to push it away, but to
cradle it with compassion.

Sometimes the thing we'reresisting just wants to be
acknowledged.
Keep imagining space in theseplaces.

Stuck is just a story.
