Let's take a moment to settleinto a comfortable position,
either seated with your spinelong or lying down, and allow
your hands to rest gently onyour lap or by your sides and,
when you're ready, softly closeyour eyes.
Let's begin by bringing yourawareness to your breath.

No need to change anything,just notice the inhale and the
exhale.
Exhale, allow your body to feelsupported by the surface

Now take a deep breath inthrough your nose, hold for a
moment at the top and exhaleslowly through your mouth.
Once again, inhale deeply, holdand exhale slowly.

We're going to begin with abreath pattern to release any

We're going to use a 4, four,six breath pattern Inhaling
through the nose for four,holding for four and then
exhaling gently through themouth for six.

Let's do this together,inhaling one, two, three, four,
holding two, three, four.
Exhale two, three, four, fiveand six.
We're going to repeat thiscycle for four more rounds
Inhaling one, two, three, four.

Let's do it twice more byyourself, and as you breathe out

And exhale 2, three, four, five, six.

Now we'll shift to a three-partenergizing breath.
So we're going to inhale threeshort sniffs through the nose
Sniff, sniff, sniff and thenwe're going to exhale one slow
breath through the mouth.
This stimulates energy andopens your body to receiving.

We're going to inhale throughthe nose by going sniff, sniff,
sniff, and then exhale slowlywith an ah Again Ah, ah, ah, ah,

Continue this for about oneminute at your own pace.
Allow your chest to expandfully.
Let each breath awaken yourbody.

Feel the energy building You'reopening to abundance.
