Hey there.
In today's meditation, we'regonna step into the art of
dreaming, not just with ourminds, but with our energy.
You'll be invited to imagine, tofeel, and to create a vision
board, whether physically orsimply in your mind's eye, that

reflects your deepest desiresand highest possibilities.
This is your time to expandbeyond limits, to dream without
boundaries, without needing toknow the how, and to simply
reconnect with the part of youthat still believes that

(01:08):
anything is possible.
So when you're ready, find acomfortable position, close your
eyes, and take a slow deepbreath in.
And then let it go.

(01:32):
Let the noise settle.
Invite the stillness to rise.
With your next breath, imagineyourself standing in a vast open

(01:53):
space, a blank canvas thatstretches infinitely in every
direction.
It might be pure white, mighthave golden light or soft colors
of dawn.
It might be rough or shiny.

(02:17):
Whatever feels right, let itappear.
Now before you a table begins totake shape.
And on this table are images andwords, colors and shapes and

textures, all waiting for you tocreate.
This is your vision board, theenergetic blueprint of your next
chapter.

(03:02):
Now imagine yourself gentlyreaching for the first image
that appears.
What is it?
A place you'd love to visit, afeeling you long to embody.
Notice the colors, feel itstexture, see it clearly.

(03:30):
Now imagine yourself picking itup and feeling it in your hands
and placing it on your boardwith intention.
Next, a word floats toward you.

(03:51):
Perhaps freedom or love, flow,abundance, peace, creativity,
expansion.
Whatever it is, take a momentand allow that word to float

(04:12):
toward you.
And let it land softly on yourboard.
Breathe that word in.
Let it fill your body with itsfrequency.

(04:40):
One by one, images and wordscontinue to appear.
Moments, symbols, faces,feelings, dreams, possibilities.
There's no need to force orplan.

(05:04):
There are no right or wronganswers.
Simply allow what wants toemerge to come forward.
You might see your ideal home ora joyful collaboration, maybe

(05:26):
radiant health or creativefulfillment, or deep connection.
You might feel laughter or ease,lightness, or belonging.
Allow yourself to see and feel.

(05:50):
And as your vision board fills,notice how it glows.
It's alive with energy.
This is not a wish list.
It's a mirror of your highestvibration, a reflection of your

(06:14):
values, of how you want to be inthis world, of who you are
becoming.
Now imagine yourself steppingback and looking at your

(06:35):
creation.
Breathe in the energy of it.
Notice how it feels in yourbody.
Where the excitement stirs andwhere gratitude expands.
Allow every cell in your body toalign with his frequency.

(07:09):
If it feels right to place yourhand on your heart or your
belly, or place your handstogether, then go ahead and do
so.
As you repeat silently toyourself, I am open to infinite

(07:31):
possibilities.
I am co-creating with the energyof life itself.
What I imagine, I begin to livein this moment.

(08:02):
Slowly take one more deep breathin, and as you exhale, let your
board dissolve into light,knowing that it now lives within
you.

(08:23):
You created it and you canreturn to it any time in your
mind's eye, in your journal, oron your wall, but its energy is
now already in motion.

(08:46):
You have planted seeds ofvision.
You have spoken the language ofpossibility.
Now trust that the universe isresponding in kind.

(09:16):
Stay open and be ready toreceive.
I'm gonna count backwards fromfive, four, three, two, and one.

Go ahead and open your eyes andcarry the feeling of this
creative spark into your world.
