Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey there.
Today's guided meditation andvisualization is designed to
help you move through emotionalheaviness, whether it's stress,
sadness, uncertainty or simplythe weight of being human.
We'll begin in the midst of astorm, the sound, the feeling,

(00:21):
the darkness, and then, littleby little, we will travel
together with the rain as itlightens, until the clouds part,
the sun breaks through and arainbow reveals itself.
The imagery in the meditationis meant to mirror life itself
the cycles of dark and light, ofheaviness and relief, of

(00:41):
uncertainty and clarity.
It's a reminder that both arenecessary and that
transformation often begins inthe places that we least expect.
So if you're feeling weigheddown, unsettled or simply
seeking a moment of peace, thisis for you.
Let the rain come and trustthat the light will follow.

(01:04):
Let's begin, find a comfortableposition, sitting down or lying
down, and, when you're ready, gently close your eyes and draw

(01:24):
your attention to your breath, inhaling and exhaling, letting
the outside world gently fadefor a moment as we journey
inward together.
Imagine yourself standing in themiddle of a vast open field.

(01:48):
The sky above you is dark andheavy.
Thick gray clouds swirloverhead and a low rumble of
thunder echoes in the distance.
You feel the first drops ofrain begin to fall, cool against

(02:08):
your skin.
The wind picks up and the rainintensifies, beating down in
sheets, now soaking the earthbeneath your feet.
You are not afraid.
You are safe.
Let this storm represent theweight you've been carrying the

(02:36):
sadness, confusion, fear orfatigue.
Let it all fall with the rain.
Let it drench the soil aroundyou, let the ground receive it.

(02:59):
Now, breathe into this moment, inhale and exhale.
There's a strange kind ofcomfort in this storm.
It reminds you that nature, like life, moves in cycles, that

(03:25):
darkness is not wrong.
Life moves in cycles.
The darkness is not wrong.
Darkness is not forever.
Darkness is simply one half ofthe whole.

(03:50):
Now, with each breath, the rainbegins to lighten little by
little.
You hear it.
First, the drumbeat of rain onthe leaves is softening, you
feel it.
Next, the drops grow warmer andgentler.
You see it last.

(04:14):
The clouds begin to thin, lightning from charcoal to dove
gray.
You notice your breath becomingeasier now and deeper.
There's a freshness as thefield around you begins to

(04:40):
shimmer with fresh life.
You notice the glint of dew onblades of grass.
The scent of rain-soaked earthrises around you.
Rich, clean, new Breathe inpossibility and exhale what's no

(05:11):
longer needed.
And then something shifts.
A sliver of light breaksthrough the clouds.
You feel it first on your facethe warmth of the sun returning

(05:34):
Golden light spills slowlyacross the landscape, touching
the tops of trees, kissingpuddles with shimmering
reflections, and then, as if thesky itself is taking a breath,
a rainbow arcs across theheavens, vibrant, whole,

(06:01):
complete a bridge between whatwas and what is becoming, a
symbol of duality, oftransformation, of hope.
Allow your breath to move inharmony with the light.

(06:28):
Inhale I welcome the light.
Inhale I am whole.

(06:49):
Exhale I am becoming.
Now the clouds are drifting awaycompletely, making way for a
sky that is vast and blue.
Above you, the air is quiet, still and open.

(07:17):
Notice how the contrast of thestorm made this peace even
sweeter.
Remember that both the stormand the sunlight are part of

(07:37):
life's design.
We are meant to feel it all.
We get to feel it all.
How fortunate are we to live onthis beautiful earth.

(08:01):
Pause here and rest in thismoment.
Breathe in the beauty, breathein the lightness, let it fill
your chest, your limbs, yourbody and your mind.

(08:24):
Your heart sings like the birdsthat have returned in the sun

(08:51):
and, as we begin to close, carrythis knowing with you that you
can weather any storm, that nodarkness lasts forever, that
there is always light waiting tobreak through and sometimes, in
its wake, a rainbow.

(09:11):
Begin to bring movement backinto your body.
Notice the groundedness and thelightness that you feel, the

(09:32):
duality of feeling grounded butlight.
Wiggle your fingers and yourtoes, roll your shoulders and,
when you're ready, gently openyour eyes.

(09:54):
Welcome back, namaste.
My friends, be well.
