So find yourself somewherecomfortable and allow your body
to just survive and settle.

Comes from you.
Feel its weight.
Feel its warmth in your palm.
Feel the meaning that itcarries.

This is your reminder that you are already
becoming the person who can sayyes.

doorway.

Intentionally, without fear,without knowing.
Just feel the energy shift.
Feel your body expand.
