Let us know what you enjoy about the show!

Life is full of transitionsโ€”some chosen, some unexpected. Fresh starts can feel both exciting and overwhelming, and often we forget to pause long enough to honor the shift.

This guided meditation will help you release what no longer serves you, carry forward the wisdom of whatโ€™s behind you, and gently step into what lies ahead. Through mindful breathing and visualization, youโ€™ll plant the seed of your intention and reconnect with the power of presence.

Take this time to remind yourself:
ย โœจ Every ending holds a beginning.
ย โœจ Every transition is an invitation to grow.
ย โœจ You always have the choice to begin again.

ending is the seed of abeginning and, with every
beginning, the wisdom of whathas come before.
Find yourself somewherecomfortable to sit quietly for a
moment and, when you're ready, take a deep breath in through

(00:47):
your nose, hold gently at thetop and exhale through your
mouth, releasing any heavinessyou've been carrying Again,
inhaling possibility, againinhaling possibility and

(01:14):
exhaling what no longer servesyou.
Now I want you to imagineyourself standing at the
threshold of a doorway.
Behind you is the space you'vejust left your past, your
memories, your growth and aheadof you is a wide, open landscape

(01:37):
bathed in soft morning light.
This is your fresh start.
Step into that light gently.
Notice the air clean, clear, spacious filling your lungs.

(02:16):
With each breath.
You are arriving more fullyinto this new space, this new
chapter, this fresh beginning.

(02:37):
As you walk forward, bring tomind one lesson, one gift from
what you've just transitionedout of.
Acknowledge it and thank it,and allow it to walk beside you,

(02:59):
not as a weight but as wisdomthat you now carry forward.
Now, in this open space, beforeyou, imagine planting a seed.

(03:19):
The seed holds your intentionfor this new beginning.
It might be clarity, maybe it'scourage, or peace, or joy.

(03:40):
Whatever arises for you in thismoment, trust it and see
yourself gently pressing it intothe soil.
This new seed.
Feel the earth, cradle it withcare, feel the intention.

(04:03):
Be one with the moment Plantinga seed, new beginning, whatever
you want it to be.

(04:23):
With every inhale, you arenourishing this seed with
possibility and with everyexhale, you are letting go of
doubt.
You don't need to know exactlyhow or when it will grow.

(04:48):
Your only task is to remainpresent, to keep tending and to
allow Rest here for a fewbreaths, letting your body and

(05:14):
mind soften.
Soften into the truth thatfresh starts don't require
perfection.
They only require presence.
Only require presence.

(05:59):
Take some time here to meditateon this Gently breathing, feel
the spaciousness, thegroundedness and, when you're
ready, bring your hands gentlyto your heart and whisper to

(06:20):
yourself I honor what has been,I welcome what is to come.
Welcome what is to come.
I choose to begin again Rightnow, in this moment.

(06:56):
