Hey there, today's meditation is a guided
visualization which is designedto help you create space.
Create space for clarity andpossibility by connecting with
your future self.
We'll begin by opening windowsto invite in fresh air and light

the doors around you, each onerepresenting a potential path
forward.
You'll be invited to choose adoor and step through, where
you'll meet your future self andreceive a message of guidance
or reassurance.
So, when you're ready, find acomfortable position seated or

lying down and gently close youreyes and allow your body to
begin softening into stillness.

Take a deep breath in throughyour nose and sigh it out

through your mouth on the exhaleOne more time, inhaling fresh
air and exhaling any tension,any weight that you don't need
to carry right now.
Allow your breath to find itsnatural rhythm, steady and calm.

Now I want you to imagine,imagine yourself standing in a
quiet, safe room.
This is your space peaceful,filled with possibility.

Imagine that the windows areclosed and, with each breath,
picture yourself moving to themone by one.

As you gently open the firstwindow, fresh air rushes in cool

Open another, and then another,and again another until the

each one is unique differentcolor, a different shape, a

Some may feel more familiar andothers mysterious.
Notice how your body respondsas you look at them.

Which one of these doors sparkscuriosity?
Which one feels alive withpossibility?
When you're ready, allowyourself to walk toward the door

that calls to you most stronglyin this moment.
There's no best choice here.
There's no wrong or rightchoice here.
Simply listen and be guided byyour intuition, allowing

yourself to walk slowly towardthe door that calls to you the
most strongly, that calls to youthe most strongly.
Rest your hand on the handleand take a breath and, on the
exhale, gently open it.

Step through.
On the other side, you findyourself in a space where your
future self is waiting.
This is you, maybe six monthsfrom now, or a year or even more

Notice how future self stands,how they carry themselves.
See the ease in theirexpression and the light in

It may come as words, as images, as feelings or sensations, or
