Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey there, wherever you are right now, this is an
invitation to take a moment toget comfortable, to allow your
body to settle, your shouldersto drop and your breath to
deepen.
Today's meditation is formoments when you want to gently

(00:25):
awaken your creativity, to feelthe warmth of inspiration and
the excitement of possibility.
It's a beautiful way to startyour week, to center yourself
before work or to reset beforebeginning a creative project.

(00:47):
There's nothing to force here,no deadlines, no pressure Again,
just an open invitation to meetthe spark that already lives
within you.
Let's start by groundingourselves with three slow
breaths In through your nose andout through your mouth.

(01:13):
Again in through your nose andout through your mouth.
One more time, breathing inpossibility and releasing

(01:36):
anything you don't need rightnow.
Let's bring our attention tothe crown of your head and
slowly scan down through yourbody, relaxing your forehead,
your jaw, your neck and yourshoulders.

(01:58):
Feel the weight of your arms, the rise and fall of your chest,
the grounding of your arms, therise and fall of your chest,
the grounding of your hips andlegs, all the way down to the

(02:19):
soles of your feet.
If you've been sitting and itfeels right, then go ahead and
keep sitting.
If you're lying down, that'sokay, and if you'd rather stand,
then go ahead and stand.
This is your moment to adjustyour position so that you can
fully benefit from thismeditation, whatever's best for

(02:39):
you.
And I want you again to feelthe weight of your arms, the
rise and fall of your chest, thegrounding of your hips and legs
, all the way down to the solesof your feet, as your mind

(03:03):
begins to slow, notice thesubtle hum of energy, your
energy.
It's always here, quiet, waiting and ready.
Take a deep breath in here.

(03:25):
Ah, and a big exhale, a sigh ofreadiness.
Imagine you're in a dim, quietspace.
Maybe a forest clearing at dusk, maybe a dressing room or a

(03:55):
backstage area filled with softshadows, or a cozy room with a
wooden table.
It's a dim and quiet space.
Allow your mind to visualizethis space and take you there.
If your mind starts to wander, bring it back to this

(04:25):
visualization of this beautiful,quiet space.
It could be imaginary or real.
And on that table, imagine thaton that table rests a single,
unlit candle.

(04:48):
You reach out, feeling itssmooth surface beneath your
fingertips, and next to it is asmall box of matches.
Pick up the box, intentionally, opening it, noticing what the

(05:08):
matches look like Quiet andunaffected.
It's hard to imagine that theselittle things can cause quite a
fire.
And gently, choose one of thematches and strike it gently,

(05:35):
the tip catches with a softwhoosh and you see the small
flame dancing at the match'sedge.
You bring it to the candle'swick and, as the flame transfers
, you watch it begin to glowwarm light spilling across the

(05:55):
space around you.
You blow the match out, havingtransferred the flame, and with
each inhale that light growsbrighter.
With each exhale, you feelyourself relaxing even more.

(06:23):
The candlelight begins to revealthe beauty that surrounds you,
things you haven't noticed, colors you love, textures that
feel comforting, perhaps soundsor scents that spark ideas.
There's no rush to name them ormake sense of them, just simply

(06:56):
notice, stare at the flame andconnect to it.
Imagine that the flame is yourcreative energy, steady, alive,

(07:20):
and yours to tend.
Now let the candle's flamesettle into a steady, vibrant
glow.
It's not burning out, it's notconsuming, it's simply
sustaining.
Steady, ready whenever you are, place a hand over your heart

(07:46):
and feel the warmth there.
This spark is yours.
It never truly goes out.
Anytime you wish, you canreturn to this place and light
it again.
Take a moment to welcome onesmall idea or insight that

(08:15):
you've had so far.
Allow an image or a feelingcome into your awareness,
something that you'll carry withyou into the rest of your day.
With you into the rest of yourday.

(08:38):
If you're feeling unfocused atany point, visualize that steady
candle flame in that quietspace.
Bring it back to your mind andknow that that steadiness, that
light, that energy, that fire iswithin you.
Let's take three final slowbreaths, inhaling the light in

(09:30):
your space, in the world, andexhaling gratitude, joy,
possibility.
Bringing yourself now back tothat grounded place, physically

(10:00):
standing in the room, whereveryou are.
If you're not already standing,I encourage you to stand up eyes
still closed, if it feels right, and extend both arms as far as

(10:23):
they can down into the groundnext to your legs and then, as
if they could reach forever andever out to your sides, left and
right, slowly lift them up pastyour ribs and your shoulders
and your neck, extending far upto the sky, and then lift your

(10:47):
chin to feel the beam of light, the flame that is you.
Chin to feel the beam of light, the flame that is you, the
energy coming from the floor andbelow the floor into the earth,
all the way up through yourcenter, all the way through the
top of your head arms to the sky.
You feel as if you could extendin both directions forever and

(11:10):
ever.
Directions forever and ever.
Now, opening your chest as yourarms expand even wider, as they
open to receive Palms up,lowering slowly down past your

(11:31):
ears, extending long yourshoulders, your ribs, your waist
, and now down by your side.
Roll your shoulders back, takea deep breath in here I'm going

(11:54):
to count to five, four, three, two and one, gently opening your
eyes.
You are here in this moment, you have have refreshed, you are
focused and you are ready toreturn to your day, knowing that

(12:18):
your creative spark, your focus, your energy is alive and ready
to shine.
Namaste, my friends.
