Today we are going to talkabout divination and how you can
amplify your intuition usingthese tools that are available
to us and they have been aroundfor centuries.
This is older than religion.

Divination tools, like it, issomething that our people have
believed in.
Our people being human,humankind around the globe, have
believed that are the.
The universe is always speakingto us.
The universe is always showingus, right as within, so without
the universe is always showingyou if you're on the right track

or not, or if you're lookingfor clarity, or if something is
coming your way.
If you're tapping in to thiskind of flow of energy that's
around you, you can feel what'scoming or what's not An example
of this kind of flow of energyand think of it as, like you are
(02:36):
an energetic being having thishuman experience.
You are energy and physicalityand that energy picks up on
things it can pick up on whensomeone's thinking about you or
someone walks into a room andyou look around and, like you,
can feel that energy picks up onthings it can pick up on when
someone's thinking about you orsomeone walks into a room and
you look around and like you canfeel that they're staring at
you or you're thinking aboutsomeone, and then they call you,
like there's an energy aroundus and you're plugged in to that
energy source.

So you are feeling the energyof things around you and at the
beginning of COVID there was anenergy.
There was a vibe of uncertainty,of a lot of fear.
If you went grocery shoppingduring that time, you would have
seen people in fear, you wouldhave felt it, and all of my
intuitive psychic friends werelike I feel it, I feel it in the

air.
But here's something that maybeyou didn't feel is the year
before, in 2019, we weregathered here at my house for a
funeral of a dear friend whodied suddenly.
He was 45, a fantastic human bythe name of Cody Hodgson, and
his mantra, as it's comingclearly in my head, was just
(03:41):
keep showing up, keep showing up, just keep showing up.
It's going to happen.
He was like the Tony Robbins ofthe indigenous world here in
Edmonton.
He was a fantastic human thatmade such an impression on
anyone who knew him and we weregathered here for his funeral.
Died at 45, so suddenly, andall of the spiritual community
(04:04):
of my friends were here at myhouse before because I was very
close to the funeral venue andwe were talking about something
is in the air.
We could feel it now inastrology there was a massive we
call it sort of a greatconjunction when two outer
planets come together, and itwas happening in 2020.
So astrology knew something bigwas going to be happening and
(04:29):
it's it's called a greatmutation because it changes the
world and it did right.
I mean, covid literally was abit of a mutation.
It's a virus, it mutated.
It changed the people who itinteracted with.
Um, I've had covid three timesand and I can tell you it is
weird, it's a weird experience.
I've been sick, I've had, I'vehad all the things.

I've had flu, I've had chickenpox, I've had all you know.
I've had things.
There's is like nothing I'veever experienced and every time
I have it it's a bit weird, it'sa bit milder, but it just
messes with your senses and youryour nervous.
So you know long, covid is athing.
Covid is a thing I know.
(05:10):
I talked to a lot of people inthe spiritual world that, like,
covid wasn't real and I was like, if you haven't had it and you
don't have long, covid then youwould not understand that it's a
thing.
So from your perspective, Iunderstand.
That's why you feel that way.
And the medical community, thegene sequencing community this
is like nothing else that hascome through the human
population.
And every about 100 years or sowe go through, this weird virus
(05:34):
comes through.
We had it with the Spanish flu.
You go back a ways, it's just,it just happens every year.
So I mean it's part of nature.
So when we were in this, youknow, this time before COVID, we
knew we could feel somethingwas coming.
The psychic community, theastrology community, the people
who are tapped in to theenergetic world, knew something
(05:55):
was coming.
Did we know exactly what?
No, we were contemplating what.
Could that be Right?
We're like, maybe it's a bunchof planes going down, maybe it's
like a terrorist attack, maybeit's a world war.
I think a lot of astrologersthought maybe there was a war
going to be coming with that,with the energy of that
astrology, but we didn't quiteknow what.
And then, of course, when thepandemic, as soon as I started

to see it going around the world, I'm like I knew it was coming
for us too, here in Canada.
And and so wild how everythingworks out.
I graduated from my griefcounseling certification
mediumship mentor was here intown and as everything was
closing up, he flew back andeveryone stayed put and we
(06:37):
locked go and I went full timeentrepreneur.
So that energy I knew somethingbig was coming.
I knew something big was comingin my life.
I knew 2020 was going to be apivotal year.
I was starting a new job after13 years of being employed with
(07:00):
another company that I like,loved, felt really great with,
and then I didn't.
So again, flags of change, youknow, coming in.
I could feel it was time toleave and he did so.
Divination when we think aboutthe term divination, it's to
divine, it's to be attuned to ahigher source.
So, miriam Webster dictionarymeaning because Wikipedia is not
(07:23):
a reliable source ofinformation, as my son tells me
is defines divination as the artor practice that seeks to
foresee or foretell the futureevents or discover hidden
knowledge, usually by theinterpretation of omens or by
the aid of supernatural powers,and I would add, or by the aid
(07:48):
of a ritualistic I'm going tosay tool, ritualistic tool
because that's what they are.
So, and it also says unusualinsight or an intuitive
perception.
So the dictionary meaning ofdivination is the art or
practice that seeks to foreseeor foretell the future events or

discover hidden knowledge,usually by the interpretation of
omens or by the aid ofsupernatural powers or, I would
say, intuitive tools, right?
So it's a misconception thatit's fortune telling, because
it's not.
It's actually a form ofpersonal power.
I often will give decks of cardsaway Oracle or Angel cards to

beginners or people in mybusiness coaching groups.
I am currently holding a brunchCEO visioning series for CEOs
who want to come together andbrunch.
Brunch is like my favoritething, business is my favorite
thing and every time we meet sowe meet once a quarter I give
out a deck of cards, a differentdeck of cards because I want

you to learn how to pull cardsand inform.
Use it to inform your day andinform your business, because it
is such a powerful tool.
I can hear someone go oh, myGod, I can pull cards for my
business.
Yeah, it is such a powerfultool.

Yeah, it is not just for you tohave these spiritual practices
external to your business,professional life, right, if

you're an employee, if you are aprofessional, if you are an
entrepreneur?
I know many in my circle, in mylistener base, have that
entrepreneurial gene in them.
Right, we are meant to changethe system, do something that's
different, maybe not beemployable.
I think I might not beemployable at this moment in
(09:37):
time anymore, because being anentrepreneur is so fantastic, it
just is.
So.
You are getting to do what youwant to do, yourself led.
Do you work less hours?
No, that's a.
That's a myth, but I think whatI feel is so purposeful.
In what I do and in thispurposeful mission, I use all my
spiritual tools, not becauseI'm a psychic medium who also is
(10:00):
a grief counselor and aspiritual coach, a business
coach.
I incorporate it all togetherbecause it gives me more flow,
it gives me more certainty.
There's not a lot of certaintyin the world anymore.
We noticed that, right, thingsare going up and down and it's
like what Even before COVID hit.
Like I said, there wasn't.
We knew something was coming andin order for us to be intuitive
(10:23):
and to have these abilities, wecannot get caught up in fear.
People always think oh, youknow, you know something's
coming.
Were you living in fear?
I did not make a bunker andlearn how to shoot a gun and
stockpile bottles of water in acellar somewhere.
I didn't do that because,number one, I trust myself and
(10:45):
number two, I knew that, nomatter what happened, I would be
safe.
So, you know, did, do we?
Do we always have extragroceries in this house?
Yeah, you know, we always do Ialso.
We used to work in supply chain, my husband works in supply
chain and the food industry, sowe kind of got ourselves covered
, you know, in that, in thatarea.
(11:05):
But if you live in fear, whathappens is, and you start to
make a lot of decisions out offear, you start to see fear in
everything.
And I noticed this in mybeautiful community, in MIA
Academy, which is my membershipof spiritually curious women
learning how to use their toolsand tactics of intuition,
development and strengtheningand to manifest life and flow
(11:25):
with cycles, flow with theenergy that's presenting, and
I'll always see this come up inthis way.
I had a dream Somebody died.
Did I just foresee the future?
So my question then is so whatif you did?
What if you saw somebody dieand they're going to die, what
(11:45):
would you do?
Would you do anythingdifferently?
I'm like, well, yeah, I wouldlike spend more time with them
and I would tell them I lovethem and maybe I try to prevent
their death, and I said, okay,so now we have a problem,
because preventing a timelinethat's already in play.
It's like if you know it, thenyou have some agency there.
Like you're, you're going tohave some ability to change that
timeline If you see it ahead oftime.
(12:08):
If it's not for you to changeit.
Like death comes for us all.
I'm going to say that boldly.
You know it's the truth.
Death comes for us all andthere are sometimes times in our
life where we can extend ourtimeline.
There are moments in our liveswhere we can say it's time for
us to go.
So recently someone in my lifehad surgery.
That was an exit point.
(12:28):
You know if, if his soul wasready to leave, he could have
died.
That was, that was asignificant issue, that that
could have taken this person'slife, and he chose to stay and
when he came back, significantlydifferent, like so different in
so many ways, in the way thatthey approach life and the way
that they see their body, likeso many things are different.
(12:49):
It's meant to be a change point.
So there are exit points in ourlives where we can pass, and
that's, that's a fact.
Can we prevent death?
No, but the soul can chooselife and there's times when you
are meant to go, and that isjust your time to go.
So can you elongate that window?
Sure, but.
But the soul has a window oftime that it must pass away at
(13:11):
at the end of its lifeline.
We don't know when thatlifeline is, we don't know.
Some psychics kind of know, butwe don't really know, because
there's the factor of free will.
We cannot negate free will.
If you come to me for a readingand I see that you have an
amazing job opportunity on thehorizon and you're like I've
been thinking about applying forthis job, if I say to you
(13:33):
you're going to get this job andyou don't go to the interview,
guess what?
You're not getting the job.
It'd be wild circumstances.
They're like, hey, we've beencontemplating you for this
position.
We noticed you didn't apply.
Why we want to hand you the jobanyway?
No, like that's not going tohappen.
So you can't negate free will.
Right, I can tell you there's areally high opportunity for you
(13:55):
to get this job if you go forthe interview.
But where psychics get it wrongand where they're really not
great is when they say to youwith certainty this thing is
going to happen.
Sometimes it is.
Sometimes we have thatopportunity, like I had a
reading for a lady who she waseight years into a job.
She was not enjoying it anymore.
They did not enjoy her, and Isaid you're going to be released
(14:18):
from this job in the next sixmonths.
And she's like no, I'm not.
I said well, I mean, I'm thepsychic you just paid me a whole
bunch of money.
You know, if I'm wrong, great,I'm full of crap, awesome.
If I'm right, you're going tobe without a job and I know you
need your paycheck.
So what if you pretend like Icould be right and you start to
(14:40):
update your resume, you start tofriend headhunters on LinkedIn,
you start to get your threereferences together and you
start to contemplate what kindof job would make my soul so
happy?
Because I'm willing to bet thatthis job no longer is aligned
to your soul.
That's why the universe istrying to move you out.

And she didn't believe me.
Six months later, she was letgo.
She was on unemploymentinsurance.
Didn't believe me.
Six months later, she was letgo.
She was on unemploymentinsurance or here we call it EI
in Canada for nine months andwas extremely bitter and stopped
talking to everyone who was ather previous job.
So she went into a spiralbecause there was a trauma
underneath of abandonment orrejection that then it came up
(15:22):
in that job in that way, eventhough it was a neutral event.
So fear can drive us to doreally dumb things.
So if you're not, you know,stable with your fear and you
don't have agency in your lifeand you feel like the world is
doing everything to you, youbest just shut down this podcast
right now, because you're notgoing to be ready to hear all
(15:44):
the rest of the stuff that I'mgoing to tell you.
Because if you have agency, youtrust yourself.
And you know, if the card comesup that looks like we call it
the tower card in tarot, whichis the buildings on fire, people
jumping out of the building.
They're on fire, lightningstriking the building.
That card depicts sudden andunexpected change and I always,
when I pull that card, I like tonotice for my client and I

always, when I pull that card, Ilike to notice for my client.
I used to explain the cardahead of time in case they got
it, because as soon as I showthat card, it literally their
face would go white, fearinstills and it's almost like a
disassociation.
There's a freeze that happensand I'm like this is not a bad
card.
(16:29):
In the tarot, the tower cardmeans that something is being
shaken up in your life becauseit's been stagnant.
Your life has stagnated.
So the universe is handing youa change in your life.
And if you're not ready for it,my teacher used to say, before
every earthquake or before everyavalanche, they will be
fissures, they will be pebbles.
So you're going to knowsomething is coming and if you
don't pay attention then, likeit's, the mountains can come
(16:52):
down over you.
So the card can actually helpyou by saying there's going to
be a big change in your moneyhouse.
Ooh, if you had a psychic saythat to you, you'd be like, oh,
out of there, right?
No, it would be like, okay,what can I do to shore up my
(17:13):
finances?
What if the psychic is wrong?
Great, the psychic is wrong.
But what if they're right?
So if you can, then, withoutfear in empowerment, instead say
I'm going to change, I'm goingto start to put away more money
into a savings account.
I'm going to change my spendinghabits.
We're going to start eating athome more, the ways that we have
been spending a littlefrivolously.
We're going to cut those backbecause I want to be ready if
this happens.
And if it doesn't happen.
Wow, you just created goodmoney habits.
(17:35):
And if it does happen, then youare ready.
Look at everything through thatlens and you will be fine.
Even when the world locked down,I was like this is good,
everything is going to good,things are going to come from
this.
I know it, and you, admittedly,in human design, I'm a
possibilities view, so I tend tosee the sun's sunnier side of
(17:59):
things.
My husband is a probabilitiesview person, so he sees what is
a probability Like did.
He's like, did you just getlaid off from your job?
She tell.
And I was like yes, I did.
He's like do we have no incomecoming in?
I'm like, yes, we don't.
No, we don't.
We do.
We have income coming in.
What are you talking about?
We got the governmentassistance money at that time.
(18:19):
I had a severance package comein out, like we had money there.
But he was like we have nomoney right now.
And I'm like no, we have money.
Everything's there, like you'relooking in the wrong places.
So I want you, when we're usingdivination practices, to know
that you have agency, that youhave free will and that you had
(18:40):
the ability to see theopportunity in everything.
So and again, this comes up alot in my membership and I'm
able to manage it right Dreams.
Or I pulled a card or one of thebeautiful members in our group.
She said it was the newastrological new year and her
vision board fell down onto herdesk.
(19:01):
And she's like is this an omen?
And I'm like it's a beautifulreminder that you need to look
at your vision board andreassess where are you at?
We're in a Mercury retrograde,venus retrograde.
At the time that vision boardfell off the desk onto the desk
and I said so what are you whenyou look at your vision board?
What are you noticing?
The gap between where you wantto go and where you are now?

And so she answered thequestion.
So I said what do you need todo then to shorten that gap?
And now she had her answer whythat vision board fell off onto
her desk.
It wasn't an omen that everyher dreams are going to fall
down around her.
You know like that's notactually a thing.
It's a pay attention, payattention over here.
That's the same thing withsigns and synchronicities from

spirit.
It's a little marker thatyou're on track or you're not.
So pay attention.
So divination practices enhancesyour intuition.
It does not replace it and itdoes not become a crutch for you
making a choice and making aninformed choice.

So there's different kinds ofdivination tools and I've talked
about them a little bit on thepodcast before.
One and I just talked about itin here as well is tarot cards.
Now, tarot cards have a veryspecific meaning for each of the
cards.
So you have to learn what thecards mean, you have to practice

, you have to understand theline between your mind and your
intuition and start to navigatethat.
If you go too much into themind, you're going to miss the
intuition piece, and if you gotoo much into the intuition,
you're going to miss thebrilliance that can come up in
the cards as it focuses yourintuition in parts of their life
.
So it's all.
These are tools to focus yourintuition.

You are the battery, not thedivination tool.
So another divination tool ispendulums.

Okay, if you're just going topull out a Ouija board and just
start asking questions, guesswhat you're going to get?
Random, you're going to getthings that are trickster energy
coming in going.
This girl doesn't know how toprotect herself.
Let me play with her.
So we are really.

You know there's energies inthis world.
Do you think that you're theonly energy source in this world
?
There is energy sources allaround us.
We just cannot perceive them.
But if you keep your energyhigh and you meditate, you are
filling yourself with goodthings.
You're focusing on the light,healing those things within
yourself the shadow, the partsof us that have trauma, and

understanding that your feelingsare always showing you where is
your guide and light, whereyou're meant to go, then
everything's going to be fine.
You don't ever have to worryabout that.
You can live your entire lifenot worrying about trickster
energy, as long as you'rekeeping your intention and
surrounding yourself with whitelight and calling in your angels
to support you and guide youforward.

Okay, I used to have a teacherthat said if you don't lay down
with fleas or you don't lay downwith dogs, you won't get fleas.
God, I totally messed that up,didn't I?
If you don't lay down with dogs, you won't get fleas.
So it's about keeping yourenergy clean and you won't have
to worry about any of that stuff.
So divination tools I love thependulum.
(23:22):
You might have seen ruins.
That's very european history toit.
They were carved in tiles ofivory originally and they're
different shapes and differentconfigurations of things that
have meaning in sort of celticand eastern european history.
So it's something to if youwant to look into.
(23:44):
It's pretty cool.
There's I can't't remember howmany tiles are usually in a
velvet bag or silk bag.
You shake it up as the personasking the question with an
intention in mind, and then youpour them out onto the table and
it'll show you a bit of.
You have to again understandwhat the ruins sort of mean and
then also using your intuitionto guide you.
You Another old schooldivination tool is a crystal
(24:12):
ball.
I literally have given one ofthe best readings I've ever
given in my life using a crystalball.
I kid you, not A really goodcrystal ball actually has lots
of bubbles inside of it.
So I took a divination classwhere we had these crystal balls
and then we had a partner.
So we'd do a little meditation,feel our partner's energy and
then look into the ball.
And I kid you not, this is whathappened for me.

I saw the bubble start to reforminto the shape of a deer head
with antlers, and then I got thefeeling of being in a car
accident.
So I said, would you understand?
I'm staring at this crystalball and my partner's beside me,
so very strange reading.
And I said would you understand?
I'm staring at this crystalball and my partner's beside me,

And I said would you understandbeing in a car accident where
you hit a deer?
And she went oh my God, yes,yes.
(24:56):
And I said in this car accidentyou were in the passenger seat,
because I could feel that shewas in the passenger seat and
all of a sudden I'm in thedriver's seat.
And she said yes, and shestarted to cry and I said the
person who was in the driver'sseat was a very good friend of
yours.
She said yes, through tears.
(25:16):
And I said this person passedaway at the scene of the
accident.
She's like, yes, and then Iproceeded to give her a
mediumship reading from thisperson, because he came into the
reading and, wild, I'm tellingyou, these bubbles moved Like it
was wild.
And then I look back after thereading, the bubbles were the
(25:38):
way they were all the time, likethey're not actually moving.
But it's your, maybe yourimagination, maybe your
subconscious, like you're seeingthings in the bubbles that are
now kicking off things in yourown subconscious to what you
want to say and how to want tosay it.
So it's, it's kind of intuitionwork looks, it feels like that
mediumship works like that too,because it's inspiring your

subconscious to then bringthings to your conscious
awareness, to say them, eventhough you don't know why you're
saying them.
So that's crystal balls for you.
So I'm like, oh, I feel likesomebody's, like I want to go
buy a crystal ball.
I literally went looking for acrystal ball afterwards and I
just never found one.
So they're not cheap either.
They're like over a hundred$200.

So I was like, meh, I'm good.
Uh, so, yeah, I like to use mytarot deck.
I love to gift Oracle and angelcards to people and just
creating a very simple spread.
You, um, I think I did talkabout how to do card decks in
another podcast.
Um, how to use card decks fordivination purposes.

Um, if I haven't, I might aswell just talk about it now is
so if you get a new card deck,what you want to do is open it
up and you want to take eachcard and you want to feel each
card.
So a lot of times with carddecks they are die cut so
they're stuck together so youreally want to cut them or not
cut them, but you're wanting topry them apart and feel each one

You're infusing your energyinto each card.
And then, after you do, you putthem all together and you knock
once on them and then youshuffle and you shuffle with the
intention that show mesomething I need to know for
today.
That's a super easy one Show mesomething I need to know for
today.
And then you're going to pull.

You're going to stop shufflingand you're going to pull from
wherever you want.
You can pull from the top ofthe deck.
I always choose.
I know spirit got me, so Ialways pull from the top of the
deck.
You can vote for anywhere youdesire.
And then you look at the cardand you want to ascertain the
meaning as you look at the cardand you see what is inspiring
you on the card.
Now, many card decks do comewith a book.
If you take my classes.
They will not let you use thebook because your intuition is
(27:47):
so much better than the book.
I mean, there are certain decksof cards that are just like so
insanely intricate and there'sactual meaning in the book is so
important to the deck.
So I don't want to negate that.
But most card decks are prettymuch meant for you to use your
intuition and if you start torely on the card, the booklet,
you are moving and stepping awayfrom your own intuition.
(28:08):
So we don't want that.
I want you to trust yourintuition above all else.
So try and start doing that.
Pull a card for yourself everymorning.
Ask Spirit, what do I need toknow for today?
Let that card inspire you.
I do that every morning whenI'm working.
I'll pull a card, I'll kind offeel onto it, journal about it
and put it onto.
I have a little holder for acard here on my desk that it
(28:30):
inspires my day and it remindsme of what I'm supposed to be
doing.
All right, so something for youto try, and I'm going to do a
card reading workshop later inthe year.
I think I have it on myschedule for like November.

Another divination tool I use isastrology.
(28:50):
Now, astrology is, like youknow.
In a book I read on all thedivination tools that are
available to you.
There was sort of two that weremore intense available to you.
There was sort of two that weremore intense and of course I
choose them because you have toknow what they mean the tarot
and astrology.
You can't just fake your waythrough astrology.
(29:11):
It feels like a science,although astrology will tell you
it's not a science.
But it's based on data that'sbeen collected for over 2400
years and astrologers whocreated astrology and who are on
the back end of data managementand correlating science the
science of the movement ofplanets with what's happening on
the planet of earth andacceptable I'm going to say
(29:32):
theories in science.
There's not science.
The word I'm wanting to say isacceptable techniques and um
interpretations in astrology.
For it to be widely accepted bythe astrological community, it
has to go through peer review.
I know that sounds crazy.
It's not like.
It's like research and science.
It really is um.
(29:53):
There are peer-reviewed studies.
There's conversations atconferences.
Associations will talk aboutwhat's true and what's not, and
there's data that has toactually back up if you are
claiming something that isn'twidely accepted in astrology.
So I see a lot of pseudoastrologers online claiming
things that are not actuallytrue and, if you can like, if
(30:15):
it's true in astrology, it musthold true for every situation
that that aspect will be in playfor, or that it's got to be
true for everyone interpretingit in their own way for like
that concept for their chart.
So it's it's not easy, you know, like there hasn't been a lot
of like groundbreaking newthings happening in astrology,
because it is such an old um,I'm gonna say process or
(30:39):
methodology, and even even inastrology, you know, if you
think about being a Virgo sun,there is lots of Virgo suns and
we all don't look the same, weall don't act the same.
We have certain characteristicsthat are similar and that's
because if you're a Virgo sun,you will have certain
characteristics, but, dependingon where your sun is located in
(31:00):
your chart, what other planetsare talking to your sun?
And then what are all the otherplanets in your chart doing too
?
Because we look at 10 planets,not just the sun.
So a lot of times when I talk tosomeone, they're like I don't.
I don't feel like I'm aSagittarius.
You know I people say it and Idon't.
I read this horoscope and itdoesn't doesn't ever talk about
me.
And as I look at their chart,I'm like, oh, because you have a
(31:22):
huge stellium in libra, so doyou feel very libra-esque?
And they're like, oh, my god,yes, I've always resonated with,
resonated with libra, so like,well, this is why.
So it's not always cut and dry.
You know, in astrology, when youread your horoscopes or your
sun sign, you, when you godeeper with an astrologer, what
(31:42):
I hear in every astrologyreading I have ever done, I kid
you not, you see me.
I've never felt more seen in mylife.
It's because I literally seeyour soul.
Not only do I like literallysee your soul, because I see
aura, but I also see your soulin the chart, your birth chart.
So I love astrology so much.
It can tell us so much aboutourselves.
(32:04):
It's a wonderful personaldevelopment tool that we can use
, and we can also use it to helpheal ourselves, because there's
inherent challenges within thechart as well.
I call those the sandpaper thatshines up the soul, because
your soul chose these aspects.
Your soul chose theseexperiences to help you create
characteristics that are goingto give you strength, that are
(32:24):
going to get you through thingsand also get you meeting the
people who will give you thelife lessons who then you
elevate from Like everything ishappening in divine timing,
everything is perfect, and ifyou want something different,
you've got to start to heal ordo something different or take
on a different identity for thething that you want.
So, changing identity not soeasy, my friends, because your
(32:46):
psychology is like no, I am this, I don't want to, I'm not, I
don't want to be something else.
And astrology shows you thepotentials of what you could
accomplish, the potentials ofwhat's there.
You have so many gifts.
The universe, god, creator,source, has given you so much
(33:07):
potential that, if you possibly,it's impossible for you to
realize all of your gifts andtalents in one, in this one
lifetime.
So you get many lifetimes, sodon't worry.
And then another divinationtool I really love as well, and
why it's a divination tool?
Because astrology needs yourintuition as well.
Right, when you look at a chart.
(33:28):
I remember I was taking upastrology and my teacher, my
beautiful mentor, is now inspirit in her living room and
she handed out charts and shewould always like hide who the
person's name was and some ofthe birth information for
anonymity and confidentiality.
But she'd say, tell me aboutthis chart.
And I said, oh, this persondied a murder.
(33:49):
She was murdered.
And because she would say it'sa 35 year old female.
And I said, oh, this person wasmurdered.
And she's like, okay, you'recorrect, now tell me why.
And I'm like, oh, I, I don'tknow, I could just feel the
energy of this person throughher chart.
Uh, so she's like, yeah, that'scorrect, now tell me why.
You know, look at the chart andtell me if you see why that
(34:10):
would be so.
I was like, oh, you know.
Now I actually have to likeinterpret, which was not
available to me then, but now itis.
So we're using again ourintuition, but the astrology is
bringing in information throughit too.
Same with the cards, right.
Human design is the same way,right, there's only five types.
So human design is another toolI love to use and I think human
(34:34):
design practitioners would notsay it's a divination tool.
And I'm going to boldly say itis because not every manifesting
generator who's a four or sixprofile expresses in the same
way, looks the same, you knowacts the same in the world, like
it's not.
There's something more to thatchart than just all these gates
(34:54):
and channels and numbers andthings like that.
The interpretation comes fromadding the soul aspect into it
as well.
So that requires intuition,that requires interpretation.
So it's really important.
Whatever divination tool youchoose, I'm going to go I'm
going to be talking intodivination tools in the next
(35:14):
podcast, because I think it'simportant to explain a few of
them, especially my favoriteastrologing and human design is
also a very big favorite in thismoment too.
I'm going to be talking aboutthose is to practice right To
practice using a tool that feelsgood to you.
A really easy one could be apendulum for you, or it could be
(35:35):
a card, card readings, doingoracle cards.
Remember to always surroundyourself with white light.
Call in your angels, yourguides, guardians and loved ones
from the highest realms to helpyou pick a card or understand
the path forward for you fortoday, right For your highest
good, for all concerned.
Like add in those beautifulwords for the highest good for
(35:57):
all concerned, for my highestpotential and purpose.
We're wanting to stay in thosehigher echelons of vibration
when we're using these tools.
So the importance here is totrust yourself and to practice,
just keep practice.
Just pull a card one day, oneone more.
So one card every day in themorning, journal on it.
Put the card out when you comeback for that day.

Look at what you journaled andsee did it inform your day?
Did it feel accurate for you Ifit didn't say why?
And then try again the next day, like you're building this
muscle, is it going to feelamazing right off the get-go?
Maybe it's pretty cool.
It's really magical.
We did it at the CEO brunchthat we just did in January.
I have another one coming upnext week and everyone pulled a

card and they had to explaintheir card to the table.
It was so good.
It was so good and it was.
For what do I need to know forthe quarter ahead to help me be
successful in my business?
Fantastic, the intention youset when you shuffle your deck
or when you're using your, yourdivination tool, is, as, if, not
(37:02):
more important than the toolitself, because that's informing
the deck, it's informing theuniverse.
What are you needing to know?
What is the direction this cardis taking me in?
For what part of my life?
Right, if you're going througha relationship challenge.
Maybe it's about pulling a cardfor that.
Let it be supportive to you,let it be something that
inspires you to move forward.

All of these tools areinspirational and for personal
development.
If you ever go to somebody andit's very dire or it makes you
scared for the future, just knowthat you've probably chosen
somebody that was not very goodat what they do and, you know,
is everything going to be loveand sunshine in your life?
No, you are going through peaksand valleys.

We're going through a lot ofgrief right now.
There's a lot of changed energycoming in this year, so there's
a lot of diagnosis.
There's a lot of death, there'sa lot of relationships breaking
up because we are in another,like 2020, year and if you've
talked, if you listen to myastrology for 2025, you would
know that podcast.
This is a year of massivechanges in energy.

This is calling us into ourhighest level of being now.
So anything that is notresonate, resonating there, is
going to fall away or be askedto change in some way
transformation.

Today we are going to talkabout divination and how you can
amplify your intuition usingthese tools that are available
to us and they have been aroundfor centuries.
This is older than religion.
(01:55):
Divination tools, like it, issomething that our people have
believed in.
Our people being human,humankind around the globe, have
believed that are the.
The universe is always speakingto us.
The universe is always showingus, right as within, so without
the universe is always showingyou if you're on the right track
(02:16):
or not, or if you're lookingfor clarity, or if something is
coming your way.
If you're tapping in to thiskind of flow of energy that's
around you, you can feel what'scoming or what's not An example
of this kind of flow of energyand think of it as, like you are
(02:36):
an energetic being having thishuman experience.
You are energy and physicalityand that energy picks up on
things it can pick up on whensomeone's thinking about you or
someone walks into a room andyou look around and, like you,
can feel that energy picks up onthings it can pick up on when
someone's thinking about you orsomeone walks into a room and
you look around and like you canfeel that they're staring at
you or you're thinking aboutsomeone, and then they call you,
like there's an energy aroundus and you're plugged in to that
energy source.

So you are feeling the energyof things around you and at the
beginning of COVID there was anenergy.
There was a vibe of uncertainty,of a lot of fear.
If you went grocery shoppingduring that time, you would have
seen people in fear, you wouldhave felt it, and all of my
intuitive psychic friends werelike I feel it, I feel it in the
(03:20):
air.
But here's something that maybeyou didn't feel is the year
before, in 2019, we weregathered here at my house for a
funeral of a dear friend whodied suddenly.
He was 45, a fantastic human bythe name of Cody Hodgson, and
his mantra, as it's comingclearly in my head, was just
(03:41):
keep showing up, keep showing up, just keep showing up.
It's going to happen.
He was like the Tony Robbins ofthe indigenous world here in
Edmonton.
He was a fantastic human thatmade such an impression on
anyone who knew him and we weregathered here for his funeral.
Died at 45, so suddenly, andall of the spiritual community
(04:04):
of my friends were here at myhouse before because I was very
close to the funeral venue andwe were talking about something
is in the air.
We could feel it now inastrology there was a massive we
call it sort of a greatconjunction when two outer
planets come together, and itwas happening in 2020.
So astrology knew something bigwas going to be happening and
(04:29):
it's it's called a greatmutation because it changes the
world and it did right.
I mean, covid literally was abit of a mutation.
It's a virus, it mutated.
It changed the people who itinteracted with.
Um, I've had covid three timesand and I can tell you it is
weird, it's a weird experience.
I've been sick, I've had, I'vehad all the things.
(04:49):
I've had flu, I've had chickenpox, I've had all you know.
I've had things.
There's is like nothing I'veever experienced and every time
I have it it's a bit weird, it'sa bit milder, but it just
messes with your senses and youryour nervous.
So you know long, covid is athing.
Covid is a thing I know.
(05:10):
I talked to a lot of people inthe spiritual world that, like,
covid wasn't real and I was like, if you haven't had it and you
don't have long, covid then youwould not understand that it's a
thing.
So from your perspective, Iunderstand.
That's why you feel that way.
And the medical community, thegene sequencing community this
is like nothing else that hascome through the human
population.
And every about 100 years or sowe go through, this weird virus
(05:34):
comes through.
We had it with the Spanish flu.
You go back a ways, it's just,it just happens every year.
So I mean it's part of nature.
So when we were in this, youknow, this time before COVID, we
knew we could feel somethingwas coming.
The psychic community, theastrology community, the people
who are tapped in to theenergetic world, knew something
(05:55):
was coming.
Did we know exactly what?
No, we were contemplating what.
Could that be Right?
We're like, maybe it's a bunchof planes going down, maybe it's
like a terrorist attack, maybeit's a world war.
I think a lot of astrologersthought maybe there was a war
going to be coming with that,with the energy of that
astrology, but we didn't quiteknow what.
And then, of course, when thepandemic, as soon as I started
(06:17):
to see it going around the world, I'm like I knew it was coming
for us too, here in Canada.
And and so wild how everythingworks out.
I graduated from my griefcounseling certification
mediumship mentor was here intown and as everything was
closing up, he flew back andeveryone stayed put and we
(06:37):
locked go and I went full timeentrepreneur.
So that energy I knew somethingbig was coming.
I knew something big was comingin my life.
I knew 2020 was going to be apivotal year.
I was starting a new job after13 years of being employed with
(07:00):
another company that I like,loved, felt really great with,
and then I didn't.
So again, flags of change, youknow, coming in.
I could feel it was time toleave and he did so.
Divination when we think aboutthe term divination, it's to
divine, it's to be attuned to ahigher source.
So, miriam Webster dictionarymeaning because Wikipedia is not
(07:23):
a reliable source ofinformation, as my son tells me
is defines divination as the artor practice that seeks to
foresee or foretell the futureevents or discover hidden
knowledge, usually by theinterpretation of omens or by
the aid of supernatural powers,and I would add, or by the aid
(07:48):
of a ritualistic I'm going tosay tool, ritualistic tool
because that's what they are.
So, and it also says unusualinsight or an intuitive
perception.
So the dictionary meaning ofdivination is the art or
practice that seeks to foreseeor foretell the future events or
(08:09):
discover hidden knowledge,usually by the interpretation of
omens or by the aid ofsupernatural powers or, I would
say, intuitive tools, right?
So it's a misconception thatit's fortune telling, because
it's not.
It's actually a form ofpersonal power.
I often will give decks of cardsaway Oracle or Angel cards to
(08:31):
beginners or people in mybusiness coaching groups.
I am currently holding a brunchCEO visioning series for CEOs
who want to come together andbrunch.
Brunch is like my favoritething, business is my favorite
thing and every time we meet sowe meet once a quarter I give
out a deck of cards, a differentdeck of cards because I want
(08:52):
you to learn how to pull cardsand inform.
Use it to inform your day andinform your business, because it
is such a powerful tool.
I can hear someone go oh, myGod, I can pull cards for my
business.
Yeah, it is such a powerfultool.
I can hear someone go oh, myGod, I can pull cards for my
business.
Yeah, it is not just for you tohave these spiritual practices
external to your business,professional life, right, if
(09:14):
you're an employee, if you are aprofessional, if you are an
entrepreneur?
I know many in my circle, in mylistener base, have that
entrepreneurial gene in them.
Right, we are meant to changethe system, do something that's
different, maybe not beemployable.
I think I might not beemployable at this moment in
(09:37):
time anymore, because being anentrepreneur is so fantastic, it
just is.
So.
You are getting to do what youwant to do, yourself led.
Do you work less hours?
No, that's a.
That's a myth, but I think whatI feel is so purposeful.
In what I do and in thispurposeful mission, I use all my
spiritual tools, not becauseI'm a psychic medium who also is
(10:00):
a grief counselor and aspiritual coach, a business
coach.
I incorporate it all togetherbecause it gives me more flow,
it gives me more certainty.
There's not a lot of certaintyin the world anymore.
We noticed that, right, thingsare going up and down and it's
like what Even before COVID hit.
Like I said, there wasn't.
We knew something was coming andin order for us to be intuitive
(10:23):
and to have these abilities, wecannot get caught up in fear.
People always think oh, youknow, you know something's
coming.
Were you living in fear?
I did not make a bunker andlearn how to shoot a gun and
stockpile bottles of water in acellar somewhere.
I didn't do that because,number one, I trust myself and
(10:45):
number two, I knew that, nomatter what happened, I would be
safe.
So, you know, did, do we?
Do we always have extragroceries in this house?
Yeah, you know, we always do Ialso.
We used to work in supply chain, my husband works in supply
chain and the food industry, sowe kind of got ourselves covered
, you know, in that, in thatarea.
(11:05):
But if you live in fear, whathappens is, and you start to
make a lot of decisions out offear, you start to see fear in
everything.
And I noticed this in mybeautiful community, in MIA
Academy, which is my membershipof spiritually curious women
learning how to use their toolsand tactics of intuition,
development and strengtheningand to manifest life and flow
(11:25):
with cycles, flow with theenergy that's presenting, and
I'll always see this come up inthis way.
I had a dream Somebody died.
Did I just foresee the future?
So my question then is so whatif you did?
What if you saw somebody dieand they're going to die, what
(11:45):
would you do?
Would you do anythingdifferently?
I'm like, well, yeah, I wouldlike spend more time with them
and I would tell them I lovethem and maybe I try to prevent
their death, and I said, okay,so now we have a problem,
because preventing a timelinethat's already in play.
It's like if you know it, thenyou have some agency there.
Like you're, you're going tohave some ability to change that
timeline If you see it ahead oftime.
(12:08):
If it's not for you to changeit.
Like death comes for us all.
I'm going to say that boldly.
You know it's the truth.
Death comes for us all andthere are sometimes times in our
life where we can extend ourtimeline.
There are moments in our liveswhere we can say it's time for
us to go.
So recently someone in my lifehad surgery.
That was an exit point.
(12:28):
You know if, if his soul wasready to leave, he could have
died.
That was, that was asignificant issue, that that
could have taken this person'slife, and he chose to stay and
when he came back, significantlydifferent, like so different in
so many ways, in the way thatthey approach life and the way
that they see their body, likeso many things are different.
(12:49):
It's meant to be a change point.
So there are exit points in ourlives where we can pass, and
that's, that's a fact.
Can we prevent death?
No, but the soul can chooselife and there's times when you
are meant to go, and that isjust your time to go.
So can you elongate that window?
Sure, but.
But the soul has a window oftime that it must pass away at
(13:11):
at the end of its lifeline.
We don't know when thatlifeline is, we don't know.
Some psychics kind of know, butwe don't really know, because
there's the factor of free will.
We cannot negate free will.
If you come to me for a readingand I see that you have an
amazing job opportunity on thehorizon and you're like I've
been thinking about applying forthis job, if I say to you
(13:33):
you're going to get this job andyou don't go to the interview,
guess what?
You're not getting the job.
It'd be wild circumstances.
They're like, hey, we've beencontemplating you for this
position.
We noticed you didn't apply.
Why we want to hand you the jobanyway?
No, like that's not going tohappen.
So you can't negate free will.
Right, I can tell you there's areally high opportunity for you
(13:55):
to get this job if you go forthe interview.
But where psychics get it wrongand where they're really not
great is when they say to youwith certainty this thing is
going to happen.
Sometimes it is.
Sometimes we have thatopportunity, like I had a
reading for a lady who she waseight years into a job.
She was not enjoying it anymore.
They did not enjoy her, and Isaid you're going to be released
(14:18):
from this job in the next sixmonths.
And she's like no, I'm not.
I said well, I mean, I'm thepsychic you just paid me a whole
bunch of money.
You know, if I'm wrong, great,I'm full of crap, awesome.
If I'm right, you're going tobe without a job and I know you
need your paycheck.
So what if you pretend like Icould be right and you start to
(14:40):
update your resume, you start tofriend headhunters on LinkedIn,
you start to get your threereferences together and you
start to contemplate what kindof job would make my soul so
happy?
Because I'm willing to bet thatthis job no longer is aligned
to your soul.
That's why the universe istrying to move you out.
(15:01):
And she didn't believe me.
Six months later, she was letgo.
She was on unemploymentinsurance.
Didn't believe me.
Six months later, she was letgo.
She was on unemploymentinsurance or here we call it EI
in Canada for nine months andwas extremely bitter and stopped
talking to everyone who was ather previous job.
So she went into a spiralbecause there was a trauma
underneath of abandonment orrejection that then it came up
(15:22):
in that job in that way, eventhough it was a neutral event.
So fear can drive us to doreally dumb things.
So if you're not, you know,stable with your fear and you
don't have agency in your lifeand you feel like the world is
doing everything to you, youbest just shut down this podcast
right now, because you're notgoing to be ready to hear all
(15:44):
the rest of the stuff that I'mgoing to tell you.
Because if you have agency, youtrust yourself.
And you know, if the card comesup that looks like we call it
the tower card in tarot, whichis the buildings on fire, people
jumping out of the building.
They're on fire, lightningstriking the building.
That card depicts sudden andunexpected change and I always,
when I pull that card, I like tonotice for my client and I
(16:06):
always, when I pull that card, Ilike to notice for my client.
I used to explain the cardahead of time in case they got
it, because as soon as I showthat card, it literally their
face would go white, fearinstills and it's almost like a
disassociation.
There's a freeze that happensand I'm like this is not a bad
card.
(16:29):
In the tarot, the tower cardmeans that something is being
shaken up in your life becauseit's been stagnant.
Your life has stagnated.
So the universe is handing youa change in your life.
And if you're not ready for it,my teacher used to say, before
every earthquake or before everyavalanche, they will be
fissures, they will be pebbles.
So you're going to knowsomething is coming and if you
don't pay attention then, likeit's, the mountains can come
(16:52):
down over you.
So the card can actually helpyou by saying there's going to
be a big change in your moneyhouse.
Ooh, if you had a psychic saythat to you, you'd be like, oh,
out of there, right?
No, it would be like, okay,what can I do to shore up my
(17:13):
finances?
What if the psychic is wrong?
Great, the psychic is wrong.
But what if they're right?
So if you can, then, withoutfear in empowerment, instead say
I'm going to change, I'm goingto start to put away more money
into a savings account.
I'm going to change my spendinghabits.
We're going to start eating athome more, the ways that we have
been spending a littlefrivolously.
We're going to cut those backbecause I want to be ready if
this happens.
And if it doesn't happen.
Wow, you just created goodmoney habits.
(17:35):
And if it does happen, then youare ready.
Look at everything through thatlens and you will be fine.
Even when the world locked down,I was like this is good,
everything is going to good,things are going to come from
this.
I know it, and you, admittedly,in human design, I'm a
possibilities view, so I tend tosee the sun's sunnier side of
(17:59):
things.
My husband is a probabilitiesview person, so he sees what is
a probability Like did.
He's like, did you just getlaid off from your job?
She tell.
And I was like yes, I did.
He's like do we have no incomecoming in?
I'm like, yes, we don't.
No, we don't.
We do.
We have income coming in.
What are you talking about?
We got the governmentassistance money at that time.
(18:19):
I had a severance package comein out, like we had money there.
But he was like we have nomoney right now.
And I'm like no, we have money.
Everything's there, like you'relooking in the wrong places.
So I want you, when we're usingdivination practices, to know
that you have agency, that youhave free will and that you had
(18:40):
the ability to see theopportunity in everything.
So and again, this comes up alot in my membership and I'm
able to manage it right Dreams.
Or I pulled a card or one of thebeautiful members in our group.
She said it was the newastrological new year and her
vision board fell down onto herdesk.
(19:01):
And she's like is this an omen?
And I'm like it's a beautifulreminder that you need to look
at your vision board andreassess where are you at?
We're in a Mercury retrograde,venus retrograde.
At the time that vision boardfell off the desk onto the desk
and I said so what are you whenyou look at your vision board?
What are you noticing?
The gap between where you wantto go and where you are now?
(19:24):
And so she answered thequestion.
So I said what do you need todo then to shorten that gap?
And now she had her answer whythat vision board fell off onto
her desk.
It wasn't an omen that everyher dreams are going to fall
down around her.
You know like that's notactually a thing.
It's a pay attention, payattention over here.
That's the same thing withsigns and synchronicities from
(19:45):
spirit.
It's a little marker thatyou're on track or you're not.
So pay attention.
So divination practices enhancesyour intuition.
It does not replace it and itdoes not become a crutch for you
making a choice and making aninformed choice.
So we're not doing thingswithout our logic, without our
ego, without our brain andmaking an informed choice.
(20:07):

We need the brain, but it is ahumble servant to our gift,
which is our intuition.
So there's different kinds ofdivination tools and I've talked
about them a little bit on thepodcast before.
One and I just talked about itin here as well is tarot cards.
Now, tarot cards have a veryspecific meaning for each of the
cards.
So you have to learn what thecards mean, you have to practice
(20:30):
, you have to understand theline between your mind and your
intuition and start to navigatethat.
If you go too much into themind, you're going to miss the
intuition piece, and if you gotoo much into the intuition,
you're going to miss thebrilliance that can come up in
the cards as it focuses yourintuition in parts of their life
.
So it's all.
These are tools to focus yourintuition.
(20:53):
You are the battery, not thedivination tool.
So another divination tool ispendulums.

Let me play with her.
So we are really.

You know there's energies inthis world.
Do you think that you're theonly energy source in this world
?
There is energy sources allaround us.
We just cannot perceive them.
But if you keep your energyhigh and you meditate, you are
filling yourself with goodthings.
You're focusing on the light,healing those things within
yourself the shadow, the partsof us that have trauma, and
(22:40):
understanding that your feelingsare always showing you where is
your guide and light, whereyou're meant to go, then
everything's going to be fine.
You don't ever have to worryabout that.
You can live your entire lifenot worrying about trickster
energy, as long as you'rekeeping your intention and
surrounding yourself with whitelight and calling in your angels
to support you and guide youforward.
(23:01):
Okay, I used to have a teacherthat said if you don't lay down
with fleas or you don't lay downwith dogs, you won't get fleas.
God, I totally messed that up,didn't I?
If you don't lay down with dogs, you won't get fleas.
So it's about keeping yourenergy clean and you won't have
to worry about any of that stuff.
So divination tools I love thependulum.
(23:22):
You might have seen ruins.
That's very european history toit.
They were carved in tiles ofivory originally and they're
different shapes and differentconfigurations of things that
have meaning in sort of celticand eastern european history.
So it's something to if youwant to look into.
(23:44):
It's pretty cool.
There's I can't't remember howmany tiles are usually in a
velvet bag or silk bag.
You shake it up as the personasking the question with an
intention in mind, and then youpour them out onto the table and
it'll show you a bit of.
You have to again understandwhat the ruins sort of mean and
then also using your intuitionto guide you.
You Another old schooldivination tool is a crystal
(24:12):
ball.
I literally have given one ofthe best readings I've ever
given in my life using a crystalball.
I kid you, not A really goodcrystal ball actually has lots
of bubbles inside of it.
So I took a divination classwhere we had these crystal balls
and then we had a partner.
So we'd do a little meditation,feel our partner's energy and
then look into the ball.
And I kid you not, this is whathappened for me.
(24:33):
I saw the bubble start to reforminto the shape of a deer head
with antlers, and then I got thefeeling of being in a car
accident.
So I said, would you understand?
I'm staring at this crystalball and my partner's beside me,
so very strange reading.
And I said would you understand?
I'm staring at this crystalball and my partner's beside me,
so very strange reading.
And I said would you understandbeing in a car accident where
you hit a deer?
And she went oh my God, yes,yes.
(24:56):
And I said in this car accidentyou were in the passenger seat,
because I could feel that shewas in the passenger seat and
all of a sudden I'm in thedriver's seat.
And she said yes, and shestarted to cry and I said the
person who was in the driver'sseat was a very good friend of
yours.
She said yes, through tears.
(25:16):
And I said this person passedaway at the scene of the
accident.
She's like, yes, and then Iproceeded to give her a
mediumship reading from thisperson, because he came into the
reading and, wild, I'm tellingyou, these bubbles moved Like it
was wild.
And then I look back after thereading, the bubbles were the
(25:38):
way they were all the time, likethey're not actually moving.
But it's your, maybe yourimagination, maybe your
subconscious, like you're seeingthings in the bubbles that are
now kicking off things in yourown subconscious to what you
want to say and how to want tosay it.
So it's, it's kind of intuitionwork looks, it feels like that
mediumship works like that too,because it's inspiring your
(26:01):
subconscious to then bringthings to your conscious
awareness, to say them, eventhough you don't know why you're
saying them.
So that's crystal balls for you.
So I'm like, oh, I feel likesomebody's, like I want to go
buy a crystal ball.
I literally went looking for acrystal ball afterwards and I
just never found one.
So they're not cheap either.
They're like over a hundred$200.
(26:21):
So I was like, meh, I'm good.
Uh, so, yeah, I like to use mytarot deck.
I love to gift Oracle and angelcards to people and just
creating a very simple spread.
You, um, I think I did talkabout how to do card decks in
another podcast.
Um, how to use card decks fordivination purposes.
(26:43):
Um, if I haven't, I might aswell just talk about it now is
so if you get a new card deck,what you want to do is open it
up and you want to take eachcard and you want to feel each
card.
So a lot of times with carddecks they are die cut so
they're stuck together so youreally want to cut them or not
cut them, but you're wanting topry them apart and feel each one
(27:03):
.
You're infusing your energyinto each card.
And then, after you do, you putthem all together and you knock
once on them and then youshuffle and you shuffle with the
intention that show mesomething I need to know for
today.
That's a super easy one Show mesomething I need to know for
today.
And then you're going to pull.
(27:24):
You're going to stop shufflingand you're going to pull from
wherever you want.
You can pull from the top ofthe deck.
I always choose.
I know spirit got me, so Ialways pull from the top of the
deck.
You can vote for anywhere youdesire.
And then you look at the cardand you want to ascertain the
meaning as you look at the cardand you see what is inspiring
you on the card.
Now, many card decks do comewith a book.
If you take my classes.
They will not let you use thebook because your intuition is
(27:47):
so much better than the book.
I mean, there are certain decksof cards that are just like so
insanely intricate and there'sactual meaning in the book is so
important to the deck.
So I don't want to negate that.
But most card decks are prettymuch meant for you to use your
intuition and if you start torely on the card, the booklet,
you are moving and stepping awayfrom your own intuition.
(28:08):
So we don't want that.
I want you to trust yourintuition above all else.
So try and start doing that.
Pull a card for yourself everymorning.
Ask Spirit, what do I need toknow for today?
Let that card inspire you.
I do that every morning whenI'm working.
I'll pull a card, I'll kind offeel onto it, journal about it
and put it onto.
I have a little holder for acard here on my desk that it
(28:30):
inspires my day and it remindsme of what I'm supposed to be
doing.
All right, so something for youto try, and I'm going to do a
card reading workshop later inthe year.
I think I have it on myschedule for like November.
So if you want to be part ofthat.

Another divination tool I use isastrology.
(28:50):
Now, astrology is, like youknow.
In a book I read on all thedivination tools that are
available to you.
There was sort of two that weremore intense available to you.
There was sort of two that weremore intense and of course I
choose them because you have toknow what they mean the tarot
and astrology.
You can't just fake your waythrough astrology.
(29:11):
It feels like a science,although astrology will tell you
it's not a science.
But it's based on data that'sbeen collected for over 2400
years and astrologers whocreated astrology and who are on
the back end of data managementand correlating science the
science of the movement ofplanets with what's happening on
the planet of earth andacceptable I'm going to say
(29:32):
theories in science.
There's not science.
The word I'm wanting to say isacceptable techniques and um
interpretations in astrology.
For it to be widely accepted bythe astrological community, it
has to go through peer review.
I know that sounds crazy.
It's not like.
It's like research and science.
It really is um.
(29:53):
There are peer-reviewed studies.
There's conversations atconferences.
Associations will talk aboutwhat's true and what's not, and
there's data that has toactually back up if you are
claiming something that isn'twidely accepted in astrology.
So I see a lot of pseudoastrologers online claiming
things that are not actuallytrue and, if you can like, if
(30:15):
it's true in astrology, it musthold true for every situation
that that aspect will be in playfor, or that it's got to be
true for everyone interpretingit in their own way for like
that concept for their chart.
So it's it's not easy, you know, like there hasn't been a lot
of like groundbreaking newthings happening in astrology,
because it is such an old um,I'm gonna say process or
(30:39):
methodology, and even even inastrology, you know, if you
think about being a Virgo sun,there is lots of Virgo suns and
we all don't look the same, weall don't act the same.
We have certain characteristicsthat are similar and that's
because if you're a Virgo sun,you will have certain
characteristics, but, dependingon where your sun is located in
(31:00):
your chart, what other planetsare talking to your sun?
And then what are all the otherplanets in your chart doing too
?
Because we look at 10 planets,not just the sun.
So a lot of times when I talk tosomeone, they're like I don't.
I don't feel like I'm aSagittarius.
You know I people say it and Idon't.
I read this horoscope and itdoesn't doesn't ever talk about
me.
And as I look at their chart,I'm like, oh, because you have a
(31:22):
huge stellium in libra, so doyou feel very libra-esque?
And they're like, oh, my god,yes, I've always resonated with,
resonated with libra, so like,well, this is why.
So it's not always cut and dry.
You know, in astrology, when youread your horoscopes or your
sun sign, you, when you godeeper with an astrologer, what
(31:42):
I hear in every astrologyreading I have ever done, I kid
you not, you see me.
I've never felt more seen in mylife.
It's because I literally seeyour soul.
Not only do I like literallysee your soul, because I see
aura, but I also see your soulin the chart, your birth chart.
So I love astrology so much.
It can tell us so much aboutourselves.
(32:04):
It's a wonderful personaldevelopment tool that we can use
, and we can also use it to helpheal ourselves, because there's
inherent challenges within thechart as well.
I call those the sandpaper thatshines up the soul, because
your soul chose these aspects.
Your soul chose theseexperiences to help you create
characteristics that are goingto give you strength, that are
(32:24):
going to get you through thingsand also get you meeting the
people who will give you thelife lessons who then you
elevate from Like everything ishappening in divine timing,
everything is perfect, and ifyou want something different,
you've got to start to heal ordo something different or take
on a different identity for thething that you want.
So, changing identity not soeasy, my friends, because your
(32:46):
psychology is like no, I am this, I don't want to, I'm not, I
don't want to be something else.
And astrology shows you thepotentials of what you could
accomplish, the potentials ofwhat's there.
You have so many gifts.
The universe, god, creator,source, has given you so much
(33:07):
potential that, if you possibly,it's impossible for you to
realize all of your gifts andtalents in one, in this one
lifetime.
So you get many lifetimes, sodon't worry.
And then another divinationtool I really love as well, and
why it's a divination tool?
Because astrology needs yourintuition as well.
Right, when you look at a chart.
(33:28):
I remember I was taking upastrology and my teacher, my
beautiful mentor, is now inspirit in her living room and
she handed out charts and shewould always like hide who the
person's name was and some ofthe birth information for
anonymity and confidentiality.
But she'd say, tell me aboutthis chart.
And I said, oh, this persondied a murder.
(33:49):
She was murdered.
And because she would say it'sa 35 year old female.
And I said, oh, this person wasmurdered.
And she's like, okay, you'recorrect, now tell me why.
And I'm like, oh, I, I don'tknow, I could just feel the
energy of this person throughher chart.
Uh, so she's like, yeah, that'scorrect, now tell me why.
You know, look at the chart andtell me if you see why that
(34:10):
would be so.
I was like, oh, you know.
Now I actually have to likeinterpret, which was not
available to me then, but now itis.
So we're using again ourintuition, but the astrology is
bringing in information throughit too.
Same with the cards, right.
Human design is the same way,right, there's only five types.
So human design is another toolI love to use and I think human
(34:34):
design practitioners would notsay it's a divination tool.
And I'm going to boldly say itis because not every manifesting
generator who's a four or sixprofile expresses in the same
way, looks the same, you knowacts the same in the world, like
it's not.
There's something more to thatchart than just all these gates
(34:54):
and channels and numbers andthings like that.
The interpretation comes fromadding the soul aspect into it
as well.
So that requires intuition,that requires interpretation.
So it's really important.
Whatever divination tool youchoose, I'm going to go I'm
going to be talking intodivination tools in the next
(35:14):
podcast, because I think it'simportant to explain a few of
them, especially my favoriteastrologing and human design is
also a very big favorite in thismoment too.
I'm going to be talking aboutthose is to practice right To
practice using a tool that feelsgood to you.
A really easy one could be apendulum for you, or it could be
(35:35):
a card, card readings, doingoracle cards.
Remember to always surroundyourself with white light.
Call in your angels, yourguides, guardians and loved ones
from the highest realms to helpyou pick a card or understand
the path forward for you fortoday, right For your highest
good, for all concerned.
Like add in those beautifulwords for the highest good for
(35:57):
all concerned, for my highestpotential and purpose.
We're wanting to stay in thosehigher echelons of vibration
when we're using these tools.
So the importance here is totrust yourself and to practice,
just keep practice.
Just pull a card one day, oneone more.
So one card every day in themorning, journal on it.
Put the card out when you comeback for that day.
(36:19):
Look at what you journaled andsee did it inform your day?
Did it feel accurate for you Ifit didn't say why?
And then try again the next day, like you're building this
muscle, is it going to feelamazing right off the get-go?
Maybe it's pretty cool.
It's really magical.
We did it at the CEO brunchthat we just did in January.
I have another one coming upnext week and everyone pulled a
(36:42):
card and they had to explaintheir card to the table.
It was so good.
It was so good and it was.
For what do I need to know forthe quarter ahead to help me be
successful in my business?
Fantastic, the intention youset when you shuffle your deck
or when you're using your, yourdivination tool, is, as, if, not
(37:02):
more important than the toolitself, because that's informing
the deck, it's informing theuniverse.
What are you needing to know?
What is the direction this cardis taking me in?
For what part of my life?
Right, if you're going througha relationship challenge.
Maybe it's about pulling a cardfor that.
Let it be supportive to you,let it be something that
inspires you to move forward.
(37:24):
All of these tools areinspirational and for personal
development.
If you ever go to somebody andit's very dire or it makes you
scared for the future, just knowthat you've probably chosen
somebody that was not very goodat what they do and, you know,
is everything going to be loveand sunshine in your life?
No, you are going through peaksand valleys.
(37:45):
We're going through a lot ofgrief right now.
There's a lot of changed energycoming in this year, so there's
a lot of diagnosis.
There's a lot of death, there'sa lot of relationships breaking
up because we are in another,like 2020, year and if you've
talked, if you listen to myastrology for 2025, you would
know that podcast.
This is a year of massivechanges in energy.
(38:06):
This is calling us into ourhighest level of being now.
So anything that is notresonate, resonating there, is
going to fall away or be askedto change in some way
transformation.
So my call to action for youtoday is to call on one tool and
see how it can strengthen yourintuition by practicing it every
(38:26):
day for the next seven days andjust notice what happens, and
