Today we are going to talkabout alignment and I think
alignment gets you know, veryheavily used in the spiritual
world.
Right, are you in alignment?
Do you feel aligned?
And I think you know when youfeel aligned.
You know that that word is sortof a knowing word, but

alignment feels like flow, whereeverything is coming together.
You are just flowing with thecurrents of life, and I think
there's also a fallacy that youare not in alignment when you
are struggling, because you canbe in alignment and struggle as
well, right, and be inuncertainty and still be aligned
right.
Alignment doesn't mean you haveall the answers and everything

(02:15):
is coming to you super easy.
It's even I'm in this cocoonright now stage of where I feel
liquefied.
It's an aspect in astrology,with Neptune the planet of fog,
illusion, deception also aspirituality connection.
You know one love, empathy isopposite my sun.
It's a once in a lifetimetransit that I won't go through

ever again and some people nevergo through this transit because
Neptune moves very slowly.
So it's a, I think, about 164year orbit for Uranus or for
Neptune.
Sorry, and it's not somethingthat everyone's going to go
through, but if you are a Virgo,during with a birthday between

September I'm going to say 14thto the 21st, you are feeling
Neptune opposite your sun and itis a time of disillusionment,
but also the word is dissolving.
It's dissolving my identity andit's not something that is easy
, because it is really a timewhere we are wanting to know who

we are right.
It is kind of our certainty asa human of I know I'm this and I
know I'm not this and withNeptune opposite your son, you
really have no idea who you areright.
Like.
Am I a spiritual grief counselor?
I feel like that.
I really love doing spiritualgrief.
Am I a business coach forentrepreneurs who want to break
through to their next level ofsuccess?

Yeah, I totally have thoseclients as well.
Do I also hold a membershipwith women who are spiritually
curious and want to deepen andstrengthen their intuition?
Yeah, I do that, and I alsohold a development group for
mediums.
So you know, I'm amulti-dimensional human and
alignment feels like all thosethings feel aligned.
Still, they are all a yes.

When it came time to put thoseofferings out into the world.
I was like, yes, that's a yes,I love serving those kinds of
women.
Yes, I love helping peoplewomen move through and bust
through their next level ofsuccess.
I love helping women step intotheir life through transitions
which grief can bring, and it issuch a powerful time of

(04:23):
remolding and integration andunderstanding oneself.
So, you know, when you have alot of gifts and a lot of tools
in your toolkit, you know I'm amanifesting generator in human
design, meaning I'm meant to bemulti-passionate.
And I think I did tell a bit ofa story on Facebook and the
person who is part of the storyread it and got quite upset and

(04:46):
messaged me and I said, well, Imean, this is truth.
So I had a teacher back in mymediumship when I was first
exploring my mediumship and I'llsay this teacher was phenomenal
.
She really helped me to createfoundation for myself and in my
gifts as well.
And she would say to me, causeI was taking up astrology at
that time and getting myastrology certification, and she

(05:08):
said she tell, people are notgoing to know what to come to
you for you, or you know, you dotarot, you do mediumship, you
do psychic, but now you're goingto do astrology as well.
And she said a Jack of alltrades is a master of none.
And I remember looking at herI'd never heard that saying
before and I just knew it didn'tsit well with me.
That didn't sound right.
I just felt it in my bones thatit wasn't right for me.

(05:31):
But it could be right for her,you know, and someone had told
her that and she obviously hadmade that her thing.
She was a medium and she didtarot and mediumship and that
was it.
That was all she did, and powerto her.
She's a really good medium,changing the world in her neck
of the woods.
But when that came to me Jackof all trades is a master of
none I didn't quite sit right.

(05:52):
Until many years later, probablyabout 10, 12 years later, I was
on TikTok and I saw this a Jackof all trades is a master of
none, but still better than amaster of one.
So it's something like that,but it's that's the gist of it.
It's still better than a masterof one.
So you have multiple tools inyour toolkit.

(06:12):
That's a good thing.
And I remember thinking in thatmoment when she said that I'm
like no, that I felt alignedtaking astrology, even though my
mentor at the time was like no,you shouldn't be doing that.
And I've had that multipletimes in my life where people
have sort of said are you sure,is this the path you should be
on?
And I'm like, don't you shit onme, because I know what I know.

(06:40):
So, even recently, where I hadsomeone very dear to me had to
have emergency surgery and we'rebeing transferred hospitals and
waiting for the surgeon andbeing waiting for my loved one
to come out of surgery, I neverfelt misaligned Never once.
Because I was in alignment with, I trusted my guides, I knew
where I was supposed to be.
I felt like everything wasgoing to work out.
I was doing all the things thatI should be doing in terms of

(07:02):
sending healing, calling in myprayer group, you know, holding
the image of my loved one comingout well, the best possible
outcome from surgery which, bythe way, has happened the best
possible outcome from surgery.
It's wild.
You know.
We use all our tools to stay inalignment and that alignment is
worth everything.
To me.

(07:22):
Now there is nothing that ismore important than my alignment
.
So, even with my children youknow if they're going through
things I have teenagers they'realways going through something,
I am still in alignment.
You know it's interesting evenwhen we're navigating
uncertainty, I can still stay inalignment.
So today I wanted to talk aboutthat because I think there was

(07:42):
this real big you know, youmight be thinking within
yourself like can I feel alignedeven in uncertainty?
And the answer is yes, becauseuncertainty means you don't have
the answers yet, right?
So forcing an answer, feelinglike I just got to know
everything and I got to control?
You control nothing, likenothing, my friends, and I'm

(08:04):
sorry if I'm the first person tosay that to you, but really you
control nothing.
You know your mind cravescertainty and so it tries to
predict based on past cycles.
And that's lovely, you know.
Sometimes you know your daysare as they were before and then
sometimes your days are throwninto chaos.
Right?
If you have kids, if you havepets, you will know that things

(08:25):
can change on a dime.
Someone's puking one moment,someone needs to go to the vet
another.
You know, like you really have.
You want to have certainty androutines in your days, but then
you also crave, you know, ashake up, right?
That's why we go on vacationswe want to have a different
change of scenery or havedifferent experiences, and we
can stay in alignment throughall those things.

(08:47):
So, six signs you're out ofalignment and what to do about
it is the topic for today'spodcast.
So when we're feeling stuck,frustrated, exhausted, those are
feelings.
Your feelings are a barometerto whether you are in alignment
or not, and all feelings arevalid.
All feelings are part of thehuman experience.

(09:09):

So we're not going to be highvibes only.
You know, I really want to justburn all those signs down.
And if you have a sign likethat in your house bless, you
know, bless.
Or a t-shirt that's like bless,you know, you might want to
bring that to the next bonfire,because all vibes are part of
the human emotions, are part ofthe human tapestry and they are
just a barometer of whether youare on track with your alignment

(09:32):
or you're not.
And when you're not on trackwith your alignment, I'm going
to give you a four partframework to get back into
alignment Super easy questionsyou can ask yourself.
So sign number one that you areout of alignment constant
resistance and struggle.
Nothing is flowing easily.
I'm fighting every step of theway.

(09:53):
It's actually saying you're nottrusting.
You're not trusting Somethinghere is meant to be released or
the timeline in which you areadhering to is not the timeline
things are going to come in.
So, allowing that timeline tojust move and release that
resistance and struggle in yourlife, whatever you are
struggling with you, just takeyour hands off it and be like
it's okay.

(10:14):
We had someone very dear in ourlives who was struggling with
suicide ideation and that's ahard topic If that's something
you have been through or someoneclose to you has taken their
life, taken themselves to thespirit world, as we like to say
in mediumship, that is a hardthing to deal with.
That really is, and there's anelement there of struggle,

(10:34):
inherently in the grief oftrying to hold them here, trying
to keep them here, trying doingeverything possible.
And we came to a realizationthat if this thing happens, that
we have done everything, thereis no stone we have not
overturned, there is no help wehaven't called in, there is no
amount of love that we haveshowered on this individual,

(10:56):
that if this is their choice,then it is their choice and
there is nothing I can do tochange that.
And when I let go of that, Ididn't let go of the person
because the person is still verydear and in my heart.
But as I let go of the need tocontrol that, peace like a peace
like I can't even explain cameover me and that that's
alignment, pieces, alignment.

(11:17):
So second state is sign numbertwo is burnout Pushing instead
of receiving Hands up.
If you have experienced burnoutand if you are not watching me
on YouTube right now, my hand isin the air.
I literally was in full onburnout in October, november of
last year.
I was pushing, pushing, pushinglike crazy because I was

(11:40):
excited, I loved what I wasdoing, but then I wasn't resting
and I was out of my cycles, soI wasn't in alignment.
I was in pusher energy becauseit was so abundant, there were
so many people who wanted towork with me and there were so
many opportunities coming my wayand I said yes to everything
which gave rise to my year of nothis year.
But it was a wonderful time ofabundance and also no energy

(12:03):
burnout.
I really should have put inweeks there where I just took
time off or I scheduled peoplefurther out, and it's it's okay
to do that.
But you know, bless she tell of2024, she felt like she had to
accommodate everyone because itwas a now feeling and it's never
a now feeling.
The now feeling is out ofalignment, which I now fully

(12:24):
realize.
Bless those lessons of the past.
So sign number three is feelinguninspired or disconnected from
your purpose, and I'm going tosay that misalignment there can
feel like you've, you've again.
That can feel like burnout aswell.
Those are the beginning stagesof burnout too, where you're
just feeling uninspired anddisconnected.
But there's also this can be ahint that there's something

(12:45):
deeper underneath to be healedthat you have been overlooking
and trying to bypass.
Also, feeling uninspired anddisconnected from your purpose
can mean that your purpose isshifting.
So it's time to step back andgo.
Hmm, what now for me?
What feels exciting in my heart?
And if nothing feels exciting,like I'm in this cocoon where
everything is like this is great.

(13:06):
You know I love, I love helpingthese people, but his one
purpose calling to my heart morethan the others at this point
point, no, I'm in the cocoon ofliquefied state of
disillusionment.
You know, I love what I do.
I love the people that I'mdoing it with.
I love that I have thisbusiness.
I'm coming up on my fifth yearanniversary of being full time

(13:28):
in my business and as anentrepreneurial woman to be, you
know, in that multi six figureentrepreneurial place is it's
wow, it's huge, it's a wonderfulcelebration, it's an
achievement.
And even in doing what I love,I can still feel like I'm.

(13:50):
My purpose is shifting and I'min alignment with that because I
know it's coming.
I know the astrology behind it,I know this stage of my life,
but I still love the people thatI'm doing things with.
So there's a difference betweenfeeling uninspired and
disconnected from your purpose,feeling out of alignment because
you're like this is what I'vebeen doing my whole life, this
is what I went to school for.
I can't believe.
I don't love this thing anymore.
What now for me?
Versus oh, something's shifting.

(14:11):
I'm excited.
I'm open to the universeshowing me what my next steps
are supposed to be and where I'msupposed to create legacy in
this life.
Show me, universe.
That's alignment.
Number four chronic self-doubtand second guessing.
I doubt.

(14:31):
I never doubt myself.
If I'm being super honest,right, I'm never doubting like
is this the right choice?
Did I do the right thing?
Over here?
I mean sometimes with myteenagers, I do Like am I making
the right choice with lettingthem stay home from school
versus more guidelines?
We're always navigating thatpath with kids, right?
There's no manual for these.
You know little humans, theselittle souls that are coming in,

(14:53):
and so you're kind of like,okay, is that, is this the right
choice?
But you got to make a choice,right.
And so I don't think we secondguess.
We make our choice and we'relike, ok, hope and we'll see the
outcome.
And if the outcome doesn'tisn't desire, then we change our
course of action.
Right?
So I don't think we ever doubtit.
You know, I do hope that I'mdoing well with my kids, such as

(15:14):
parenting life.
But chronic self-doubt andsecond guessing myself yourself
can be really showing up in yourlife as indecision.
Right, should I be doing this?
Should I be doing that andshooting yourself to death Like
it's?
I had a client that called itthe should of shame.
Um, just to shout out toKimberly, who had given me that
a long time ago.
She's like it's like the shouldof shame.
Every time you should yourself,you shame yourself.

(15:36):
And I was like Ooh, girl, yousaid it.
That does not lead to anythinggood.
We cannot shame ourselves intochange.
We can only love ourselves intochange.
So if you have chronicself-doubt and second guessing
whether it's this or that weshould be doing this, this is
the right thing to do, thenyou're not in alignment.
You're not in trust.
Sign number five is ignoring gutfeelings and logically trying

(16:01):
to make decisions.
Nothing good is made in themind.
Like you can put strategyaround things in your mind, but
making a decision from the mindcreates more of the same.
You're creating more of thepast.
And if you really want tocreate from an exciting place of
dreams and alignment of souland the universe, you're making

(16:24):
decisions with your intuitionand creating safety around it
using the mind.
We're not making decisions fromthe mind.
The mind helps us to createsafety.
It does not create excitement.
And then number six is feelingout of sync with life's natural
rhythms.
So that's also going back toburnout, right?
You're just pushing and pushingand pushing.

(16:44):
There are moments, if you're amenstruating woman, you will
have weeks where you are sotired, so drained and you're
just like trying to push through.
That's actually what happenedto me in August, october and
November is that those weeks aresupposed to be off weeks your
body is shedding.
It is literally trying to getrid of a utero lining that could

(17:06):
have been a baby, and that time, if you're not a menstruating
woman, you will still have thosecycles in your in your.
You will have a cycle, a weekin your cycle that you will have
that.
So even if you are menopausal,perimenopausal, or you're on an
IUD or birth control, you willstill go through those cycles

(17:27):
within your body.
So women go through 29 and ahalf day cycles, or 30 day
cycles, if you want to round itup, and men go through 24 hour
cycles.
So the world is createdaccording to men, not women.
If it was created according towomen, you would have that
menstrual week off to just relax, to lay in bed, to put a

(17:47):
heating pad on your uterus, tobe near a toilet.
I mean it's just, it's awful.
Some of us have really badperiods and there is no kindness
in society for that.
Again, because the world ismade according to men and I
truly believe in the rise of thedivine feminine, we will be
taking that back.
So we will have weeks for thatand we will have kindness for

(18:09):
that.
So feeling out of sync withnatural rhythms means you're
pushing on weeks that you'resupposed to be quiet.
We are all going through, evenif you go according to the moon
cycles, there are cycles in themoon where we're meant to be
quiet, and I'll do a podcast onthe moon cycles so you can fully
understand how to integratethat into your life.
Because it is powerful.

(18:29):
New moons and full moons areenergetic, huge points for the
collective, and so you mightmenstruate according to the full
moon or new moon, or you mightmove.
You know your cycles might moveand that's fine.
But just noticing even that,how you feel when, if you are a
Cancer, pisces or Scorpio orhave a lot of those placements
in your chart, you definitelymust be tracking the moon

(18:52):
because it is affecting you bigtime.
Water signs are very affectedby the moon.
So noticing those cycles foryourself and those cycles.
In that time of the dark timeof the moon, whatever that is in
your cycle, it is a time to bequiet, to rest, to be in a
hibernation mode.
And then there is the full mooncycle where you are ovulating.

(19:13):
Well, yes, you're ovulating.
You are, you know out in theworld, you're attractive, you
articulate, you want to shineyour light, you're more outgoing
, you have more energy, andnoticing those cycles and
tracking your energy cycles willbe really important to know how
to flow with it.
Because if you're trying to bea pusher, you're not.
You're going to go into burnout, right?

(19:33):
You're not honoring your cycles.
So a really great way to comeback into alignment and noticing
how you're feeling versus thisis all in the mind.
When we're not focusing on howwe're feeling in our body and
we're not trusting our intuition, we are then creating our lives
either with the mind, which isof the past, or according to
everyone else's expectations ofus, which again does not bring

(19:56):
joy.
Right, it is not a joyfulexistence to be constantly
living according to everyoneelse's standards and
expectations, and that's why weshame ourselves.
Because no baby comes out going.
I shouldn't be crying now.
No baby said I pooped too manytimes in the day.
Right, babies are justfollowing their natural rhythm
and the world adjusts to them,right.

(20:17):
And so we grow up somewherealong the way feeling like we're
too much, like we shouldn'ttake up too much space, we
shouldn't ask for what we want,we're being a bother.
No baby feels like that.
You learn that somewhere.
Where did you learn that?
So four questions to askyourself to come back into
alignment.
What feels off right now andwhere am I forcing instead of

(20:43):
flowing?
This helps you to identifywhere you're pushing against
your natural rhythm instead ofmoving with ease.
What feels off right now andwhere am I forcing instead of
flowing?
Number two is what would myhighest self, or love, choose in
this moment?
What would love do in thismoment?

(21:04):
This reconnects you back toyour intuition and guide you
towards choices that align withyour values and purpose and
kindness.
Kindness for yourself, right?
What if you reschedule someappointments for today because
you are feeling burnt out?
I can tell you what that yourfamily is going to appreciate
you, that your clients willappreciate you, that your body

(21:24):
will appreciate you.
There is no downside If thereis anyone that is disappointed
by that and people are allowedto be disappointed.
First of all, it's OK todisappoint people, right?
You're a fantastic human being.
If you say no to brunch, if yousay I'm sorry, I'm sick today
and I need to move your schedule, your session, to another day,
they can be disappointed becausethey were excited to see you.

(21:46):
That's allowed.
But guess what?
You're not allowed todisappoint yourself.
You are not allowed todisappoint yourself at the
expense of other people as well.
Like, I mean really it's likethe or disappoint others at the
expense of other people as well.
Like, I mean really it's likeor disappoint others at the
expense of yourself.
Like, whatever you know whatI'm saying, don't?
You're not allowed todisappoint yourself to the
expense of yourself becauseyou're trying to please somebody

(22:08):
else.
There you go.
Number three where am I ignoringor suppressing my true desires?
So this helps you to uncoverareas where you are compromising
or settling instead of honoringyour authentic self.
Where am I ignoring orsuppressing my true desires?
And then number four is whatsmall shift can I make today to

(22:30):
feel more aligned and at peace?
This helps you to focus onpractical, immediate action
rather than overwhelm.
What small shift can I maketoday to feel more aligned and
at peace?
Maybe that is to take a nap,maybe that is to reschedule
appointments and go for a walk,maybe that is to block off weeks

(22:50):
in your schedule so that youhave downtime in moments that
you know your cycle is going toneed it.
These are really beautifulsmall shifts you can make today
that will really minimallyaffect others but maximally
affect and amplify your energy.
So, as a recap, the six signsthat you are in burnout or,

(23:10):
sorry, in out of alignment.
Burnout well, you could sort ofsay that too.
But six signs you're out ofalignment constant resistance
and struggle.
Number two is burnout.
Number three is feelinguninspired or disconnected from
your purpose.
Number four is chronicself-doubt and second guessing.
Number five is ignoring gutfeelings and logically making

decisions without taking intoconsideration your intuition.
Number six is feeling out ofsync with life's natural rhythms
.
And and I just got the nudge tokind of talk about burnout,
because I think a lot of peopledon't quite know, or maybe that
is a buzzword as well andburnout just means that it is

(23:55):
normally it's work related andit's when you don't manage your
stress accordingly.
And now you have the inabilityto cope with everything of life.
You are literally in zero tankof energy, zero ability to
manage people to.
You have no bandwidth and youhave no patients and you are so
tired You're probably sick andthis is where you're sort of

(24:18):
your tank is on E and there isnothing left to give to anybody
else.
So I noticed when I'm inburnout I get very impatient.
I have zero capacity to helpanyone and I noticed when people
ask something of me because Ihave trained them in that way, I
get very I'm going to saysnappy.

(24:38):
I get very snappy back.
So I don't like being inburnout and it's also a clue for
me to start to train peopledifferently in my life as well.
And then the four questionframework to help you get back
into alignment is what feels offright now and where am I
forcing instead of flowing?
What would my highest selfchoose instead of this moment?

(25:01):
Choose in this moment instead.
So, highest self, or sometimeslove, what would love do?
What would love say in thismoment?
And remember, love is loving toyou, not just loving to
everyone else, right, sometimeswe can rationalize.
Oh, love would say I should dothat for this other person.
No, my highest self would sayhow can I reconnect with my

(25:22):
intuition and guides towardschoices that align with my
values and purpose?
Values and purpose, right.
What are your values?
Are you last on your values?
That's something to think about.
Where am I ignoring orsuppressing my true desires?
This helps uncover areas whereyou are compromising or settling
instead of honoring yourauthentic self.

(25:45):
And number four what small shiftcan I make today to feel more
aligned and at peace?
Small shifts create big changesdown the road.
If you think about you're seton a path forward and you change
your trajectory by one degree,just one degree.
By the time you get out a fewkilometers, your, your path has

(26:06):
shifted massively.
So this is that making smallshifts today will align your
future for greater amounts ofpeace, greater amounts of
alignment, more energy, moreabundance.
It all starts with you.
So wishing you wonderful weekahead of huge alignment, a

(26:27):
feeling in flow, even if there'suncertainty, even if the world
is burning, that you can be inalignment with your cause, with
your mission, with who you areinside your values.
You might not know what yourcause and mission are.
Right, I'm in a liquefiedcocoon.
I'm not really too sure wherethat's going, but I know my
values and I know what I loveand I know what I want to, how I

(26:50):
want to impact the world aroundme in any moment, and I want to
