What happens when you stop viewing life through the lens of healing and start embracing higher consciousness and intuition? Join us as Claire Doré shares her incredible story of transformation, sparked by a life-altering car crash that shifted her from victim consciousness to a state of expansion and quantum leaping. Claire's journey not only redefined her own life but also revolutionized her coaching approach, guiding clients toward living in harmony with their highest selves. Throughout our conversation, Claire opens up about the profound daily transformations she experiences, and how her new perspective has led to significant breakthroughs for those she mentors.

Dive into the power of intuition and learn how letting go of what no longer serves us can lead to personal growth and new opportunities. We discuss the importance of decluttering both physically and energetically, sharing personal stories that highlight the transformative impact of trusting one's gut instincts. Inspired by insights from Jay Shetty, we explore the dangers of overthinking intuition and how embodying trust can facilitate life-changing quantum leaps. For those ready to embark on a path of substantial personal growth, Claire introduces her new program, The Leap, and shares other ways to engage with her offerings. Don't miss this compelling exploration of growth, intuition, and the art of letting go.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Straight from the Source's Mouth
podcast.
Frank talk about sex and dating.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Hello, tamara here, welcome to the show.
Today's guest is, back again, claire Doré, and this time we'll
be talking about letting go ofthe lens of healing, leading
with intuition and higherconsciousness.
Thanks for joining me again,claire.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Thank you, tamara.
It's just great to be back here, and a huge amount has happened
in that time.
So, yeah, thanks for having me.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Just that a lot has happened.
So what exactly caused you towant to like a whole new level?

Speaker 1 (00:34):
that just was I was not ready to almost embody
before and it's like I dobelieve that, like when we are

(00:54):
ready to embrace a higher truth, like the teacher will show up
and you know we are, we areready to just fully lean into
that and that's pretty much theexperience that I've had really
In this kind of like.
Yeah, so the last what five, sixmonths since we last spoke, I
have shifted from the likeoperating out of the lens of

(01:19):
healing, which I was previouslykind of living my life, but also
coaching through and reallyembodying the perspective of
expansion.
It's just changed everything, but particularly how I feel and
how I am now responding toreality.

(01:40):
Something kind of like therewere several things that were
kind of like leading up to thisand I took some very bold
actions around a few things andkind of like you know, kind of
like completed some chapters, really like these actions were
quite, quite big, they wereuncomfortable but felt really

(02:01):
deeply aligned and I feel likethat had to happen to kind of
energetically shift me to thenbe able to really accept and
apply this new level of workthat I am now leading my clients
through, which is all aroundthe higher consciousness.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Can you give an example of one thing, just so we
can get an idea of the kinds ofthings that cause a shift?

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Yeah, um, I'll give you a an example.
The final piece was um, thatreally kind of caused me to wake
up was a car crash.
I had a car and an Audi and, um, I was making a conscious
decision to give it back to thegarage, right to sell it back to
them, and that felt like theright decision for me to let go

(02:50):
of this car.
And so I put my car in thegarage to get just like some of
the scratches done and it wasall sparkling, all looking like
great right.
I spent some money on it and itlooked amazing like great right
.
It spent spent some money on itand it looked amazing.
The week before I was to take itto the garage, someone went in
the back of me and I was like, hmm, when this happened, I knew

(03:17):
there was something divinetiming about it.
It just felt that it was justlike this is something bigger
than me not just taking this carback.
There is something bigger aboutthis.
I just it just created thisreal curiosity.
But what actually happened was Ifell into this real victim

(03:39):
state and allowed this accidentto really impact how I was
feeling, and it was like I wasaware that I was allowing this
to go on.
But it was like I was observingmyself from this higher
perspective, literally kind ofspent like 24 hours or so in

(04:03):
this kind of pity party justobserving my behavior and, yeah,
really conscious about it.
And it was like literally likeI woke up the next day and it
was like everything had changedmy whole, the way I was then
seeing.
The world just totally shiftedand it's like I just shifted
myself out of this victimconsciousness into this higher

(04:27):
level and essentially like thestart of quantum leaping.
I've been taught about quantumleaping years ago and it's
always been shown to me as likea process.
But actually what I recognizeis it's not something that you
can force, it's not a processthat you can put yourself
through.
It's like you have to be readyand it will.

(04:50):
It's almost like your, yoursoul, will create that for you
and it's very much feels likeit's come from that place of me
being fully in alignment with myhighest self.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Yeah, and it sounds like it like transformation or
shift, like you said, like apretty quick one, and so that
led you to start coaching thatkind of stuff, like getting out
of that mind, victim mentalityor just like everything
associated with that mindsetversus this one.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Yeah, essentially it really caused me to throw
everything up in the air andwhat I realized was how I was
previously looking at myself, but also how I was coaching was
through this lens of healingwhich creates this separation
where you are talking about asubconscious mind, you're

(05:44):
talking about conscious mind, you're talking about old
programming, all separation, talking about trauma, and it's
like all these things can causeyou to kind of be in a place of
blame.
And I think what it reallyallowed me to see is that
coaching under the perspectiveof healing was causing me, but

(06:09):
also my clients, to look forsomething wrong, look for
something that needed fixing.
Always searching, always looking, and I realized that, you know,
just shifting out of that andjumping straight into um, like
this higher consciousnessteaching and all around

(06:29):
expansion and actually knowingthat we are completely one and
whatever comes up, it's justlike it's, it's just us, right,
it's just us, like we are.
We are one, there's noseparation, like we are whole as
we are, and then what it allowsyou to do is just like you're

(06:50):
not looking for anything wrong, you're not doing loads of
rituals to try and find outwhat's holding you back.
It's like you live from a placeof authenticity, follow
whatever feels fun and exciting, and what's out of alignment
just literally comes up to thesurface so you can just unhook

(07:10):
it.
So it's just changed everything.
For me, it's like I feelcompletely different and how I'm
responding to things iscompletely different, but also
my clients.
I am seeing like literallydaily this transformation, like
huge.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
I would say we can either talk about you know the
kind of coaching you do and howpeople can reach you, or give
like an example of some stuffthat people have gone through
and fixed.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, not fixed, just unhooked.
And yeah, I think a lot of theway that I'm coaching now is,
instead of previously, likethere would be a lot of maybe
going into the story, into thepath.
When we keep going back intothat, we are recreating it in

(08:00):
our future, right, wherever weplace our energy is what we're
then going to create, and so,instead of going into the whole
story of that, it's like okay, what is the disempowering story
that is present here?
And supporting my clients inreally helping them to recognize

(08:21):
they are choosing that story inthis moment and by doing that,
it allows it to shift out of thebody energetically so that they
can really uncover what istheir truth.
And really uncover what istheir truth and like an example
is, you know, one of my clientsrealized that one of her

(08:43):
friendships was incredibly toxicand really draining, like she
was becoming really, the moreshe was expanding in my kind of
container, the more she was justlike really bumping up against
this person in her life, youknow, like repelling her, and
what she started to notice isshe started to respond

(09:04):
differently because she couldsee that she created this person
so that she could elevateherself and expand herself.
She started to take back herpower, and that's essentially
what I'm supporting my clientsdo is to take back their power
and really embody all of whothey are.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
I'm in a similar spot now, like trying to figure out
like what it is I like, who Ilike, who I want to spend my
time with and I was going to say, yeah, it's like so important
to time with.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
And I was going to say, yeah, it's like so
important to become veryconscious what you're you're
feeding yourself, you know whatare you consuming.
You know even down to, like, what music you're listening to,
what films you're choosing towatch, like what are you putting
into your mind, and it's all.
It's all being conscious aboutyour energy and like, in your,
in your home, it's like you knowwhat are the things that are

(10:01):
not lighting you up.
Get rid of them, just get ridof them.
And, if you know, say you'vegot a desire that you want to
create, you know, huge wealth, that you have a desire to be a
multi-millionaire or billionaire, whatever that might be, it's
like okay.
So you need to remove anythingthat is connected to poverty or
poor.
Just like strip it, strip itaway.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
Yeah, it's funny.
I just hired an organizer likea month ago and got rid of.
She brought like 25 bags outand I have a pretty small place.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
Yeah, it's taking energy, you know, it's taking
energetic space.
Um, and when we can start tosee that, we can then, like,
make a conscious choice.
And one of my, the steps that Itook before like just right
before my awakening it'sprobably a couple of months
before, to be honest is Inoticed how?

(10:52):
So I'm single and dating, opento dating?
Let me say I'm not datinganyone right now.
I'm divorced and I'm single.
What?
I'm single and dating, open todating?
Let me say I'm not datinganyone right now.
I'm divorced and I'm single.
What?
I realized that the dating appswere stealing my energy.
It was like they werecontrolling my energy.
So, even though I'd had goodboundaries around when I would
go in and interact, the thoughtwould pop up oh, I wonder if

(11:15):
so-and-so is like messaging meback or whatever it was right,
taking me away from the presentmoment, which is where we create
from and stealing my energy.
As soon as I saw that, it waslike oh my gosh, like, let go,
that's it, they have to go.
Have to go.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yeah, I know it's going to sound like a broken
record, but I'm there with youon that too, like yeah, I was
only on one, but yeah, I'vetaken like months off from it.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
Yeah, I think it's all about, you know, energy and
I recognize, you know the shiftin myself is I have been able to
reclaim my power and my energyand so refueling myself
essentially, and what I, where Ifeel now, is I'm in such a
place of security.

(12:05):
I thought I was secure beforeand I realized how I feel now,
like oh no, this is feelingsecure in myself, like this is a
completely different vibe andenergy, and what I recognize is
I no longer need or am lookingfor a partner, not at.

(12:26):
It's like I am so comfortablein who I am and just living my
life and loving it that it'slike, yeah, a guy is just a
bonus, like if it happens, ithappens, if it doesn't, it's so
fine.
And I don't think I could everreally fully say that before

(12:47):
yeah, yeah, yeah, definitely.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
I mean that's the root of everything.
They say you have to loveyourself first and like, like
you said, the more you knowyourself and the more and I
definitely agree what you saidearlier.
Going back to like the musicand the shows and you know I
haven't watched the news inyears cause I don't want all
that negativity and then theshows I choose, I used to choose
ones with more drama and, likeyou know, like just gossipy
drama and I'm like nope, I don'twant to hear that either how

(13:12):
amazing to realize that, yeah, that is it.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
You are, yeah, consciously um being very
conscious about your energy andwhere you place it and and, yeah
, what, what is interacting withyou?

Speaker 2 (13:25):
right, that's amazing yeah, do you like what I know
you said consciousness teaching,like it's obviously you're
talking about energy, but isthere more stuff to say on that
or?

Speaker 1 (13:36):
um, yeah, essentially it's really um, applying that
we are all the creator andembodying the I am energy.
And when you really lean intothis perspective, it's all about
actually knowing, like, reallyknowing, like that feeling of

(13:57):
knowing that everything youdesire, as long as they are your
true desires, are alreadycreated, like creation is done.
So it's about then elevatingyour vibration and frequency, so
your energy, which is why youknow, like what you've been
doing recently, likedecluttering and clearing the

(14:19):
things that are so out ofalignment.
This is it like when you'reexpanding, like you just feel,
you just know what's out ofalignment and it's just like,
once you've seen it, it's likeright, that goes, I've got rid
of some, like, yeah, I got ridof my car, right, that was a big
thing.
That was like suddenly, thatwas out of alignment.
It's like clear, huge thing.

(14:40):
And then, like the people thatshowed up in my life as a result
of letting go of that physicalthing right, because it was
taking energetic space, yeah, just like clothes that you know
like had quite a big sort of um,a sentiment I want to say it
was like nope, not anymore, hasto go, has to go.
It's like seeing things in adifferent light, you know, and

(15:03):
with with new eyes, and I thinkthat's it.
It's like I just I'm noticingright now like I'm not really
connected to many people, likeit's just I'm not, I'm not
needing it, I'm just reallymastering myself.
You know, as I've been quantumleaping, it's like being in this
kind of like, sort of like abubble, really like I call it

(15:24):
like a void, where I've almost, like, put myself in this
isolation.
I've seen my kids, right, butit's really, yeah, it's really
interesting, really interesting.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Yeah, and I don't know why this is happening.
Well, I guess because ourenergy and why we wanted to do
this episode.
But I'm in the same exact space, like I'm literally just kind
of like chilling and not reallymaking effort to isolating.
Basically, until then, yeah, and feel like it'll renew me,
yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
Oh for sure.
And the thing is like, you know, we have been told that we need
to do to be remunerated.
I have a client right now whowas sharing with me recently.
She's like I keep asking myintuition, like what am I meant
to do, what do I do for mybusiness?
And her intuition just keepsgoing nothing.

(16:12):
And I was just like massivesmiles and like trying not to
laugh Because I was like, yeah,I know what's happening to you.
It's like you're in theisolation and I know exactly
what comes from this.
It's like, yeah, so she's, youknow she's.
She's kind of like, yeah, almost put herself in this
interesting kind of isolationand, yeah, like her intuition is

(16:36):
just going yep, you do nothingRight.
So powerful, so powerful.
You know we bring brainwashedto do and it's um, very much
unhooking that and only everacting when something feels
really really like, like you'rereally passionate about it and
really excited about it.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
That's the only time that's our intuition speaking
and I I know I've heard oprahsay in the past like when in
doubt, don't Do you want toshare how people can reach you
if they want to work with you,or the kind of stuff you do?

Speaker 1 (17:10):
Yes, thank you, I would love to.
So I have a few ways to workwith me.
The first step, quite often forpeople is a one-off, one-to-one
call, which is a 90-minuteintensive with me.
I call it the game changer, because I teach them how to play
the game of life.

(17:31):
I also have a container forwomen called the Expansion, and
I am just about to launch a newprogram which is a very short
container, because what I'verealized is when you are
coaching from the perspective ofexpansion, you don't need to
keep people in containers for along time because you're not

(17:52):
keeping them in a process likeum, you are when you are in the
healing world, and that's myperspective, anyway, and my from
my own experience.
So it's a three-month containerand it called the leap, and
it's for people who areabsolutely ready to go all in
and quantum leap, and I willonly be taking the people who

(18:15):
are like, yeah, just like fullyin and they'll know, they'll
know.
So those are the offerings thatI have right now, and so I am
on YouTube, tiktok and Instagram, the wild woman CEO, and on
Facebook is Claire Dore.
The E has an acute.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
Yeah, okay, awesome, and do you have any kind of
final thoughts or like stuff youwant to?
For sure, make sure we cover.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
I think the final piece really is something I I've
kind of always talked about inmy business, but now I'm really
understanding like the realdepth and importance of this,
which is essentially trust isthe thing to embody and keep.

(19:06):
I want to say practicing, youknow, like just just that is the
thing to embody and keep.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
I want to say practicing, you know, like just
just that is the thing right, because to quantum leap actually
you need to trust you just needto trust and when you say trust
, you're saying like trustyourself and your intuition and
what you're think of what youneed to do or not do, but yeah,
thinking is dangerous is whatI've learned.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
Thinking is dangerous if you try and make logic of
your intuition, like you're.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
It's going to stop you moving forward yeah, I mean
obviously I've agreed with youall along.
So I'm sure, because I alwayssay I have plan a through d.
You know, I like work my waytowards many things, but like
one always seems to become thefront runner.
So, and I'm open to everythingnew and I like I pursue it a
little bit or at least you know, give it energy and like think

(19:51):
about it, and I I've always feltlike I make good decisions.
So awesome.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
Yes, I love that that you feel which one has got the
energy, because that is it, thatthat is the one to, to trust
and act on.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
Yeah, yeah.
And then in the past when I'vetried to like kind of force it
or like I need to get here andlike when the more you try and
the more you're it's nothappening.
I mean sometimes you canovercome and that's one thing.
But yeah, at some point youeither know it's, it's like not
meant for you.
I know jay shetty talks aboutthat, I think I agree yeah,
thank you very much for being onand I'm glad we got to redo

(20:27):
this after your awakeningtransformation.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
Yes, thank you so much, yep.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
Alrighty, yeah, thanks again, and if you enjoy
this episode, be sure to tellyour friends about it and rate
it as well.
All right, everyone.
