We talk to Mike Read - Radio & TV Broadcaster and Presenting Legend. Since the late 70s Mike Read has climbed to the top of the Radio and TV fields as a presenter, host and interviewer on the likes of the Radio 1 Breakfast Show, Saturday Superstore and the iconic Top of the Pops TV Show. Today he continues to champion new music from many of our favourite legacy artists on The Heritage Chart showcasing the latest songs from classic bands and singers. Mike takes us through many of the amazing twists and turns of his incredibly varied career in the pop culture world of the 80s and beyond including the encounters with different pop, TV and Movie personalities along the way.
