Where does the magic of the holidays live? The magic lives in us, in every breath we take. Every breath is an opportunity to live life in any way we choose. We so often get bogged down in our own stuff, our family and friends’ stuff and the stuff of the world. Sometimes it is hard to breathe. This causes us to forget that with each breath comes an opportunity. A choice. A decision.

This holiday season, women can choose how they will use that breath. I personally have chosen to experience joy and cheer with those I love. I want you to make a choice that fits and feeds you.
