Today we’re talking about grief, a topic that touches us all.
As women who have weathered the storms of life, including the profound loss of both of our parents, we understand the weight and complexity of grief and we want to share our personal stories, insights, and reflections on grief, resilience, and the transformative power of community.
Unfortunately, grief doesn’t have an age limit, and as women over 50, we've found ourselves at a unique intersection of grief and personal growth. We've learned that grief isn't just about mourning the loss of a loved one; it's also about finding meaning, strength, and even moments of joy amidst the pain.
Today, we hope to create a space where our listeners can feel seen, heard, and supported in your own experiences of grief, we invite you to join us as we explore the depths of grief with courage, compassion, and a whole lot of badassery.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
