Ian was raised in Goshen, Indiana and learned BASIC programming on an Apple II. He graduated from Goshen High School in 1990 and received a bachelors degree in computer science from Indiana University Bloomington in 1994.
Ian has had a storied career with him starting working for the Beastie Boys in the early 90s along with working on WinAmp. He went on from there to a number of executive roles with Yahoo, Apple, Beats Music, LVMH and finally Ledger where her currently serves as Chief Experience Officer.
He is also a prolific collector of blockchain based art something he is particularly passionate about.
