About David Benn:

David Benn was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University in 2002 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2005. While in law school, David interned for the Honorable James T. Giles, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Since 2010, David has focused his practice on representing injured workers in workers' compensation claims under F.S. 440.205. His unique experience representing both employers and their insurance companies gives him a distinct advantage in understanding how claims are defended. Over the years, David has successfully secured favorable outcomes for hundreds of injured workers across Florida, both before and during trial.

David is a fluent Spanish speaker and has lived in South Florida since 2005.
