Take the pieces that make the most sense to you. You are strong enough to create the routine that is going to work the best in your life. You are in control.
Let us continue to discover and establish routines that will support our goals and well-being. Be patient with yourself, celebrate small victories along the way and let's keep in mind that Success is Routine.
