Life is a winding road?
No telling where it goes?
Driving through days and nights?
Won't stop for traffic lights?
And I, I really want to
know, really want to know?

(00:31):
If I let me figure
out where the road goes?
Even if I'm falling down? I will keep on searching for
my highs?
You can say I lost my mind? I will keep on holding my
head high? Even if the sky is

(00:54):
falling down.
Foreign
hey, hey, hey. And welcome to
another episode. We're diving into this new
series unapologetically, you. And I'm excited about it
because, you know, being yourself

(01:17):
obviously is. Is the most amazing thing ever. And I don't know
why it is that we feel that we have to
wait to give ourselves permission to be ourselves. And,
you know, that's one thing that I'm really loving about the series
as we're working on it, because, you know, we should have
never put those masks on to begin with, and a lot of us did, and

(01:39):
there's a million reasons why that happened. But, you know, within
this series, we're talking about ditching the masks and ditching the should
haves, would haves, could haves, and talking about
real life. You know, we're talking about messy growth as
it actually happens and not the Pinterest perfect version.
And, you know, today on this episode, we're going to

(02:02):
go there. We are going to talk about what it means to
be labeled too much, too loud, too driven,
too sensitive, too direct, and why those things are
actually your superpower. So go ahead, grab that cup of
coffee, that cup of tea, or just throw this on during
your, you know, school drop off, because this is

(02:24):
the pep talk that I definitely needed a few years ago,
and I want to kind of bring that to you all today.
So, first of all, let's step into
the realness of this topic because we
live in a world that loves to box us
in, especially women. You know, be strong, but not

(02:47):
too strong. Don't be too bold. Speak up, but not
too loud. Work hard, but don't forget to be
perfectly present for every moment of motherhood.
It's like, who even made these rules? I remember
constantly shrinking myself, laughing quieter,
trying to smooth my edges, trying to, you know, chill

(03:10):
out a little bit. And spoiler alert, it didn't
make me more successful. It didn't make me more loved. It actually made
me tired, burnout, resentful, and all of those yucky,
yucky emotions. And I hit a moment, and maybe
if you're listening to this right now, you've had one exactly like
this. But I Hit this moment where I thought, I

(03:33):
can't do this anymore and if I'm going to burn out, I
might as well burn out as me. So I decided I was
going to stop apologizing for taking up space. I
was going to stop explaining why I dreamed big. And I
laughed loud. And once I let all of those parts of me
out, the right people started to lean in and the wrong

(03:56):
people started to see themselves out. Right.
My people didn't need a filtered version of me.
They needed the wild, fully present, multi
passionate, Messy bun at 3pm version of me.
So if you're sitting there feeling like maybe you're too much,

(04:18):
let me just say this. You're not too much. You're just
not meant for small spaces. You know,
you're meant to do more things, and that doesn't always mean
bigger and louder. That just means sometimes different, more
purposeful. Something that your innate gifts and
talents. And they're appreciated. They're

(04:40):
needed. They're. They're needed so badly, actually,
you know, this series, it's
not about being polished and perfect.
It's about being raw and real and radically
honest with who you are and what you want.

(05:01):
So let that too much energy out. Laugh loud.
Let it echo those big ideas, Say
them, do them, try them, fall down, pick yourself back
up, try again. Because this is your space, and we don't
do boxes here. All right, friend,

(05:22):
I am also gonna throw this out here with this
unapologetically you series. I've also challenged myself to dive back into
doing these live streams like I did before. So I will be
peppering in some of these solo episodes along with
bringing on some amazing guests because that's something that I've missed. I love doing
these series where we're talking about a specific topic, but I miss having my guests

(05:43):
on because I want to hear your stories. I love them. And you all
have so much to share. So if you're interested in being a
guest on the show, shoot me an email.
Infouccessfullychaotic.com I'd love to have you
on. All right, friend, that's it for today. We're
keeping this series honest, soulful, a little bit spicy

(06:04):
sometimes. And hey, if it's in your heart,
shoot me a dm. You know, drop a comment, shoot me that
email, even if it's just to tell me about a moment that you stopped
shrinking. And if you've got that story that you
want to share on an upcoming live, you know, go ahead
and shoot me that email. Or you can even go to successfullychaotic.com

(06:27):
and, you know, fill out the form to be a guest there because you're
not too much and you're just getting started. So let's talk soon.
Life is a winding road
no telling where it goes

(06:50):
Driving through days and nights
Won't stop for traffic lights
and. I, I really want to
know really want to know.
