Lo Show è ambientato nel 2120, quando una misteriosa astronave si schianta sulla Terra, rilasciando creature aliene letali. In questo scenario distopico, dominato da cinque megacorporazioni, una squadra di soldati sintetici guidata da Wendy, la prima persona ad aver trasferito la propria coscienza in un corpo robotico, viene inviata a indagare. La loro missione si trasforma in una lotta per la sopravvivenza, in cui devono affrontare la più grande minaccia che il pianeta abbia mai conosciuto, mentre esplorano temi come l’identità, la coscienza e la sopravvivenza dell’umanità.
