I took some time to reflect on the past 50 episodes, the guests who've joined me and the stories we've shared. Thank you for listening, supporting and loving me through this mental health journey - I'm a better person because of the curve balls life threw me and am so proud of how far I've come, even within the past year.
While I might've started this podcast in the midst of a manic episode, I'm proud of the consistency and the fact we made it to 50! So here's to 50 more - whether they're every single week or not :)
