He is an author, health coach, he was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2003 at age 26 and had surgery, but instead of chemotherapy he used nutrition and natural therapies to heal himself. Chris has reached millions of people through his online platforms, such as his podcast, his book, and lectures around the world and has inspired people to take control of their health and reverse disease with a radical transformation of diet and lifestyle. He tells us his story of how he discovered an alternative path to healing his cancer, and then the various experiences he had and decisions he made to make some big changes that lead him to better health.
