In this episode we speak to the Godfather of vegan bodybuilding, Robert Cheeke. He is the author of several books including the New York Times bestseller The Plant Based Athlete. As a two time natural bodybuilding champion, Robert is considered one of the VegNews Magazine’s most influential vegan athletes. He’s a regular contributor to No Meat Athlete, Forks Over Knives, Vegan Strong, he’s a multi sport athlete, entrepreneur, has seen everything, and has followed a plant-based diet for more than 25 years. Robert tells us how he was able to be vegan and win bodybuilding competitions, using plants to feed his body with protein instead of animals as all the other bodybuilders were doing.
