In early 1993, just outside the small town of Moxee, Washington, an unidentified man was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver while out walking in the middle of the highway late one evening. Without any form of identification on his body, or any known missing persons to link him to, he became known to local law enforcement as Moxee John Doe.
