Michael holds a deep passion for everyone in this world to gain self-awareness and take action on creating and following their own path. He believes that only once we stray out of what society, peers and even our parents deem what a success is we realize what our own version of success looks and feels like.
His ultimate goal is to wake up every day with the sole focus of inspiring people to do what inspires them and pursue a life worth living, and during this episode he shares his personal journey of shifting careers after his father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
