Well, Round 7 can be summarized as that week of weird variance and missed opportunities. We had Gawn heading into his clash with an insane historical average of 132.4 from 13 games against Richmond - likely one of the highest by a player against an individual side - and he came out and limped to a 105. And Nicky D was a captaincy-tease as he junked his way to 40+ disposals, and also limped to a very inefficient 105 against the Dons...

Well, it seems injuries are the theme of 2026 ongoing, and in Round 6 it almost claimed Le Bont, who had a sore knee, which not only restricted him to a season low score of 66, it could also put him in doubt for Round 7. Brilliant news for us owners. Simply brilliant. Round of applause SuperCoach Gods!
