S3E12 The SurveYOUR podcast Special Feature

Good Governance – Part 3 – Corporate Governance: the dangers of complexity. Does culture trump structure?

‘There is a famous Peter Drucker quote that says: “culture eats strategy for breakfast”. Does the same apply to corporate governance? Does culture trump structure?’

Between January and March 2022 James and Jon recorded our fantastic Good Governance Series with Simon Hardwick and Bruce McAra FRICS, two of the RICS Management Board members who were sacked by RICS and exonerated in the Levitt Review

The boys were delighted to host Simon and Bruce and discuss not only some of the implications of the Levitt review but to do a forward-look into what Good Governance looks like

James and Jon cannot express their thanks enough to the time and effort put into this series by Simon and Bruce and they had a cracking good time discussing what Good Governance looks like

If you liked the SurveYOUR podcast Levitt Review series you’ll love Good Governance, so strap in as it is a great listen and thought provoker.

We are absolutely sure you will enjoy this series. But, why not let us know in the feedback or drop us a line and come and have a chat with us about it?
