Have you ever felt watched, targeted, or silenced by forces more powerful than yourself? This raw, unfiltered account reveals how I turned the tables on what I call the "Deep State" using nothing but strategic thinking, careful planning, and $12 a month.

From a thriving tour business in Cabo bringing in $10,000-$12,000 weekly to discovering mysterious tax liens following me across continents, my journey exposes the lengths to which coordinated groups will go to silence those who challenge them. When I discovered hearings about my finances were being scheduled without my knowledge and documentation conveniently arriving only after these hearings concluded, I knew I needed an unconventional approach to regain control.

My solution? Creating dozens of what I call "ghetto dead man switches" – evidence buried in various locations as insurance against those who might wish to silence me. This evidence included what I refer to as the "naughty police officer database" and documentation of other incidents that proved powerful enough to make shadowy forces reconsider their approach. The turning point came when I launched this very podcast, triggering an immediate IRS audit claiming I owed $360,000, which ultimately gave me the opportunity to confront those I believe were orchestrating my troubles.

The strategic confrontation worked. By making it clear I had evidence that could implicate many people and threatening a RICO lawsuit that would draw unwanted attention, I managed to get the fabricated liens removed and my passport issues resolved. While I believe I remain on watchlists, the harassment has drastically reduced – no more break-ins, no direct intimidation, just distant observation. My experience offers valuable lessons for anyone facing seemingly insurmountable opposition: sometimes creating multiple failsafes and strategically revealing information is more effective than direct confrontation. Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello there everybody .
I'm Heidi and this is theSurviving Changes podcast.
So we're in Cabo and the deepstate is just getting ready to
learn that they might not be sodeep after all.
So if you listened to thepodcast where I talked about

(00:21):
bringing the evidence, if youdidn't, let's just catch up a
little bit.
So we've got the deep state.
They just don't know that wehave them at this point and
they're headless, essentially,at least what I'm dealing with,
right, the Fusion Center andstuff like that, which I don't
know.
What's the Fusion Center?
But that group, you don't knowwho's in charge.

(00:43):
You know somebody must be,because it's very coordinated um
, but you don't know who it isand so there's no one directly
to talk to.
But that's getting ready tochange here in cabo, um, and
that truly changes everything, because once they know that
there's evidence buried all over, things get to change, and

(01:04):
fairly quick, um, at least asfar as they're concerned.
So they've got me pretty jackedup um, my passports, thank god
that um.
So after covid, there was abunch of us stuck in mexico and
um who had came there legallybut then, like, everything was

(01:25):
closed so we couldn't renew ourstuff, and so they ended up
offering all of us essentially,um, a gateway to, well,
eventually, citizenship, if youwanted it.
Um, I ended up just taking thetemporary residency and then I
moved back to Puerto Rico.
So it I didn't.
It doesn't make sense for me,um, to go back there and take
the test.
I don't want to live thereanymore.

(01:45):
Um, and I'm fine doing mybusiness the way that it is now.
So, but during that time, um,they gave us a path and so I was
there in Mexico legally.
But, um, the deep state, remember, they had set up this
IRS deal, well, a bunch ofthings.
But the IRS, the IRS deal, um,that they had, with all of the

(02:06):
liens and all of that, um, well, first of all, I knew by now
that they were worldwide.
They at least had a couplepeople worldwide, because, as I
was going out the door inAustralia, that's the first time
I heard that there is some taxlien.
But that lady wouldn't show itto me.
She's like you said, you're amoral person, because you have

(02:30):
to be moral to get in thesecountries.
I'm like I am.
And then she's like well, wewere told that you didn't pay
these taxes.
You did all of these things, committed these crimes.
I'm like I didn't do any ofthose things and I had to go
through um.
When I started the communitycenter out in High Wycombe, I
had to go through essentially aminiature trial to prove all
that and so, but this lady hadobviously got that paperwork

(02:53):
from somewhere, um, and it hadnever been provided me and she
still at that point, hadn't letme see it.
But I knew that there wassomething out there at that
point, um, and so that's that'skind of lingering in the back of
my head also as I'm trying todecide what to do with this
business, because this businesscould really start to blow up,

(03:15):
um, after COVID um was done, people were ready to travel and
there were some tours on there,um, there were some weeks that
it was bringing in $10,000,$12,000 a week, and so I was
having a real problem.
I either had to shut it down onTripAdvisor and those guys
because I wanted to keep itunder $225,000 a year, because

(03:39):
once you start hitting over aquarter million, that's when all
kinds of things start gettingtriggered with the rs.
And remember, I just reallywanted to have free tours, free
drinks, free food, um, and sothe tour business sounded pretty
good, killing time.
Right, I wasn't meant to likebe successful, but now here I am

(04:00):
and it looks like I could makethis thing really, really
successful.
And I know that I have got umthe deep state by their balls.
We've got the evidence on themudslide that they've um we.
We got the naughty policeofficer database.
We've got all kinds of thingsthat they think that they

(04:21):
confiscated and that I didn't,that I didn't have, and so they
believed they had a lot of power.
I knew I had a lot of power, but there was no way to let them
know that.
And so, um, this business.
Well, it ended up giving me anopportunity, um, because it
allowed me to start doing acouple other things.

(04:42):
Now, all of a sudden, I had acouple extra dollars and
actually, in fact, money that Ihad to spend Because, look, it
doesn't matter how much you makeif you have costs that equal it
or more, right, and sowrite-offs and things like that.
So now, all of a sudden, I'mhaving to come up with a lot of
write-offs, I'm startingdifferent experiences, I'm doing

(05:04):
stuff to lose money, and thatdoesn't make sense either, right
, and it also trains peoplearound you to treat you really
bad because they think you'restupid, when in fact, you're
smart enough that you have moneyto waste.
In that regard, and I remember,I know how this goes, as I I

(05:25):
made more than all of us couldspend Um, and so I I understand
that Um.
I also understand that with abusiness like that, once it
grows, you have to be super tiedto it, and I didn't want to
necessarily be super tied toCabo like one place.
It'd be different if it waslike a nationwide tour business,

(05:46):
but this wasn't.
But.
So this did allow me, though,to have a little bit of extra
cash, and one of the things, uh,that I wanted to do.
So, before I buried all thatevidence, I sat down with my
baby daddy.
Now my baby daddy is not agreat guy and he OD'd and he's
dead now, but this was before um.

(06:06):
I went on the break relationtour and asked him he's so he's
smart.
There's very few people in theworld that I'll say and I know
that there's a lot of peoplesmarter than me, but I haven't
met them.
But Eric's one of the peopleI've met who I would have said
is smarter than me and say no,you're smarter, but he had um,
just pragmatic smarts, forinstance, we had friends that um

(06:31):
were lost in the snow, uh, inin school growing up in junior
high might have been beginningof high school, uh, and he
always he laughed.
He said they're so stupid wethought they're gonna die.
They were out there a long time.
He's like I know they have alighter on them or they have
something to start a fire.
We're like okay, so they staywarm.
He's like no, you start thewhole fucking forest on fire and

(06:55):
then when they come to put outthe fire, there you are.
And so this is a kind of he'sjust smart like that.
Somebody, a kind of he's justsmart like that somebody had
gotten raped and he's like oh,I'd never get raped.
Like well, how could you?
How do you know you'd never getraped?
He's like well, because I canshit myself at will and if it
was even getting close, I wouldshit myself and nobody want a
piece of all of that.

(07:15):
I mean he just um, one of thoseguys you gotta look at me like
fuck, so smart and so stupid atthe same time, because he really
just wasted what he had.
But I went and I sat down beforethat Break the Nation tour and
explained to him my situationand that I needed to get all the
stuff from the computers at theoffice somehow and get it

(07:39):
everywhere else, but that Icouldn't trust anybody at the
office and I especially couldn'ttrust Galen and our computer
guy Will.
And so we talked about this andI can't tell you exactly how it
was.
You already know that I buriedsome of it.
But so we talked about how Iwould go grab it and keep it and
then how to make sure I couldput it in places.

(07:59):
It would be okay.
It was essentially a dead manswitch but a ghetto dead man
switch.
But one dead man switch like aghetto dead man switch, but one
dead man switch like a ghettoone wouldn't be enough.
So I created dozens.
So I knew that, but I couldn'ttell any.
There was nobody to tell thatright.
And so I decide I'm going to seeif I can draw these guys out.

(08:23):
So there's a few ways to drawthem out and get them out in the
open.
One of them is acting all crazy.
They'll come check that out oneway or another.
Another way is to act really, really broken.
You've seen that.
That'll draw them in.
But another way is to be strongor to start something new that
may be a little bit scary tothem out in the open, and so I

(08:45):
started out in the open thispodcast you're talking to on
Surviving Changers.
Now, it was only meant to.
It was $12 a month.
I found out and I'm like, well, okay, I'm going to hide a bunch
of evidence in the back rightand I'll just talk to you guys

(09:07):
like I did in the beginning Fivehere, five minutes there, about
little things.
Maybe it'd be good, maybe itwouldn't, doesn't matter.
It's twelve dollars a month andit's another another place that
would help ensure my safety ifI needed it for 12 bucks, and
now I could afford the 12 bucks.
So I started this and, um,within 21 days I was audited by

(09:29):
the irs for the last 10 yearsand they told me that I owed
them at that point I believe itwas 360 000 in cash.
Now, when they sent that, it's abig packet of paperwork because
supposedly there was also ahearing that they had that I had
missed.
But the reason I had missed itif there was in fact a hearing

(09:49):
was because they didn't evengive me any of this paperwork
until after that hearing hadalready occurred, and so they
actually delivered it to mark'shouse because that's my um, my,
you know, my.
That's where the business was.
That was my last place ofresidence where I had stayed
with him.
He was my post office box, sothe stuff came to him.

(10:12):
So they've been keeping trackenough of me to know, hey, heidi
, that's the place we can serveHeidi.
And so that's where they sentthis paperwork for these 10
years.
But in it they sent a bunch ofthese fucked up liens that
supposedly I owed.
Well, one of them in there wasum with Catherine Abel, and if

(10:33):
you remember, also from thepodcast where we read the and
they're um on the Tik TOK, ifyou subscribe they're on there,
you can read them.
But those declarations, andthey named Catherine Abel
specifically, and so Iimmediately I'm hot as can be
and I call the Michelle lady andthat's the call, half of the

(10:56):
call that you actually hear.
That's in here, right.
But once I start talking to herI realize, if it's true, she's
trying to tell me that thereason she got involved is
because it's at 10 years, andthat's actually a true statement
too.
So their statute of limitationsmight be running out, and she
claims that it came across herdesk just as a matter of course

(11:21):
and I'm like okay, if that'strue, then we can work on this
and we'll clear it together,right?
If it's not true, then what Ineed you to know is this um, I'm
going to if I've waited a long, long time to have at least two
people that I could connectdirectly with the paper trail,

(11:43):
and I'm going to send you twodeclarations, the same that I
showed you guys that are goingto tell you exactly what
happened and I didn't do any ofthis stuff.
If you truly are a good person, you're going to see that you
have all the resources to beable to go see that.
If you're a bad person, what Iwant you to know is I am going
to file a RICO lawsuit andthere's a whole lot of people.

(12:04):
They've killed my puppy, they've taken my stuff, there's
a lot of people involved, butI'm not going to sue anybody
else but you and Catherine Abel.
Based on this lean paperworkand this declaration Just those
two things the government willcome in, don't worry.
They will come, have your back, they will get involved, but I'm
going to make you do that.
Get involved, but I'm going tomake you do that.
So they're mad at you and I'mgoing to hold you responsible

(12:28):
for all of the actions that havehappened to me, or you can
bring all those pieces of shitin.
So what do you want to do?
And she's like I need to talkto higher ups.
Now I know that I'm giving herthe benefit of the doubt in the
call, but she won't let merecord this.

(12:49):
The IRS if they're trying tocollect stuff, they're recording
it.
They don't care.
I know that she's not legitbased on this, but I'm treating
her like she still might belegit.
Do you see what I mean?
Because here's the thing thatbook, the Art of War, the one
law school book that I ended upbuying, that I had to because of

(13:10):
trial team, because of Speedy,it's pretty clear about.
You can have spies that don'teven know they're spies.
If you recognize a spy, you canfeed them good evidence, or you
can feed them bad evidence, oryou can feed them a mixture of
evidence.
And it's really I knew that Ihad her regardless, right, if

(13:34):
she was good then she'd fix it,if she was bad then we could go
from there.
But now I have recordings, Ihave declarations, I have liens,
I have enough.
The deep state is done and also.
So actually those wouldn'tmatter so much.
What matters is all thatevidence that I've buried, and

(13:54):
this is the opportunity for meto tell her.
Oh and, by the way, by the way, this is what you really want to
talk to your boss about my, takea look, take a look at these
two things the naughty policeofficer database, the mud slide,
uh, these and I gave her a fewnames.
I'm like check into thosethings.

(14:14):
If you're legit, you'll goafter those people.
If you're not, um, you'll stop.
We're done with this at thispoint and you're going to at
least fix my passport and a fewother things because, um, I know
she's not the one in charge, but she's high enough to be able
to talk to me.
And now I got her man man, Igot her, so she's really got

(14:37):
herself in a spot.
She's got herself in a prettygood spot, um.
But so she asked to uh, we havea few more calls that are
supposedly not recorded, um, anddecide that she is going to be
the good, upstanding person thatshe claims that she is and
she's gonna fix my stuff.
And so she wiped out thoseliens, um, got them gone and it

(15:01):
took a little while for it toget to the passport people and
all of that.
But, um, now I'm able to do, domany of the things that I
couldn't have done before.
Now I'm not fully free because, like she doesn't have any
authority over the BarAssociation and their records
and the things that they've doneDirectly, I mean, other than

(15:21):
their back-end dirty dealings,and I don't know that they've
ever like it's all through theFusion Center.
So I don't know who theirrepresentatives are.
I don't know any of that.
But the Bar bar association, because they um did the exact
same thing as this bitch and umsent me the hearing date after

(15:43):
the hearing was already gone, soI had no chance of attending it
.
That means that I can open.
It's just a default judgment.
I can reopen it.
There's no penalty, um, at all.
The only problem is is they cansay whatever they want and that
stays the record until I go andchange it right.
But so, um, now on, at least onthe fed side, the, the um, the

(16:10):
feds I am, so I also make alittle bit of a stink.
So if there's any good guys inthat office, they're watching
the bad guys who are watching me, um, and also and also um kind
of overlapping, not overlapping.

(16:30):
We still have the masons andthe um.
What are the chicks called theeastern stars, those guys.
So, and remember there's it's alot of um overlap there.
But at this point in time, I'mhappy to report, other than
watch me from afar, uh, whichthey do to everybody.

(16:52):
Anyway, you're being watched,I'm being watched through every
single device.
It's recorded.
I don't care if you don'tbelieve it, it's been recorded
for years and years and years.
The great news is it's veryeasy now, because I do know the
spaces, from Google to clouds towhatever.

(17:12):
It was very easy to make atrail of truth.
Even though they can erase alot of that, there's a trail of
truth.
That's been just kind of thereas a matter of course because of
all of the outside watchingthat we get, and I think that's
a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.

(17:32):
But so at this point in time, Iam happy to report.
From that point on she clearedup that stuff Other than being
watched, I have not ever beenbroken.
My house has not been brokeninto by the Deep State, by any
of the Fusion Center people.
I get hacked, but I don't know.

(17:54):
Well, I continue to get hacked, but I don't know if that was
the masons or my brother, now my.
We take care of the masons inthe next episode, um, and that
gets rid of all of the badgroups except my little brother.
He to this day still, uh, well, actually I think we shut him up
pretty.
Trump shut him up pretty good.
He's scared of Trump.
He don't have that sameprotection.

(18:15):
So he tried a little bit.
I think we're going to be goodto go on all of it from here on
out.
But since that day, other thanbeing watched, I've never had a
problem with the deep stateagain.
I'm sure my name is still onthe terrorist watch list, but
it's changed levels, so theyhave different degrees on there.

(18:36):
I'm now the degree that I'maware of it and the little note
says she'll fight back and she'sgot some evidence on it.
So it's kind of not bugger muchand that's kind of how it's
gone and I'm okay with that andI am okay with that.
Now, cabo, I've taken care ofthe deep state, which I didn't

(19:00):
know if they'd follow me downthere, but if they could make it
to australia, they could makeit there, and I seen them here
in um, puerto rico, when I washere for that little short time
after Between the hurricanes, and so, yeah, all right.
Oh, so we've got Deep State,we've got the Masons.

(19:27):
Now, also in Cabo, there's twomore groups that are vowing for
Power on the dark side.
That's the, the cartel, andthat's a little um gringo cult
that is down there, and covencult, coven cult probably both
um.

(19:47):
But so cabo is safe to visit.
Don't live there.
That's a very dangerous placeto live there.
You don't have any friendsthere.
Even if you think you do, noone does.
Don't take, don't feel bad, noone has friends there.
Uh, it's full of um people thatwill walk over, call you friend

(20:10):
and then walk over your bodyafter something's happened to
you uh, to get your cigarettesbefore they'll call for help,
literally um, and I'll tell thatstory later.
These are the type things thatI'll come back to and tell you
guys about um, because I alsowant you to know like the cartel
they do.
They keep um like in back roomscandles, candles.

(20:33):
They're Santa Mira or whatever.
So there's Santa Ria in Cabo.
The cartel has their own kindof religion and I want to tell
you about.
I want to tell you withoutouting a lot of stuff, because
that can be dangerous too, butthere's a lot of dark forces.
I was happy to get out ofMexico when I got out of Mexico,

(20:53):
and we did it by Uber, becausethat can be dangerous too, but
there's a lot of dark forces.
I was happy to get out ofMexico when I got out of Mexico
and we did it by Uber $6,000Uber.
Stay with me.
I'm Heidi.
