But I want you guys to knowthis much at least, so you can
go ahead and do your ownmeditations, your own
visualization.
So let me go through and tellyou how you're going to heal

yourself through meditation.
Proven CIA documents, it'sinsane.
So you're going to find yourselfa quiet space where you're
going to lie down, just likeevery meditation, and get
comfortable.
Then you're going to close youreyes.
You're going to take a fewmoments to tune into your
natural breathing patterns.
That's all pretty typical stuff.

You're going to take a minuteor two, however long it takes
for you, and that's part of thereason I'm not doing the guided
meditation right now, becausepeople will kind of go at their
own pace here.
So but do it until you feelyou're ready to move on.
But these are the steps.
So first is centering yourbreaths right.
You're going to begin withthree slow, full breaths.

You're going to inhale throughyour nose for a count of four.
You're going to feel your chestand your belly expand.
You're going to pause for amoment at the top of the inhale.
That's pretty typical.
Then you're going to exhalesoftly through your mouth for a
count of six, releasing anytension.
Let each exhale guide youdeeper into your presence.
So try, as you're centeringyour breathing, start focusing

on your body.
Be conscious of every part ofyour body your toes, your legs,
all the way down.
Feel, feel as best as you canyourself.
That's the purpose of thecenter centering breath.
Right, they?
They haven't added this, butjust from my experience with
meditations, I'm going to tellyou you're going to want to make
sure you're fully in touch withevery body part.
As you're getting comfortableand as you're starting this

breath work, don't move on untilyou are in touch with your body
and you've got your breath workgoing after you, though, what
you're doing next is calledenvisioning your inner light.
What you're going to do isyou're going to imagine a small
point of pure white lightglowing at your heart center.
You're going to see its gentlepulse, steady, calm and alive.

You're going to notice itsclarity, its warmth, as it
begins to expand with everybreath, and so focus on that
inner light.
Get to know that inner light.
Then start practicing for alittle while and turn that light
on.
Turn that light off.
At this point, it's just a spotof pure white light at your
heart center, essentiallywherever it feels comfortable
for you.
However, your vision is goahead and put it there, right,
(03:39):
but see that that's pure whitelight.
Then envision it going off andthen turn back on just like a
light switch.
Start feeling and working withthis light.
Once you feel light, startfeeling and working with this
light.
Once you feel comfortableenvisioning your light, notice
this clarity, it's warmth as itbegins to expand.
So it's like I was saying justfeel it, notice it, turn it on,

turn it off, work with it,understand it's like a light
switch.
After you're comfortable doingthat, you're going to craft a
light bar from that expandingwhite glow.
So turn it on and then draw outessentially a narrow bar of
light from that light, thatlight spot and it's still just
white at this time Feel itsedges, literally.
(04:23):
Put it as far in front of youas you need.
Feel its edges.
They're crisp, they're defined.
It's like a beam of healingenergy and you can see it Reach
up there.
Feel it, hold it in your handsso you can move it.
It's easier to turn on and offthat way too right.
So feel it, feel the edges,feel comfortable with that light
bar.
Once you've done that, we'regoing to color scan that light
(04:45):
bar.
Okay, so you're slowly going toshift that light bar from the
pure white into a spectrum ofcolors.
You're going to start with asoft blue and just notice any
sensations of calm, coolness.
Feel the blue, just like you'veabsorbed the whites and the

crisp edges.
Now take in the blue.
After you've got that, let'sstart transitioning to a green
and you're going to sensevitality, renewal in that green.
Once you've got to that pointand you feel comfortable with
the green, you're going tochange that light bar to an
amber, yellowish, whatever youfeel comfortable with, and
you're going to start feelingwarmth, clarity, mental focus.
(05:28):
And what you're going to do is,with that light bar, you're
going to finish it in red andacknowledge the energy, the pure
energy from that bar,acknowledge grounding and life
force that's running through you.
Pause on each hue and sensewhat each color reveals about
your inner state.
As you're going through it,feel each one of those colors
(05:49):
amongst your body.
Now what you're going to do isyou're going to map this light
bar onto your body.
You're going to gently placethe color shifted bar across
your head.
We're going to start at our head, take that colored light bar
and start moving it from yourhead down, all the way down your
(06:09):
body, all the way to your toes,observing where the glow
intensifies or dims as it'sgoing down your body.
Those are going to be areas ofimbalance, hidden tensions,
sicknesses, things that aregoing on.
Hold the bar over any spot thatfeels off, letting the light
illuminate and bring awarenessto that part of your body.
There's going to be spots inyour body that you're aware of
(06:33):
that are ill or have been hurt.
You'll notice that on the lightbar.
I did energy classes inAustralia.
This is the same, so you willnotice that.
Feel every single one of those.
After you're done with that,bring the bar up.
Now you've brought it over yourbody with every color You've
scanned.
You've seen in your body whereit dims or where it flickers or

what parts might need healing.
Now what you're going to do isyou're going to return that bar
to pure white.
Okay, as soon as you've donethat and you feel comfortable,
take another deep breath andthen infuse it with purple, with
all the healing qualities thatyou might possibly need Clarity,
warmth, regeneration.
Now press that purple light baragainst each area of imbalance
(07:20):
that you discovered.
Press that light bar againsteach area of imbalance that you
discover, that light bar againsteach area of imbalance that you
discover and as you do that,imagine the light dissolving
shadows, easing discomfort andrestoring harmony.
Now witness those regionstransform from dull or dark back
to the same radiant white glowat your heart.
Do that until you don't seethose flickering and you have
(07:43):
clear light.
After you're done, go ahead andreturn the bar to pure white
again, bring it back to yourheart center and let it merge
into your core.
Then take three groundingbreaths in this unified glow and
then, once you're ready, wiggleyour toes and fingers, open
your eyes again and then carrythis energy throughout your day,
throughout your week, week, andsee how it goes.
