So, talking about elevating thesales game, the one thing that
I'd really like to talk abouttoday is how bad do you want it?
How bad do you want it?
Everybody wants success in life.
Everybody wants X, y and Z, buthow bad do you really want it?
How bad do you want the success?

Do you wake up in the morningand it's all you think about?
Are you clawing, scratching,trying to do whatever you can in
order to get it?
Or are you just quote, unquote,walking through your day and
just crossing your fingers,hoping and praying that it
happens?

(01:30):
I'm curious.
I hear it all the time.
I hear that people you knowthey want to build up their
territories.
They want to build up thatfinancial freedom.
But are you willing to take theslings and arrows?
Are you willing to take thehits?

(01:51):
Are you willing to sacrificeand suffer?
Are you willing to go throughpain in order to come out better
on the other side?
Because right now you might bein pain, you might really be
struggling.
Correcting that and buildingsomething new is not rainbows
and butterflies.
It's very rewarding, but areyou willing to put in the work?

(02:16):
I hear this all the time Mike,I want to make more money.
Mike, I want more opportunity.
Mike, I want more financialfreedom.
Mike, I want autonomy.
And Mike, I want to live thelife that I dream of.

(02:38):
My response is always the samewhat have you done to move
closer to that goal?
Have you built multiple streamsof income?
Have you created a largernetwork that will open up
opportunity?
Have you invested the skilldevelopment and career

(03:03):
development?
Have you invested in careercoaching?
Learning from those who havecome before you who have failed,
can show you the path tosuccess.
Have you taken the risksnecessary?
Have you gone for it?
And a lot of times I hear no.
For all of those questions, Ihate to break it to you.

(03:26):
You don't really want it.
You'd like to have it, but youdon't want it.
You don't need it.
You don't wake up in themorning and have a singular
thought that goes through yourmind that is making your future
self better, stronger, moresuccessful and richer than you

(03:48):
are today.
And I know it's not all aboutthe money.
But let's be honest, people,it's about the money.
If you want to get to where youwant to go, it's about the
money.
You're going to have to dothings you haven't done before,
some things that might make youuncomfortable, but on the other

(04:09):
end, you will become outstronger, and that's really what
it comes down to Physical, yes.
Emotionally, absolutely mentallytougher, 100%.
There is nothing that will getme down.
I don't care what people sayabout me.
I do not care what the thoughtsare.

(04:34):
Oh my gosh, he's posting toomuch.
He's doing too much this, he'sdoing too much that, there's too
much self-promotion.
Folks, if I don't promotemyself, who's going to promote
me?
I don't see people lining up torepresent me.
Are there people lining up torepresent you?
No, you have to go out and makeit happen.

I am.
I have built several businessesthat revolve around.

How else am I gonna get thesebusinesses, these revenue
streams, how else am I gonna getthese out to the audience?
How, you tell me.

I'd love for somebody to tellme how I do that.
Without posting, without videos, without reach out, without the
podcast, how do I do that?

That is different than whatyou're doing today.
If you're growing at 25, 30,40%, there are some small
changes you can make, but you'reon the right path.

If you're not growing at 40%,30%, I'll say 25.
If you're not growing like that, if you're flat or you're
declining, you're in big trouble.
You need to change what you'redoing and pivot into a new
direction, a new path.
