Why is it that it seems a large segment of the population feels the need to constantly try and point out the things they see as "wrong" with those around them? Have you ever noticed that in your life? It's not everyone, but there are enough out there that I feel the need to address it. The people that feel the need to look down on anyone around them for not being exactly as they think you should be. You don't fit into their model of the world, and therefore you must be shunned.

All I have to say is, don't let them get you!

(00:00):
Ever wondered how we ended up withthe largest prison population of any country.
Have you noticed that those whose jobsit is to protect and serve seem to
be demanding more and more blind obedient. You didn't think it just happened much
chance, did you. It's timeto call attention to the fact our government
as the most prolific slave owner onthe planet. This is surviving the system.

(00:21):
Thank you for joining me today onsurviving the system. This is dancing
date and today, you know,I really just want to go back and
recap and touch on some of thepsychological oh gymnastics I guess that you're going
to have to do when you're workingthrough reentry or when you're working through some

(00:46):
type of adversity versus the system.Primarily, I talk a lot about the
legal system, the justice quote unquotesystem, but I mean, realistically this
applies to the other various arms ofthe system. Where you can talk about
the financial system and the shame thatcomes when people here that you filed bankruptcy,

(01:07):
Oh, how horrible, Or thehealth system, the medical system and
a lot of the shame and mentalanguish that can come from the things that
they can put you through, orthe educational system and constantly having to feel

(01:30):
like you're not good enough because yourgrades are too low, and there must
be something wrong with you because you'renot getting good enough grades, and on
and on and on it goes.So this applies really to all of that,
and I'll try to make sure thatI touch on that as we go
through. But I'm just reminded ofit as as I encounter people who are

(01:53):
who are in reentry, and asI still continue to go through that journey
myself, and I just have toremind myself, just like I remind those
around me, you just don't letthem beat you, don't let them get
you. So we'll talk a littlebit about that before we do, of

(02:15):
course, a couple quick housekeeping items. If you are listening live on Fringe
dot Fm, thank you so muchfor tuning in. The lines are open
if you'd like to call and contributeto the show, ask a question,
discussion, comments, whatever, yourcup of tea. The number is one
eight hundred five eight eight zero threethree five eight hundred five eight eight zero

(02:38):
three three five. I am onFacebook, Facebook, dot com, slash
Surviving This System or on Twitter atSTS the podcast. I keep those open
primarily for messaging. Feel free todrop me a message. Thanks to those
of you that have reached out lately. I love hearing from you. I
love all of the information that's beingsent to me. I love being able

(02:59):
to discuss all of these different topics. So please, if you have an
idea for a show, or ifyou have a story that needs to be
told you a friend, a familymember, a loved one, whatever it
might be, I would love tohear from you. This is your platform
as much as it is mine.Sometimes, really all you need to do
is just be reminded that there's peopleout there that are listening and that won't

(03:23):
judge you, and that won't makeyou jump through all of those mental gymnastics
that we're going to try and talkabout today. And the website Surviving the
System dot org, I keep anarchive of all of the shows on there,
as well as to contact me page, shoot me a message on there
if you prefer not to use socialmedia, and most importantly, if you

(03:45):
haven't already, please do take sometime to subscribe to the show, leave
me a comment, leave me arating, and really importantly share it with
your community. I guarantee you there'ssomebody out there, whether you realize it
or not, there's somebody in yourcircle of influence that needs to hear some
of these stories. It needs tohear some of these topics, so please

(04:10):
do take that time to share withthem. And before we get going,
as sometimes these topics can be alittle bit more difficult and dark and frustrating,
we're going to start the show withjust that quick moment of gratitude.
You know. Starting with gratitude allowsyou to keep the frequency high, keeps
that vibration high, and it allowsus to tackle these topics in a productive

(04:32):
in a constructive manner, without lettingus drag it down into the mud,
into the dirt, and coming awayfeeling like we're worse off for having gone
through this. So with that inmind, I do just want to quickly
say that I'm so grateful to behere with you, allowing me to live
out my purpose to help to remindyou of who you really are and what

(04:55):
you're really capable of. So Istill to this day, it just I
don't know, it just baffles mehow our society has been so brainwashed to

(05:17):
look at look at people who aredifferent than us in some form or fashion,
and to judge them or look downon them, and to think that
there's something wrong with them. Youknow, it's like it's like society and
I use they quote unquote they thosein control of this system. They want

(05:41):
us all to fit into a box. And if you don't fit into a
box, you're not controllable. Essentially, is what it comes down to.
If you don't fit into that boxthat they are trying to get you into,
you can't be controlled. They figuredout a long time ago, was

(06:02):
hey, you know what, it'sreally difficult to try to control those people
because they won't They just won't becontrolled. So instead of trying to control
them, why don't we just takethese people over here who already listen to
everything we say, who we've alreadygot kind of following hook line and sinker

(06:23):
what we're saying. Why don't wejust pit them against these other people,
just let them do the work forus. And so here we are today.
Still it's the same playbook, likenothing has changed over the decades,

(06:45):
over the centuries. Somebody that doesn'tfit into the narrative in this day and
age, it's the mainstream narrative, mainstream media narrative, your political narrative.
Somebody that doesn't fit into that narrativeof what a productive citizen should look like,

(07:09):
we're trained to look down on them. You know, in my case,
it's a record, and the caseof those around me, it's the
record having been through the criminal justicesystem. Oxymoron, if there ever was
one. For other people, itmay just be something as simple as a

(07:32):
health issue. You know, howmany people, how many people out there,
maybe you know them with just asimple like skin issue, different pigment

(07:53):
of their skin, maybe just itlooks a little funny. There's literally nothing
wrong with them. Just the pigmentof their skin looks funny, like maybe
their hand is whiter than the restof their arm, or maybe it looks
like it's a rash, but it'snot really a rash. It's just a
different pigment of their skin. Andwe look at them like what happened to

(08:16):
that guy? Or oh my gosh, is he contagious? And you hear
these stories from them all the time, if people are just afraid of them
because they think it's contagious with it. It's literally just their DNA. It's
literally just how they're made. There'snothing wrong with them. They just look
a little different, and because theylook a little different, we have been
programmed to think that there is somethingwrong with them and to look at them

(08:39):
suspiciously. Or again back to duringthe introduction when I talked about people filing
for bankruptcy. So let's talk alittle bit in depth about that one,
because that one it baffles me evento this day. So first of all,
if any of you have ever studiedthe Old Testament, the scriptures at

(09:00):
all, the seventh year is supposedto be the year of jubilee and all
debts are forgiven, all debts areforgiven. But we don't have that in
this day and age because we havegreedy corporate America, and I mean realistically,

(09:22):
it's the rest of the world toothat's run by these bankers who just
want more. All they want ismore. And so again they know,
they know that we are in orderto function properly, we're supposed to have

(09:45):
this time of forgiveness. We're supposedto have this time of release where not
only do you release people of theirfinancial obligations to you, but it goes
deeper than that too, And you'resupposed to release them from the emotional and
the spiritual and maybe even some ofthe physical If someone has wronged you and

(10:09):
owes you something, let it go. But no, we hang onto it.
And we look at those who say, you know what, I have
to tap out. It's too much. I have to let this go.
I mean, over my head,it's too much debt. Can't do it.

(10:30):
What's wrong with that? There isliterally a system in place, within
the system for those people to dothat. So why do we look down
on people and oh, they're irresponsiblewith their money? No, do you
recalize, do you realize that it'sa tactic of the more wealthy in this

(10:50):
country? They just, hey,you know what, it reads time for
us to go ahead and file bankruptcy, and like gets go ahead and do
that because your debts are forget evenlittle crap. What a great way to
get ahead. If you're struggling,if you're in debt, if you're over
your head, it may or maynot be your fault. It's your responsibility

(11:11):
to do something about it. ToWhy do we look down on people who
have filed bankruptcy? Why do welook down on people who have made a
mistake in their past, suffered forit, and have come out on the

(11:37):
other end better and wiser for havinggone through that, regardless of whatever the
situation is. You know, wetalk about projection on the show, and
I've talked about it, but it'sbeen a few weeks. You have to

(11:58):
remember people that are looking at youside eyed, and that are looking at
you like something's wrong with you, they may not know any better. Forgive
them, for they know not whatthey do. They're not doing it on

(12:22):
purpose because they're thinking, oh,you know, it's going to be great.
I'm going to ruin this person's lifeand I'm going to mentally scar them
for the rest of their life. Here we go. It's a knee jerk
reaction that they've been programmed to do, and they don't realize the full ramifications
of what they're doing because they haven'tbeen through it. But what they're doing

(12:43):
is they are projecting all of theirinsecurities. They're projecting all of the things
about themselves that they don't like, and they have not come to terms with
that fact. They have not learnedto process through those things and to love

(13:03):
all of themselves, flaws and all. Because let's be realistic, what we
call a flaw may not be aflaw. It may be your greatest advantage
and you just don't know how toput that into practice yet. So even
calling something a flaw is a misnomer. So we have a population at large,

(13:28):
the majority of the population, whois projecting all of their bs onto
you. You are a reminder ofthe things that they don't like about themselves,
that they can't accept about themselves. You are the reminder of who they
could have been if they had turnedright instead of left, they'd be right

(13:52):
where you are. They don't wantto be reminded of that fact because they're
running from that past. They haven'taccepted it and integrated. They're running from
it. You are a reminder ofthe person that they really are behind closed
doors, but they don't want toadmit it to themselves. They don't want

(14:15):
to admit it to you, Theydon't want to admit it to anybody.
They don't want anybody to know whatgoes on in their home behind closed doors
when no one's looking. You know, how many, how many times?
How many times are we going tosee these stories of like Christian ministers for

(14:41):
example, This is just the firstexample that comes to mind. I'm not
necessarily picking on ministers. I'm notnecessarily picking on anyone in the Christian religion.
But how many times have you heardof the pastor who is biting hard
against homosexuality and the sin of homosexualWell, it turns out they've been homosexual

(15:03):
their whole lives. They just didn'ttell you that. They just kept it
behind closed doors. They didn't tellthe media that that's not the version of
you, or that's not the versionof them that they wanted you to see.
But that's who they really are.So were they really mad at homosexuals
or were they mad about the factthat people who are homosexual reminded them that

(15:31):
they haven't come to terms with thefact that so are they, and it
just really stirs all of their crapup. So, yeah, when we're
talking about people in reentry who havebeen through prison, who have been through
this system, you know, youcan spend years in jail too. That's

(15:56):
just as that worse and a lotof times, i mean realistic prison is
a lot more of the jungle inother states where you have to learn the
survival of the fittest. You haveto relearn what you thought you knew.
Jail in a lot of cases, man, that is just kill or be

(16:22):
killed. Mentally physically. Obviously that'smetaphorically, but in some cases it may
not be depending on what's going on. The prison is tough, jail is
harder, So why all of thesepeople that have been through that you remind

(16:45):
everyone else out there that it couldjust as easily be them. And they
don't like that. They don't theydon't want you telling them that. They
don't want you reminding them of thethings that they do behind closed doors or
the things that they did years agothat they got away with. So as

(17:11):
you begin to jump through these mentalhoops, these mental gymnastics, understand,
it's not you, it's not you. The problem is not with you.

(17:36):
The problem is with them one hundredpercent. And we're getting close to the
bottom of the hour. We willbe taking a break. And on the
other side, I really want totalk about strengthening your mind and some of

(18:00):
the tactics and techniques that you canuse to not let those people society,
the people that are projecting all oftheir insecurities, all of their crap onto
you. You don't have to takeit on. So some of the tactics
that you can use to just letthat roll right off you. But the

(18:30):
first step to all of this fromboth sides. And this goes out to
if I'm talking directly to someone whois being judgmental of someone else for being
different, for something that they've donein their past, but for something that
they have no control over, potentially, there is no difference between you and

(19:00):
them. There's no difference between youand me. We may be experiencing life
differently, but that doesn't mean thatat our core we aren't made of the
same stuff, that we don't comefrom the same source, that we aren't

(19:22):
all still connected energetically, spiritually. You can call it magic, you can
call it God, you can callit holy spirit, you can call it
energy, you can call it whateveryou would like to call it. There's
so many different names for it.So just because my experience is different than

(19:44):
yours, so what when you canbreak your mind out of that mold,
When you can break your mind awayfrom being brainwashed by the mainstream meeting and
the politicians and the police force andthe legal system, and you can break
your mind out of that take astep back and look around and go but

(20:10):
hold on a second. Here,we're all doing the best that we can
could. I could be in prisonjust as easily as the guy next to
me. So just because he turnedleft when I turned right, what does
it mean we're different? It justmeans we have different experiences in this plane

(20:37):
of existence. My life is differentfrom yours. Your life is different from
mine. Maybe, just maybe I'mgonna put this out there, maybe we
can learn things from each other. And that's why that's why I love doing

(21:04):
the show. That's why I lovedoing the show because it gives me an
opportunity to open people's eyes and tobe able to explain the experiences that I
went through from my viewpoint and tohelp you to understand what it is and

(21:26):
what it's really like, because it'snot what you've been told. It's not
what you've been led to believe throughthe movies and TV. It's not what
you've been led to believe through themainstream media. It's not what the police
would have you believe. And thefunny thing is there's more similarities between us.

(21:51):
And you may know that person that'slooking down on you because you have
a record. They're living in aprison of their own making and they don't
know how to break free. Youmay physically have been inside, but mentally,

(22:15):
emotionally and spiritually they're caged and theydon't know how to get out,
and that pisses them off. Youremind them that they don't know how to
get out, and it pisses themoff. Don't get ready for a break

(22:40):
when we come back on the otherside again, Stay tuned, force some
tips and some tricks to mentally stealyourself against these attacks and to come out
on the other side better for havinggone through it. Stay tuned, will
be right back. Before the break, we were talking about projection and how

(23:02):
society at general projects their BS ontoanybody that they feel is different, and
it's especially harsh in cases where peoplehave been through the system, the legal
system, the financial system, thehealth system, the school system, education,
whatever it might be. I mean, god forbid, if even in

(23:26):
this day and age, how manypeople out there are successful with just a
high school education. And I meannot even like graduating top of their class
high school education. I mean likeBS and seas or seas and B students.
And still they come out and they'resuccessful by all standards that we would

(23:48):
consider successful. They're happy, theyhave a family, they're productive, they
have a great business, they makegood money, they're providing for their family,
all of the things that you wouldtick off as traditional success. But
god forbid if you don't go tocollege and get your education. Come on,
let's get real about that. Now, that's funny. I was just

(24:12):
talking to my wife about that theother night. Just side note about education.
How you spend four years going throughhigh school and everybody talks about,
oh, you're almost dumb a highschool, and now you got to go
to college. And you're gonna goto college and you spend the rest of
your life is gonna be great. You're gonna get a career and a job
and all the house, a bloodand everything that comes with it. It's
gonna be amazing. You're gonna loveit. You get out of high school,

(24:34):
you take all of these classes, you suffer through it because a lot
of them are just crap. Youhate it, Like I don't. I
don't care about Shakespeare. Why amI being graded on understanding Shakespeare? Cool?
I like the plays, they're cool, they're entertaining. Why do I
have to go in and understand Iamic Pentameter and all? It makes no

(24:57):
sense to me, Like it justdoesn't make sense. That's not what I
want to do with my life. Why are you making me do this?
And then you go to college andyou spend tens and hundreds of thousands of
dollars depending on where you go,every year to go there for the privilege
of them then teaching you all ofthe freaking classes you just went through all

(25:18):
over again, and then when you'realmost done, then maybe they give you
some specialized education about whatever your degreemight be. I mean, come on,
that is the biggest waste of moneyin America at this point in time.
Unless you have something so specialized likea doctor or a lawyer, or

(25:38):
engineer, computer science, whatever itis, don't just don't save your money,
save yourself. But if you don'tbe ready, because those people out
there, society in general, theyare going to look at you like you

(26:00):
are growing a tale, like youare the craziest thing that you have ever
seen, because you're not towing themainstream line. You're supposed to graduate high
school, go to college, besuccessful, have a career, get married,
have a kid, buy a car, go on vacation. If you

(26:22):
don't tow that line, there's somethingwrong with you. So how do you
put up with that crap? Andlet me tell you what I need This
reminder just as much as all ofthe rest of you out there do.
I put a lot of these thingsinto practice, and you know what,

(26:44):
I still have to do more. It's a never ending battle. You just
do a little bit better than youdid yesterday. So don't expect all of
this to happen overnight. Don't expectto listen to this show. Try a
couple of these things that I'm goingto cover with you, and then tomorrow

(27:07):
somebody give you a hard time. You're still probably gonna get triggered. Let's
be real, it's still probably gonnapush your buttons. And that's okay.
Go back do it again tomorrow night, a little bit better than you did
before. And if you just doa little bit better every day in a

(27:30):
year, that little bit every dayadds up and you are miles ahead of
where you were a year ago.So I'm going to start with, first
of all, Number one. I'vetalked about this before and this will almost
always be my number one in mostcases, meditation. Get back to your

(27:56):
meditations. You know. Funny enough, I have a good friend of mine
who I went and saw in prisona few weeks ago. Haven't been able
to see him for a few yearsbecause COVID shut everything down the staffing shortage
in Nebraska, they didn't have enoughstaff to run the visits, so I
couldn't go see him. I finallywas able to go see him, and

(28:18):
we were talking about stuff like this, and he goes, hey, let
me ask you a question, becausenobody has been able to answer this,
how do you meditate? And Iwas like, what do you mean,
how do you meditate? He waslike, yeah, how do you do
it? Because the way people wereexplaining it to him, he was like,
I don't understand what you're talking about. He just had a different mindset.

(28:38):
So I walked him through a littlebit. I'm gonna walk you through
a little bit too. It's very, very very simple. Focus on one
thing for a period of time.Just focus on one thing. And when
you start this practice, you're gonnanotice that your mind is going to wander.

(29:03):
It is impossible to just focus onthat one thing. I don't even
care what that one thing is.You know, when you talk about something
simple like mindfulness, people will tellyou to focus on your breath. Well
what does that mean? But justmeans focus on how your diaphragm fills up,
or how your lungs fill up whenyou breathe, or another really simple

(29:29):
way to do it. Just countthe breaths to ten. Soon you breathe
in, it's one. When youbreathe out, it's two. And you
just count that in your head one, two, three, four, and
when you get to ten, youstart over again. The more you do
it, the better you will getat it. The less distracted your brain

(29:52):
will get, the less distracted yourmind will get. You are training your
brain to focus on what you directit to focus on. Now, why
is this important to someone essentially callingyou a worthless pos Well, because if
you're out walking around and you're feelinggood, you're feeling productive, you're feeling

(30:15):
confident, your life is going inthe direction that you want it to go,
you're hopeful, and somebody comes alongand says, wow, you are
a worthless pos If you have nottrained your brain, trained your mind to

(30:37):
keep focusing on the fact that youare going the direction that you want to
go, that person, you're goingto allow them to distract you and to
feel crappy because your mind hasn't beenbuilt off. Your mind isn't strong enough.

(30:59):
It's just like if somebody was tocome in if you're building something with
legos and somebody came in and justpunched it with their hand, it would
probably topple over. It would breakinto a million pieces, and it would
topple over. Now, if youwere building that same structure with brick and
mortar and they came up and triedto hit it with their hand and knock

(31:22):
it over, it probably break theirhand, depending on how hard they hit
it. So your mind right nowmay be constructed of legos. That's okay,
everybody starts somewhere. What you're trainingyour brain to do with meditation is
you're training your brain to switch fromlegos to bricks and mortar. So when

(31:45):
someone comes along and tries to mentallyknock you off track, they can't get
through that. It's like the BigBad Wolf and the house made out of
bricks. Meditation number two. Visualization. Now, visualization. I haven't talked
about it too much on the show. It's an extraordinarily important part of life,

(32:12):
regardless of whatever your circumstances maybe, but in this particular case, it's
very vital because you have to decidewhat you want your life to look like,
because if you don't, someone elseis going to decide for you.

(32:36):
So again, what is visualization ifyou've never done it. It's not daydreaming.
It's not sitting there and letting yourmind wander and thinking how great it
would be if you won the lotteryand all of the things you could buy
with it. No, it isvery intentionally sitting down and saying, this
is what I want from my life. You may have had people ask you

(33:00):
before, where do you see yourselfin a year? Where do you see
yourself in five years? If youdon't know, you need to And I'm
not even talking about goal setting atthis point. That's typically what that's used
for is when someone says, tellme where you see yourself in five years,
and oh, here's my goals forfive years out. I'm not talking

(33:22):
about that. What I'm talking aboutis if you close your eyes and you
just breathe for a moment or two, and you just push all of the
other thoughts out of your head forjust a brief second. Five years from

(33:44):
now, what do you want tobe doing? And whatever answer comes to
your mind, go with it,and then you start to dig in.
So let's say you are coming outand you're like, you know what,

(34:07):
I'm tired of working for somebody.I am tired of being turned down for
jobs left and right because I havea past. I'm tired of nobody giving
me a chance. I'm just gonnago ahead and I'm going to start my
own business and I'm never gonna haveto work for somebody ever again. Great,

(34:28):
what do you want that business tolook like in five years? Now?
There are no right or wrong answersin this scenario. There's no right
or wrong. What this is aboutagain? This is about training your mind
to stay focused on your vision ofwho you want to be. How many

(35:00):
times you don't even have to bein reentry to have had this happen?
How many times have you been feelingokay about yourself? I'm thinking, you
know what, life's going pretty well. I'm doing all right, and then
all of a sudden, somebody witha stick up their ass comes around and
says, dude, what are youdoing? You are a loser. Oh

(35:22):
my god, your life is worthless. And then you go, oh my
god, they're right. What amI doing? I am? I'm so
worthless my life. I'm not doinganything with my life. You just let
that person impose their view of youinto your mind. What you are doing

(35:47):
now, starting with that meditation, now adding the visualization, you are building
a strong mind and unshakable mind thatwon't let anyone else dictate what your life
should be. So sit down andwhen you say, you know what,

(36:15):
I want to own my own business. What does that look like in five
years? Great? How do youthen get there? Then your roadmap it
out and again don't worry about doingit wrong. This is not a right
or wrong exercise. It's not aright or wrong exercise. You're training your

(36:37):
brain to focus on what you wantand who you want to be. So
take it from five years, thenbring it down to three. Okay,
So if I want to be therein five years, where do I need
to be in three years for thatto happen? Where do I need to
be in one year for that tohappen? Where do I need to be
in six months for that to happen? And you work it backwards and then

(37:01):
the most important what do I needto do now to make that happen?
And when you visualize it, youclose your eyes and you picture it like
you have it right now. Ifyour goal is to own a business,

(37:25):
you close your eyes and you visualizeyourself running your business. You visualize yourself
behind your desk cutting the payroll checks, paying your employees. You visualize yourself
signing a contract for a new client. You visualize yourself out there doing the

(37:47):
work, and you picture it inyour mind, and you do it every
single day. Do not mistake thisfor the meditation. These are two separate
things. Meditation first, visualization secondand third I've talked about this all the

(38:21):
time. Bind a community that willsupport you. Have you ever heard of
foreign exchange students? Maybe it's aforeign exchange student coming here to America,

(38:44):
or maybe you or someone you knowhas been a foreign exchange student and gone
to another country abroad for a summer. Do you know why to do that?
Well, if you're trying to learna language. For example, I

(39:07):
took French when I was in school, French, but stick with French.
The best way to learn French isto go live in France. When you
immerse yourself in it and surround yourselfwith people who are speaking French twenty four
to seven. In France, yourmind has to kick into gear to keep

(39:37):
up, and when you're surrounded byit twenty four to seven, you start
picking things up at light speed rapidspeed. By the end of a summer,
you can come back and you'll bespeaking French fluently. You'll know more

(39:58):
French, and you'll know how tospeak and communicate in French more than some
dude who measured in French in collegeand never went to France. Now,
in reality, that's probably not possible, because if you're going to graduate with
a degree in French, you're goingto go to France. That's that's part
of your schooling. And that's whyit's common knowledge that the best way to

(40:25):
learn to do something is to justgo do it. Go surround yourself and
immerse yourself with people and experiences thatare what you want. So, in
this particular case, if you arebuilding up your mind, if you are
learning to meditate, learning to doyour visualization, go find people who are

(40:52):
doing the same thing. You wantto know how to learn to do it
really quick, Go hang out witha bunch of people who do it.
You want to know how to starta business and make it real quick.
Go hang out with a bunch ofbusiness owners and ask them how they did

(41:15):
it, Where did you start, how did you get going? Ask them
questions, watch what they do,learn it. You want to know how
to not get dragged down when someonetries to impose their view of you onto
you. Go hang out with peoplewho it doesn't bother them anymore. Go

(41:42):
hang out with the people who cameout of prison and now lead happy,
successful, productive lives. Hang outwith those people. They are where you
are trying to get to. Gohang out with them. You want to
know how to come back from financialstruggles, go hang out with people who

(42:06):
are better at money than you are. And believe me, with the Internet
in this day and age, don'teven tell me that it's difficult. Don't
even tell me that you're not goingto be able to You can find YouTube

(42:29):
videos, you can find subreddits, you can find websites. Just do a
Google search to a duct duck,go search, do whatever search you want.
They're out there. And then justlook at the comments. And if

(42:50):
you see someone that has a commentthat says something that strikes you as wow,
that makes a lot of sense,or wow, that's a really profound
statement, talk to them. Remembergoing back all the way when we first
started this and I said, wehave more in common than we do different.

(43:15):
We've forgotten that. And if youwould just learn about other people's experiences.
Think of how much wisdom you couldget. Think of how much you
could grow mentally. Think of howmuch more you would know intellectually if you
just started asking people about their experiences. Meditate to strengthen your mind, Visualize

(43:45):
to strengthen your vision. Surround yourselfwith a community of people to brace yourself
for the storm. Is it goingto be easy? No? Does it
mean that it's impossible? Absolutely not. If it was easy, everybody would
do it. The universe has avery funny way of just double checking with

(44:09):
you to make sure that you're readyfor it. So when you strike out
on a new path, the universeis going to go, are you sure?
Are you sure you're ready for this? And you're gonna have a challenge
come your way almost immediately, likeit happens almost without fail every time.

(44:30):
Are you going to persevere through thatchallenge? Or are you going to say
now this is too hard for meright now and back off? Because I
guarantee you the universe will respond eitherway you go. And if you surround
yourself with people who have faced thosechallenges and persevered through them, it might

(44:53):
be able to teach you a littlebit about how to do it yourself.
Thank you so much for your timeand attention tonight. I hope you have
found value in tonight's show. Andone thing I would like to just point
