they tend to dwell so much inthe past and the future that they forget

exactly what the now is and whyit's so important. So I'd like to
talk about that a little bit.Hopefully it will help to reframe your thinking
and allow you to see things througha different lens and a different light.

are and what you're truly capable of. I don't remember how long ago it
was, but it's been a it'sbeen a few years now, but I

did a show on time travel.And I'm not talking about theoretical time travel.
I'm not talking about like way backin the yearly two thousands with the
guy from the future that used tocommunicate with Art Bell and talk about all
the future that was coming. I'mnot talking about anything like that. I'm
talking about how you right now,probably without your knowledge, are traveling back

and forth through the past and intothe future on a regular basis. You
may not even realize it. It'sit's done unconsciously, and a lot of
that is kept from us on purpose, in my personal opinion, because if
you really had a true understanding ofwhat's going on and the power of being
able to control that for yourself,and that's that's a game changer. You

could you could turn the tables onthe people that run the system and the
ones that are trying to keep youunder their thumb and control you. So
we're gonna talk about that a littlebit. But in order to do that,
we've got to lay some groundwork.And you know, I talk I
talk at the beginning of the showwhen we talk about gratitude. I always
(04:41):
talk about, you know, keepingthe vibration high, keeping the frequency high.
But I don't I don't know thata lot of people truly understand what
that means. I know, theaudience that I'm talking to here, you
probably get it, like you knowwhat I'm talking about when I say frequency
and vibration. You get the lawof attraction and you want understand things like
that. But understanding it and understandingthe implications that it has in all parts

of your life are different things.In many cases, I didn't realize some
of the implications that it had untilmy eyes were open to this too.
So everything, everything in our livesis vibration everything. Everything is constantly moving,
(05:32):
It is constantly in a state ofmotion, and that creates vibrations or
frequencies. A frequency is basically justthe rate that something is vibrating at.
If it's vibrating slower, it hasa lower frequency. If it's vibrating faster,
(05:56):
it has a higher frequency. Andto put this into just simple perspective,
think back all the way to elementaryschool science classes, and do you
remember the difference between solid liquid andgas. That's frequency and vibration right there.
It's very very simple. So whenyou have your solid take water,
(06:19):
for example, when water is inits solid state, it's ice, the
molecules have slowed down and they're compact, they're much tighter together. They're still
vibrating, but they're vibrating very veryclose together and in a much lower frequency.

And then when that water melts turnsinto liquid, the molecules spread out
a little bit more. They're vibratingin a little bit higher and then as
that evaporates. Or let's say thatif you had a pot of water on
the stove and you turn it onand it boils and the water vapor goes

into the air. Now you've gotyour you've got your gas, and those
molecules are vibrating at an extremely highrate. They're all over the place.
That's why you don't see it anymore, because they're vibrating so fast and it's
such a high frequency that the humaneye can't see it typically. You know,

you can see the starts of it, like you can see the steam
come up off of the water asit starts to boil. But then where
does it go. It doesn't justdisappear, it's just vibrating so fast you
can't make it out with your eyes. So everything around us is vibration and

frequency, and your body, yourphysical body is attuned to pick up those
vibrations and interpret them through electrical signalsinto your brain. So I want you
to think about this like we're goingto go through the senses and we're just

gonna talk about each one real quick. So first we're going to talk about
touch to touch. I'm touching mydesk right now. But at a molecular
level, what science now has shownus is that my desk might feel hard,

but it's not. What's happening isthe molecules in the desk are repelling
the molecules in my hand at sucha rate that it feels like it's solid
because I can't push through these moleculeswith my hand. They're vibrating so closely

together that the molecules in my handcan't pass through the molecules in this desk.
Now, at a much smaller level, those are other things that can
pass through there, and quite oftendo, but we can't make those out
(09:26):
with our with our eyes, there'sa lot going on that we don't see.
There is a whole spectrum of thingsthat we can't make out. You've
got your visible light spectrum. That'sa small, small spec on the full
light spectrum. So with that,we'll talk about sight. It's a great
(09:48):
segue your eyes. Your eyes.You realize that realistically, all that's happening
with your eyes is you've got you'vegot your retina, you've got the cones
that interpret color. Blah blah blahblah blah. We can go into all
the biology behind it, but that'snot what this is about. Essentially,

what's happening is your eyes are pickingup the frequencies, and everything that is
within your eyeball is interpreting those frequenciesand sending it to your brain to tell
it, Hey, this is whatwe are seeing right now. And at
(10:31):
a much deeper level. This one. When I learned this one blew my
mind to this day, I stilldon't know that I know the full implications
of what this means. There's alot to it. If you are here,
let's even try this tonight. Iwant you to go outside after the
(10:52):
sun goes down, and I wantyou to look up, and I want
you to see the first star,the first visible star that you can make
out in the night sky. Andwhen you see it, I want you
to look at it and think,how many millions, maybe billions of light
(11:15):
years away? Is that star's probablyreally far away or is it? Because
what's happening is the light from thatstar, the frequency that that light is
(11:37):
vibrating at, is interacting with youreyeball. Your eyeball then sends an electrical
signal to your brain to tell itwhere it's at. So is that really
that far away because realistically, allthat's happening is there's an electrical impulse in
your brain that is stimulating a certainpart that is saying, hey, that's

a star and it is far away. And then if you turn, I
don't care if you turn to thenorth, to the southeast, west,
wherever, turn and look at anotherstar and imagine how much further away is
that star or maybe is it closeror is it just another little electrical impulse

within your brain? So is itreally that far away? Because all that's
happening is there's an electrical stimulation onone part of your brain and an electrical
stimulation right next to that part.So when we're talking about it in terms
of biology, your body is interpretingthose signals and they're really really really close

together. So are they really thatfar away? Or have we just been
led to believe that they're really thatfar away? And I don't know,
but just think about that for asecond. What you're perceiving in the night
sky, it's just electrical impulses inyour brain telling you what it is.

Your your brain is interpreting the frequencythat your eyeball is sending to it.
What about smell. I mean,all that's going on there, same thing.
You've got molecules from whatever it mightbe, whatever piece of food,

whatever plant, whatever animal, whatever'sgoing on. I'm you know, I'm
not gonna keep this simple. It'ssummertime. I'm in Nebraska. I love
to grill. I love my steakand there and there is nothing like the
smell of a charcoal grill going witha steak on it. That's amazing.

That is so I love that smell. It just reminds me, reminds me
of summer time, reminds me offall, just being outside, relaxing.
All that's happening is the molecules fromwhatever is cooking are floating through the air,
(14:26):
and they're vibrating at a certain rate, and when they travel up your
nostril, in your nose, thereare hairs inside your nose that pick up
those frequencies that again stimulate your brain. They send an electrical signal to your
brain to say, hey, we'resmelling food, now do your nose is

just picking up the frequencies again,it's just interpreting them in a completely different
manner then touch or site. Whatabout taste. I mean, it's the
same thing it's the same thing taste. You've got taste buds on your tongue.

So what happens You eat a pieceof food or you drink a liquid,
whatever it is, and the molecules, the vibration of the molecules of
whatever you have in your mouth atthat time, interact with your taste buds,
which then send an electrical signal toyour brain telling you what it is

that you are eating. And last, but not least, you're hearing.
And it was I was reminded ofthis the other day because my young children
have picked back up on watching Storybotson Netflix, which, if you have

kids and you're looking for something otherthan Dora or Coco Melon or whatever else,
just makes you want to like clawyour eyes and your ears out because
you've heard it so many times.If I hear baby Shark one more time
and then I'm gonna go nuts.Story Bouts is great, it's fair.
They don't talk down to children atall. It's a kid's show, but

it's extremely scientific. They explain thingsvery very very well, to the point
where you can sit down and watchand go hu. I didn't even know
that. Okay, then the showwas they were trying to find the answer
to the question how do you hear? It's it's a really good question.

I remember learning about that in schoolway back in the day, but I
don't remember exactly all of it.So what it is You've got your ear
drum in your ear that picks upthe sound waves the frequencies of whatever the
(17:14):
sound is that you're hearing. Thatvibration travels into your ear and vibrates the
ear drum, which then interacts withthe three little bones that are right behind
it, which then, you guessedit send an electrical signal to your brain
letting them know, hey, thisis what we're hearing. So I just

just think about this for one second, like how many different sounds are there
that you can think of? Likeif I gave you one minutes, it's
sixty seconds. Just name off allof the sounds that you can come up
with. You'd probably come up withquite a bit, and you, at
the end of that sixty seconds wouldprobably ever have you even scratched the surface

of how many sounds are out there, And there's more every day. Just
think about music, like how manydifferent styles of music are there? And
then even within those styles of music, how many different bands are interpreting that
style of music completely differently than therest. I mean, I'm nineties alternative
all the way, all the way. And you've got your four big grunge

bands. They all fall with theunder the grunge style of music. Nirvana,
Alice, and Chains, Sound Garden, Pearl Jam Like. Do any
of those four sound even remotely similar? Not even close, not even close?
So how many sounds are there?That means, just think about this,
(18:52):
how many different frequencies are out thereat any given moment for your ear
drum to interpret for that many sounds? How many tastes are there? Again,
I can't even fathom how many thereare. I love to go out
and try new restaurants. I lovetrying new food, I love trying new

tastes. I've probably barely scratched thesurface on everything out there. The point
of all of this is, ifyou haven't picked up on it already,
what we perceive as our reality withour five senses on a day to day
(19:40):
basis, at any minute, allthat it is is electrical impulses stimulating our
brain to tell us what it isthat we're seeing at any moment. That's
all it is. You know,if you think about, like the theory
(20:06):
that we're just in a simulation,Well, that's that's some great evidence for
it, because if everything is justfrequencies and vibrations and nothing is actually real,
not this table, this desk,this is not really solid. It's
(20:30):
not really slight. Just feels solidbecause the molecules of my hand can't pass
through the molecules of this desk.But I've been told that it's solid.
Is it? Is it? Really? It's just a bunch of molecules that
are grouped together. There's still plentyof space in between those molecules. You

know, think about when you're playinga video game, Like, have you
ever been so into a video gamelike this? What happens to me from
time to time You're playing a videogame and you fall from like a high
surface, or like you jump offof something, and you get like that
feeling in the pit of your stomachlike you're falling with that character in the
game. You're not really in thegame. You're just like mentally feeling it,

you're mentally stimulating with it. That'sthe same thing. If I was
to go out and if I wasto fall, am I really falling?
Am I really falling, because allthat that is, that falling sensation,
is just electrical impulses stimulating a certainpart of my brain. You know,
not to take, not to takethe wonder and amazement of our universe and

how everything is composed and how everythingcomes together. Like if you think about
everything we're talking about here, Yes, I'm simplifying things down to just a
biological level, but the designed behindall of this is mind boggling, Like
how how did this ever come about? Just think about that. You have

a human body who is immersed ina sea of frequency at all times and
is able to interpret those frequencies completelydifferently depending on what sense is being activated
at that time, and you canactivate multiple senses at that time. I
(22:30):
mean, taste and smell are correlated. If you lose your sense of smell,
you lose your sense of taste.But I can be seeing something and
hear it at the same time andsmell it at the same time. But
knowing that there's so much more thanthat out there. There's more than just
(22:55):
electrical impulses being stimulated in my brain. Life is way more than that.
But we have to boil it downto that level. You have to get
this basic understanding. You have tounlearn everything that you were quote unquote taught
in your government school education and understandthat life is so much more than that.

Once you take all of that awayand go back to the basics and
just understand how the human body worksand what these senses are, and that
all we are. We are essentiallylike an antenna. We walk around picking
up frequencies and vibrations all over theplace all day long, twenty four hours

a day, seven days a week. That is all we do. So,
now that we've established that our sensesare electrical stimulated impulses within our brain,

what is the past and what isthe future? Now? Are there
events that occurred previously in your life? Absolutely, there's no denying that they
occurred. Of course they occurred.You have them, you have a recollection
(24:26):
of them, you have a memoryof them. And are there things that
will occur tomorrow that you can potentiallyexpect? Sure, Like I know tomorrow,
I'm gonna wake up, I'm gonnaget a glass of water, I'm
gonna get my day started, I'mgonna have my butter coffee with my butter

and coconut oil. Those things aregoing to happen. So I'm already preparing
myself. I'm I'm wrapping my mindfor a memory that is about to happen,
and then after it happens, itconverts it into my brain and becomes
the past. So we're coming upon a break. We're going to dig

more into this talking about the pastand the future and what is now?
What is going on now, andwhat is why is it so important to
figure out the past and the futureand how this all ties in the therapists.

really just interpretations of your brain.So we've talked about the five senses and
laid the groundwork on all the wayback to like biology one O one,

like science from elementary school. Everythingis based on frequency. All five of
your senses are just frequency. Interpretationdevices for your brain to be able to
tell it what it is seeing orsmelling or hearing or tasting or touching.

So, now that we've established thatyour brain works on electrical impulses, everything
that we see and hear and touchand taste and feel around is an electrical
impulse in our brain. We're pickingup the frequencies and interpreting those frequencies.
So now there's my question, whatis that memory that you're holding onto from

the past. Is it is ittruly, truly just a traumatic experience that
is hanging out there somewhere in thepast and following you or your life,
holding you back, messing you up. Or is it simply an electrical impulse
(27:51):
in your brain that you're interpreting acertain way. Now, please understand,
as I start to go through this, please understand that I am not in
any way minimizing traumatic experiences. I'vebeen through my own. I've been through,
and I've I still deal with someof the PTSD. There's actually a
(28:17):
syndrome called post incarceration syndrome disorder.It's very very similar to PTSD, but
it's specific to incarceration because, Imean, let's be real, that ship
will mess you up. And itdid. Man, it broke me a
couple of times. I still Ithink I've talked about this in the past,
(28:41):
but every so often. Hasn't happenedto me for a few years now,
you know, I'm little by little, I'm getting better and I'm and
I'm overcoming it. But I usedto I had this tick like when I
first got when I first got rested, like mentally, just it broke because
(29:07):
my world came just crashing down onme in a very short period of time.
I mean we're talking like the matterof twenty four hours. Everything I
knew was gone, and it messedme up, and something in my brain
broke, like it was too muchfrom my brain to process and so if
(29:29):
I got too stressed out it.The best way that I could describe it
was like my brain was on likea record player that was skipping. Like
my body would shake like tremble,like almost like seizures, but not quite
to that extent. And I couldn'ttalk. It was like my brain was
stumbling over itself. I couldn't finishsentences. I would stumble, I would
(29:56):
stutter, I would lose like Iwould be speaking a sentence and I would
completely lose the train of thought.It would just go away. And I
remember one part, like there wasone day I was out running errands I
don't remember, and I looked upat a sign and then I looked down,
and then I looked back up again, and it was completely different words.
(30:18):
And I don't mean like I,you know, switched the A and
the year round or something like that. I mean like I looked at it
the first time and it said somethingtotally different than what it really said.
And you know, come to findout over time and learning at just my
brain was struggling to process and tohandle everything that was going on. And
(30:41):
it was just an outfred manifestation ofthe stress that I was mentally under Like
I was so stressed that my braincould not process those frequencies very well.
Like it was it was processing somuch. It was like, dude,
I can't even handle anything else rightnow. I don't even know what that
means. I don't have time forthis. So yeah, I know about
(31:07):
traumatic experiences, and mine is adrop in the bucket compared to what other
people have gone through. And Iunderstand that, and I am not minimizing
that. What I am saying iswhen you look back at your past and
you realize that all that's happening whenyou are accessing that memory of something from
(31:33):
the past, it's an electrical stimulationthat is going on in your brain that
is just stimulating that little part wherethat memory is held so that you can
bring it back up again so thatyou can remember it. Here's the thing.
Your body can not understand the differencebetween past, present, and future
(32:04):
because all of it is electrical stimulationwithin your brain. So whether you're remembering
something from the past, or whetheryou're experiencing something right now, or whether
you're thinking about something in the futurethat may or may not occur, the
same biological process is happening in yourbody. Your brain has an electrical stimulation
(32:30):
that's going off and it's triggering thatpart, so you physically, your body
physically interprets this as if it ishappening right now. So when you dwell
in the past, have you andlet's let's even do this. Let's let's
(32:55):
talk about a specific example. Haveyou ever been through like a really really
tough breakup, a really difficult breakup, maybe not even romantically, maybe a
friend, Like have you ever losta friend? Have you ever quote unquote
(33:16):
broken up with a friend, ormaybe it was a relative. Maybe you
just cannot have a healthy, functionalrelationship with a member of your family and
you had to cut him off atsome point for your own mental health.
Think back to that, Think backto that moment when that conversation happened and
(33:40):
you finally made that decision, ormaybe they made it for you. I
don't own the decision was made.This is done. This relationship is over,
romantic, friendship, familial, whateverit might be. Remember how your
(34:00):
heart ached to Remember how you maybeyour gut tensed up a little bit and
you could just almost physically feel yourchest tighten up, like your heart was
really breaking, Like physically, that'swhat it almost felt like. Can you
(34:25):
feel it now even a little bit? I know I can when I'm thinking
about that. And you know why, because my brain does not understand that
that happened long ago, so it'sexperiencing it right now as if it's happening
(34:45):
right now. Because here's the trick, here's the catch that you're not told
about in school, especially. Timeis not how we understand it. It
(35:06):
is not linear. And I'm notgoing to go down this rabbit hole because
believe me, I have a veryvery very small grasp of this topic.
When it comes to quantum space time, I don't. I do not know
enough about it to go much furtherthan this explanation right here. But time
(35:30):
is not as we understand it.There is only now. The past is
simply electrical stimulations within your brain thatare triggering that one part of your brain
that stores that memory so that youcan bring that memory back up, and
then your body experiences it as ifit is right now again, because biologically
(35:54):
there is nothing but right now.Nothing Your body doesn't understand it's right now.
Remember that movie that you saw likea couple of years ago, absolutely
(36:14):
loved it, best movie you eversaw. Remember it? Yep, your
brain remembers it like it's just rightnow. That feeling you had as you're
coming out of the theater and ohmy god, that was an amazing movie.
I gotta tell everybody about it.Yeah, you're feeling it right now.
(36:37):
The same thing goes for the future. Here's the thing. The future
has yet to be written. Andif I was to say the future,
(36:58):
well, what really is that?Like, what is the future If we're
talking about the future being like tomorrow, well, when tomorrow comes, it's
it's going to be now. Ifyou if you picture in your mind,
(37:23):
you know, the saying of likethe carrot and the stick. Maybe you've
seen it on like the Looney Tunescartoons. I know I remember some of
them where somebody's wearing like a contraptionon their heads, like a metal band
wrapped around their head, and there'sa stick sticking out in front of them
with a carrot dangling on a string, and they're chasing the carrot. But
(37:49):
they're never going to catch the carrotbecause it's it's just right out there in
front of them. It's stationary.It doesn't ever get closer or further away.
It's always right out there. Thatis the future. The future is
(38:09):
all in your mind. And here'sthe interesting part about the future. Whereas
the past is interpreting events that havehappened in your life and just the electrical
stimulation pulling it back up your brainrelives it is if it's happening right now,
(38:30):
like that's an event that happened.The future you make up in your
head like like think about this,think about this. And I'm going to
keep this related to business because Joeand I during the break, we're having
to talk about business, and Istruggled. I struggle with it too.
But maybe if you own your ownbusiness, or even if you don't,
(38:52):
even if you have like a dayjob, you probably still get this.
There's times that you worry if you'regonna have a job, like next week,
next month, next year, whateverit is. You know, the
economy is a little bit in upheaval. You see jobs being cut left and
right. Companies are going under bedbath and beyond went under. I mean,
(39:13):
how long have they been around.That was a big company and now
they're gone. So things are influx, things are in transition. You
don't know if you're going to havethat job. That's some insecurity. And
here's the thing. When you sitdown and you start to worry about that,
then you think, oh my gosh, I'm not gonna have a job.
(39:35):
Oh my gosh. If I don't, if I don't have this job,
I'm not gonna be able to paymy bills. I don't have the
money to pay the bills. I'mgonna lose the house, I'm gonna lose
the car. My wife will leaveme, Like what, this is going
to be the worst thing that's everhappen. I don't even know what to
do now, dude, You've literallyjust made that whole thing up in your
head. None of that happened.None of it happened. But we are
(40:01):
mentally rejecting ourselves out into an unknowntime at some point down the road in
the future quote unquote, and creatingthis whole scenario. And again, remember
your brain does not understand the differencebetween past, present, and future.
(40:27):
So when we project ourselves out intothe future mentally and think, oh my
gosh, this is gonna be sohorrible. What happens if I lose my
job, I'm not gonna have anymoney, I'm gonna lose the house,
I'm gonna lose the cars. Yourbody is experiencing all of that right now.
Your body physically is feeling I lostthe house, I lost to the
car, I lost my wife,I have no money. It's experiencing all
(40:52):
of that stress as if it's happeningat this exact moment. So now now
is everything because it's all there is. The past and the future are just
(41:14):
electrical impulses stimulating different parts of yourbrain for your body to experience right now.
So remember this. The next timethat somebody tries to tell you that
(41:35):
something from your past should still beheld against you today, that something from
your past should make you feel lessthan that something from your past should make
you feel inferior to quote unquote normalpeople, because all it is, it's
(42:00):
just an electrical stimulation in your brain. Did it happen, Yeah, of
course it did. It happened toyou. So what it's over and it's
done with now is what matters,not back then, because that's gone.
That happened. So now what areyou going to do? Because any time,
(42:29):
any time that you project yourself backto that, any time, like
I still struggle with it any timethat I get held back or someone oh
turns me down for an application ofsome kind, like for a job or
shoot. I remember a couple ofyears ago, I tried to join like
(42:49):
a business group, like a networkinggroup where you get together, you know,
once or twice a month or oncea week or whatever it is,
and everybody helps each other with leads. You get up there and he's,
oh, yeah, here's my perfectcustomer. This is what I'm looking for.
Yeah. I had to fill outan application and I got turned down
because I had a record like,are you serious. I'm not allowed to
(43:10):
own a business. I'm not allowedto help support your businesses because of something
from my past. And yeah,you know what. That puts me back
in that mindset sometimes, and Iwork on it. I'm not perfect by
any means, but when that stuffhappens, absolutely it brings me right back
(43:35):
to that moment, and I haveto mentally bring myself back here to the
present, to the now and saythat is not now. That has happened,
it is over, it is donewith. That is not who I
am now. This is who Iam now. I determine who I am
now. And here's the other thing. The future. The future again,
(44:00):
it's just the stimulations of electrical impulsesin your brain. You can write whatever
future you want. But here's therub. We think about a future where
(44:29):
we can be successful and where wecan be happy, and where we can
feel fulfilled and live out our purpose. But then we go back to the
past to try to tell ourselves whywe can't have that future because of this
instance from the past. I reallywant to be successful, but I screwed
(44:50):
up this one time. I wouldreally love to be happy. I don't
deserve happiness because I messed up twentyyears ago. And we're bouncing back and
forth between the future and the pastand the future and the past, and
your brain is firing all these impulsesall over the place, and you're experiencing
all of it right now, becausethat's all there is. So the trick
(45:15):
here is to learn how to reframesome of the instances from your past.
And how do you do that?Really simple, really simple to start.
Simple and easy are two different things. It's simple, somewhat difficult to actually
(45:37):
put into practice and keep moving forwardwith. That's why you need help.
That's why I need help. That'swhy I use a coach. Go back
and take that memory. Take thememory that is sticking in your brain,
the one that you feel is holdingyou back, that one event that happened
in your past that just you're ashamedof. You hate it, it's painful,
(46:01):
it still affects you to this day. Think of it. Get a
pen and paper and write down someof the positive things that happened because of
it. Because if you can beginto look at these events that have happened
(46:24):
in the past in a more positiveand constructive light, you can then begin
to take that same energy and projectthat into your future. So when your
body is experiencing the past and thefuture as you fluctuate between both, instead
(46:51):
of beating yourself up and constantly relivingthe most horrible, shameful moments of your
life, now you're going back andreliving a moment that brought some pretty good
and positive changes into your life.And if that event in the past brought
(47:13):
some positive changes into your life,well maybe I can begin to do that
in the future as well. Maybethe future is not so scary if I
understand that I can reframe that thinkingand have something positive and constructive happened to
(47:39):
