In this bonus episode of Surviving Trump, Bella Goode closes out Season 1 — a year of straight talk about what’s happening inside our government, who’s driving the agenda, and how those decisions affect everyday Americans. Over 56 episodes, this season broke down Trump’s second-term plans with a singular  mission: expose the unqualified people running his administration and the egregious actions and policies shaping the future.

Season 1 covered:

  • the Pillars of Democracy (5 episodes)
  • Donald Trump (6 episodes)
  • Elon Musk (6 episodes)
  • Tariffs (3 episodes)
  • National Security (3 episodes)
  • Trumps first 100 days (4 episodes)
  • Project 2025 (6 episodes)
  • Crypto and Corruption (5 episodes)
  • NOAA and FEMA (6 episodes)
  • Political Violence (3 episodes)
  • ICE (6 episodes)
  • Taxpayer Waste (1 episode)

By the end of the year, the pattern was unmistakable: every action-all the chaos- fit into a larger strategy.

Season 2 will explore this strategy —digging deep into Project 2025 and its ties to White supremacy.

It uncovers the fear motivating the administration and its base: the recognition among many White conservatives that demographic change is about to threaten their political dominance.

And, we will  show how this ideology becomes federal power — through redistricting, census manipulation, voter suppression, civil-rights rollbacks, loyalty purges, enforcement tactics, and propaganda built on grievance.

Every episode follows the same goal: show how demographic fear becomes policy, from the White House down to local election offices- the very policies aimed at preserving a White America.

This is information every American needs to understand.

Season 2 premieres January 8th.

Until then, Bella takes a break for rest, reflection, and time with family and friends.

Thank you for listening, reading, and supporting this work.

See you January 8th.

Bella Goode is a pseudonym — but the voice, research, and mission are all real. A Republican turned Democrat advocate in 2016, I was raised by middle class parents in Pennsylvania. I’m a former marketing executive, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner with an MBA from Wharton and a Master’s in Psychology from Penn. I spent decades telling stories in the business world; now I use those skills to connect the dots in American politics.

I’m here because the truth matters — and because the stakes have never been higher. Surviving Trump isn’t lighthearted. It’s clarity, evidence, and a fight for the future of our democracy.

Bella Goode (00:03):
Hi, I'm Bella Goode and welcome to Surviving Trump.
Today's episode is a littledifferent.
It's a bonus episode to closeout season one and to let you
know what's coming next.
56 episodes, dozens ofinvestigations, and a community
of readers and listeners whostayed with me through a year

(00:24):
when many people just wanted tolook away.
The news has been overwhelming.
This past season, season one, wecovered the pillars of our
democracy.
We covered Donald Trump's secondterm agenda, project 2025,
national security, corruption, taxpayer waste, Elon Musk's,

(00:47):
political influence, tariffs, the budget bill, crypto,
political violence, and what'shappening inside fema, noah, and
ice.
My goal all year was simple.
Connect the dots, explain what'sactually happening, and give you
the information you need withoutthe hype.

(01:09):
But now we're turning to seasontwo.
We're going to look at a commonthread, and that thread is the
fear that shaping Trump's secondterm agenda.
What fear you ask?
Well, it's the fear amongstwhite conservatives that
demographic change willultimately mean a loss of

(01:32):
political power.
Season two opens with a fiveepisode foundation series called
Fear of Change.
Fear of Losing Power.
These first episodes lay out thetheory behind this moment.
We start with a hypothesis thatmuch of what we're seeing from
policy to propaganda serves onegoal, which is preserving white

(01:57):
political dominance, AKA whitesupremacy.
We define the core ideas, tracehow modern white supremacy
operates and show how theappearance of chaos often masks
a coordinated plan, rooted indemographic fear.
From there, we walk through thenumbers that keep coming up in

(02:19):
this story, who's getting older, who's having kids, and how the
country is changing.
We look at why some people seethose changes as a threat to
their political power.
That fear is what's drivingpolicies meant to slow the shift
that is more deportations, tighter limits on who can come
here, and even efforts to takeaway birthright citizenship from

(02:44):
certain kids.
We also take a step back andshow where this thinking is
coming from.
It goes all the way back toslavery, segregation, and later
the law and order politics thatwe're really keeping white
control in place.
Finally, in episode six of thisfoundation series, we connect

(03:04):
that old mindset to what'shappening right now.
Project 2025 is the plan that'spulling it all together using
government rules, data, andmedia to keep that power
structure in place.
The Foundation Series lays outtwo big questions that drive all
the episodes in season two.

(03:26):
Who gets counted as an American?
And the second question is, doesevery American have a fair
chance to vote?
Those two answers are where thereal fight for power is
happening After setting thestage, season two, transitions
into the main storyline, thepsychology strategy, political

(03:48):
plan behind white supremacy inthe current day.
Over the next 25 episodes or so,we'll walk through how Project
2025 translates demographic fearinto federal power.
We begin with the systems andpolicies that determine who gets
counted.
As an American, we look atredistricting manipulation, mass

(04:12):
deportations, the push to endbirthright citizenship, efforts
to erase undocumented immigrantsfrom the census, and the
suppression of race andethnicity, data.
Then we shift to enforcement, how the state becomes the
instrument of hierarchy throughweakened voting rights,

(04:33):
protections, voter purges,intimidation of election
workers, dismantling civilrights agencies, and rewriting
the rules to elevate reversediscrimination claims.
From there, we examine how fearbecomes a management tool inside
the government itself.

(04:53):
We break down refugee bans, limits on asylum attacks on
early and same day voting, criminal charges aimed at
election officials and loyaltypurges throughout the civil
service.
Once we've traced thatmachinery, we move into how
Project 2025 seeks to shape thesocial order through cuts to

(05:14):
minority business and educationopportunities, mass
incarceration tactics, housingand language policies that
create new forms of segregationand propaganda campaigns built
around white grievance.
The season closes with a seriesof episodes that pull the entire

(05:36):
blueprint into view.
We look at the dismantling ofoversight attempts to sabotage
election certification, and thenormalization of grievance based
governance.
The final episode ties all thepieces together and prepares us
for season three, where we willtrack these systems in real time

(05:57):
as we head towards the 2026midterms.
The overall goal of season twois to be aware of what's
happening.
Stop the white supremacymovement before more damage to
our country is done.
My season two premier is onJanuary 8th.
Until then, I'm taking a quietbreak over the holidays.

(06:19):
Time to reset, reflect, and stepback from the chaos.
I hope you too, get some of thatspace time with people you love.
Time to breathe and time toreconnect with what matters
most.
Thank you truly for everylisten, every read, every share,
and every encouraging note thatyou've sent me this year, your

(06:43):
why.
This work continues.
