For every one person who chooses to share their story, there are dozens more who will struggle to even consider sharing anything of the horror they've suffered.
Toni has bravely chosen to share some of her story of trans-generational physical and mental abuse, at the hands of a narcissist. The tragedy and pain of the impact not only on her life, but the lives of her innocent children and grandchildren.
Her journey through the nightmares, to experience a glimmer of hope, while still trying to avoid the constant fear and lack of trust in forming new relationships after finally getting out of her controlling relationship.
Toni shares how important it is to go with your gut, and watch out for red flags, to avoid experiencing the same thing that happened to her.
