In this episode, we dive deep into our trash—literally. Inspired (we think?) by one of the many podcasts we listen to, we spent a full week tracking everything we threw away. From donut bags and mac & cheese pouches to mystery pillow pieces and fast-food wrappers, no scrap was too small to log.
We weren’t totally prepared for how personal this would get (you’re about to learn a lot about our eating habits), but the experience was eye-opening—and kind of hilarious. We talk about how Lent, Costco, and a love for snacks shaped our waste, why composting and Terracycle are MVPs, and what we learned about our sustainability habits just by paying attention.
Tune in for some real talk, laughs, and maybe a little motivation to peek in your own trash can.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
