How Undercover Cop Overcame A Nervous Breakdown with Paul McAneny

Paul McAneny was told by his teacher at school that he will never be successful in life.

And by the time he turned 19 years of age he joined the Police Force.

Being a police officer you are exposed to all walks of life and you are faced with suicides, deaths, robberies, drug overdoses as an everyday occurrence.

After 14 years in the Police Force and Paul didn't have the skills to deal with tragedy. Paul's son and brother passed away during this time and he was having nightmares and drinking heavily. All the stress Paul was experiencing he had a nervous breakdown. Paul didn't have the skills to deal with tragedy and he felt fake and living a life full of lies.

Paul was introduced to Paul Blackburn who was with the Australian Institute of Sport to help him overcome his breakdown.

Paul didn't know that all that up to that point in his life that he could take control of his life and create new patterns for success. He didn't have to keep feeling the way he was. There was a way to improve his life and change the current programming he had in his mind.

For Paul this was a revelation. He had never seen nor heard that he could change the way he thought and the type of language he used and could use the 'mindset stuff' to benefit him. He learned how to control his mind when dealing with stress and how to let go of the past.
