Apefa not only talks about the hours upon hours spent in the various components, but also coverts that time into real money: staff wages. Apefa breaks down her article and the various alterations to RA hiring processes to intentionally look at how we are investing our resources. At the end of the show, we talk about the publishing process and how Apefa grew throughout her experience of publishing her first article.
