Andre Heimgartner

Beginning his car racing career at age 12, Andre Heimgartner became the youngest driver in the world to win a Formula Ford Championship at age 15. Fast forward ten years and Andre has cemented himself as driver on the rise in the Australian Supercars championship scoring himself a trio of podiums in the past couple of seasons.

We go behind the scenes to hear about his simulator preparation for the current E Series and how he got his role to join the Renault Formula 1 squad for the opening round of the Virtual F1 Championship. Andre explains how his rigorous training program hasn't stopped during the lock-down & what role this has played in his stark rise up the Supercars leaderboard.
