hi friend!
welcome back & happy fall, y'all!
i just love this transitional time into a new season! it's full of so much promise, opportunity & especially for this season, it's cooler temperatures, pumpkin everything & the smell of new beginnings.
on today's episode we're talking about the two things that you can do right now at the start of this season to call in new energy & growth.
#1: declutter/donate/create space in your actual living space. i don't know about you but i've had pilesssss of things lying around since the wedding & with this new energy -- & really a break at work -- i'm ready to clean up & regroup my physical space.
one thing i will caution you on - especially if you're easily overwhelmed with decluttering is to start with a small space. don't tackle your closet or kitchen if you don't have the mental capacity to do it quite yet otherwise you will make a bigger mess & then find yourself extra overwhelmed & frustrated.
#2: take time to reflect on how far you've come - or how many lives you've lived - since 2019! actually take a second to think about where you were in 2019 & where you are now. it's kinda mind blowing! taking the time to reflect will help you put things into perspective & will allow you to either celebrate yourself -- which you should be doing no matter what -- or will allow you to evaluate & make changes going forward.
press play to hear the full scoop & then head over to instagram & let me know which part resonated with you the most & how you plan on full embracing this fall energy.
as always, so grateful for you. xoxoxo
