The Spirit of the Lord is here.
There's a fire that is burning, and we are so grateful for the
movements of God, for the moveof God, this prophetic movement
(01:06):
that is happening even now.
This is middle of the week,Wednesday.
Wednesday, midweek refreshingfire.
Thank you so much for tuning into Sweet Fire the podcast.
Intercessor, why don't you givethe people a big God bless you?
Good evening, people of God.

God bless each and every one ofyou.
Thank you for tuning in to SweetFire the Podcast.
Uh, divine moment, divineopportunity, divine grace.
Uh, this is our moment.
This is our hour.
Looking forward to talking aboutit.
Looking forward to talking aboutit.
Don't hesitate.
(01:49):
Now, when we say don't hesitate, there's a reason why we're
saying don't hesitate.
There's a reason the thought,the word came, don't hesitate.
No longer postpone theassignment, the move of God for
your life, um, what God hascalled and chosen you to do.
There are many hindrances.
If we go back to even the tagfor Sweet Fire the Podcast, it's
(02:12):
how to survive the flame whenwhat attracts you burns.
There are many hindrances thattry to prevent, present
themselves, to prevent us frommoving forward, to present, to
pre uh prevent us, excuse me,from being productive, to
prevent us uh from beingsuccessful, to prevent us from
(02:34):
that prayer life that God hascalled us to, from the ministry,
uh, from using our voice uh as atool for God uh to draw people
to Him.
Uh there are childhood traumas, intercessor, trap childhood
traumas.
Even I heard this while we werepreparing.
There are parents who are beingdisrespected, uh, being bullied
(02:57):
by their own children.
So there are many things uh thatoccur in life that present
themselves to try uh to preventus from moving forward, from
moving forward.
Why don't you address that?
Yeah, absolutely.
Various um things, various uhexperiences that you know um
(03:20):
life brings about.
Just, you know, life itself willbirth so many different
experiences.
Each one of us, you know, wehave specific experiences that
we endure in life, right?
But then there's such arelatability, though the
experience is you knowindividual specific.
There's a relatability therebecause those experiences, the
(03:44):
enemy, you know, uses to try tosnatch, you know, our identity
in God.
The enemy uses those experiencesto try to stop, you know, the
good, acceptable, perfect willof God from manifesting in our
lives.
You know, that's what thosehindrances are all about.
The question is, how do wesurvive those hindrances?
(04:08):
How do we survive the flame, youknow, the burns that we
experience as a result of thosehindrances?
And there's many people today,uh, they don't know how.
Right.
And I know for years, for years,I didn't know how.
But we continue to grow in age.
We get older, but yet, you know, the wounds they remain open.
(04:33):
And as a result, those openwounds, we're hindered.
Though we're getting older,we're hindered and not, you
know, developing spiritually.
You know, how to survive blamewhen what attracts you.
So there's an attraction there,it's appealing.
(04:54):
What has been appealing to you?
What has has attracted you,listeners?
What has been attractive to youthat end up hurting you, that
end up afflicting you, thatcaused you pain, that stopped
you in your tracks, that causedyou uh setbacks in your life
that caused you uh to experiencesome chaos and some trouble and
(05:15):
some trauma?
What has caused you to shedtears of pain in your life?
What are those things that youwere attracted to?
Was it a relationship?
Was it an intimate relationship?
Uh could it be uh alcohol?
What attracts us that that ityou know it seems sweet, it's it
(05:38):
it it looks beautiful, it'slike, oh yes, but then here
comes the pain.
And you asked a question, andwe're gonna put it out there
because there are severaldynamics, several elements that
cause us pain that try to hinderus, uh, to cause us to hesitate
or to stop moving forward inwhat God has called us to.
(05:58):
You said, what's one of the mostpressing, uh disturbing things
that women are faced with?
What are the changes?
What are the strongholds?
I mean, what's really going on?
Don't forget now, this thisseries, Heaven Has My Back, is a
fact.
And so that's why we're sharinguh this this particular episode,
(06:21):
this this episode todayregarding those things that
attract us, that cause us uh tobe hindered, or or uh that that
causes us uh to stumble or totrip up.
What are those things?
What women, what's that onepressing thing in your life that
(06:43):
has stuck with you?
Remember, we talked about thethorn?
It's pressing, it never leaves.
God won't remove it, but you canmake it through it, right?
You can still carry the torch, come on, that God has given you
to carry.
You can still fulfill themission.
My God, come on, come on, youcan still fulfill the mission,
(07:06):
absolutely, you know.
Um going back to there's apeople who they don't
necessarily know how to come upfrom you know that pain.
They don't know how to come upunder that, you know, that
experience that just that'ssuppressing them.
(07:27):
They don't know how to step outand how to survive it.
You know, and many are are ofage now, you know, maybe in
their 30s, 40s, 50s, and youknow, there's that level of of
shame and embarrassment.
They don't want to admit thatthey have yet to survive that
flame.
They have yet to survive thatexperience, you know, that took
(07:51):
place so many years ago.
But we're here on this eveningto let you know that there's
nothing to be ashamed.
There's no reason to be ashamedif you don't understand how to
come from up under thatexperience.
But it is possible becauseheaven has your back.
(08:12):
It is possible to survive thatthe flame, that to survive that
experience, to survive thatwound.
And when you were ministeringearlier, one of the things that
I heard very uh clearly, Doctor,is church hurt.
Oh, yeah, there's a lot ofpeople walking around with
church hurt, and because ofthat, and we're talking about
(08:35):
some deep-rooted church hurt,some deep-rooted church hurt.
Many are walking around, and asa result of the pain, the
devastation that they face, evenin the church, you know, they're
they're wanting to stay away, they're allowing that experience
(08:56):
to keep them distant from God.
But we're here on this eveningto let you know that pain that
you experienced from church, thepain that you experienced from
that pastor, that bishop, whoever it was, heaven has your
back.
And you are able to survive itbecause heaven has your back.
(09:20):
It's time, it's time to you knowto take that experience, people
of people of God, people allover listeners, tune in right
now.
Take that experience, the weightof that pain, and release it and
give it to God.
Wherever that pain stems from, release it and give it to God.
How to survive?
How to survive it?
(09:41):
There's a song that says, I willmake the darkness light before
thee.
And whatever's wrong, God said,I'll make it right.
Yes, I think it says beforethee.
All of your battles I will fightthem for thee.
And the high place, God said,I'll bring it down.
How do you survive that flame?
(10:01):
You carry that torch.
Yeah, carry your own torch, allow that to and understand
when we talk about a torch, itis the mission.
You're carrying your torch, themission, you're carrying the
torch, the light, the presenceof God.
Cling to Him.
My God, draw nigh to Him.
(10:22):
Redic rededicate in your prayertime in your prayer life.
Yes, I know it's difficult.
Yes, I know it's a struggle.
Been there, but this is the wordI heard.
Uh, don't give up.
Don't give up.
It's up to us to trust him.
It's up to us to trust him.
(10:42):
Lord, I don't know how you'regonna do it, but I'm just gonna
put my trust in you.
I don't know how you're gonna doit, God, but I'm gonna cling to
your hand.
I'm gonna hold on to you.
I'm not gonna let you go untilyou bless me.
I'm not gonna let you go untilyou bring me out.
I'm not gonna let you go untilyou deliver me, till you help
me, until you strengthen me,till you empower me.
(11:04):
Oh my God.
Allow the torch, the presence ofGod to guide you through, my
Lord, that dark place.
Allow the flame, the light ofGod to illuminate your pathway
while you're on your mission, while you're on the journey, you
can survive the flame thatattracted you.
Come on, as we get ready toclose.
(11:25):
Yeah, as we get ready to close, you know, that's that's
something uh uh that I had tocome to realize for myself.
You know, I was going about myday, day to day, day to day,
even going to church, you know, and and serving in ministry all
the while, you know, foolingpeople, but I wasn't fooling God
(11:46):
because he saw the open wounds,he saw the broken heart, he saw
the devastation, you know, andhe had to minister to me and let
me know.
I know, I know, give it to me.
I even know that you're angrywith me, give it to me.
I know that you're blaming me,give it to me, and I had to make
(12:09):
that conscious decision formyself to give it to God.
Though I was angry with him,though I didn't understand,
though I was a hurt, devastatedwoman, young lady, I had to make
that conscious decision to pickup the pain and put it at his
(12:29):
feet, and to remain at his feet, right alongside that pain, under
humbling myself under his mightyhand.
And it was then and only thenthat God was able to begin to
deal with me.
We have to make that decision, people of God, listeners on this
(12:52):
evening, to trust God eventhough it hurts, and when we
make that decision, then andonly then will he open up our
spiritual eyesight, and we willbehold to see the truth of our
true reality, and that is heavenhas your back.
(13:15):
Heaven has your back.
And I appreciate you sharingthat.
I was hearing this in closing.
Um pray for those who have hurtyou, who have despitefully used
you, who have uh called you outof your name, who have uh abused
(13:35):
you or caused you harm, did youwrong, stabbed you in the back,
turned their back on you.
I hear that.
Pray for them so you can bereleased, forgive them, forgive
yourself, my God.
So you can be released, and sothat you can move forward, so
(13:57):
you can take that significantstep.
Pray for those who have done youwrong, forgive them so you can
release yourself.
Peace be to you, peace be toyour house, and peace be to all
you have.
