Hello everyone, and welcome back to Sword and Scale Daily,

a week. It's Monday, March seventeenth. I'm your host, Ryan Williams. Alrighty, everyone,
just giving you a quick update. There's not going to
be an episode tomorrow. I am horrifically sick. I don't

(00:22):
even know how I'm making it through this episode, but
I couldn't just leave you guys hanging over the weekend.
So yeah, no episode Tuesday. Be back Wednesday. I just
needed data, get my voice, my breathing under control. Recording
today was pretty tough. I'm not gonna lie. So with
all that said, let's dive into today's episode. A man
in Wisconsin was arrested and charged with murder after he

(00:45):
walked into a police station and reported that his girlfriend
died in their apartment. The victim was found in an
advanced state of decomposition. In Minnesota, a woman was arrested
in charge with two counts of murder and connection to
an alleged shooting. Last week. In Texas, a man was
charged in connection to his wife's murder. Investigators found a
shattered clothing iron not far from the victim's body. All

(01:08):
of this coming at you right now here on Sword
and Scale Daily. On the afternoon of Thursday, February twenty seventh,
a man walked into the Milwaukee Police Administration Building in Wisconsin,
walked up to the front desk, pulled out his phone,

(01:29):
and began speaking Turkish into the Google Translate app. After
he was done speaking, the app spoke and informed an
officer at the front desk that this man's girlfriend was
dead at their apartment on North tenth Street. Officers detained
the man, later identified as twenty four year old Sir
Khan Axelod until they could confirm what he had told them.

(01:49):
When responding officers arrived at the apartment complex on the
thirteen hundred block of North tenth Street, they entered Sircon's
residence and were immediately hit with the overwhelming smell of
death and decay. As the officers made their way through
the apartment, they ended up finding a decomposing body in
the bed of the main bedroom. Investigators as well as
the corner were called to the scene to begin in
death investigation right away. The corner estimated that the victim

(02:13):
had been dead for at least a month based on
the advanced stage of dcomp They also noticed that the
victim had sustained what appeared to be some sharp force injuries.
Investigators would need to speak with Sir kN to get
a clear idea of what had happened to the victim. However,
there was one little problem. Sir Khan needed to go
to the hospital and have emergency surgery. You see, he

(02:34):
told officers during his detainment that he had a nail
in his head. Sure enough, when he was checked out,
there was a nail. Sir Khan was taken to the
hospital and underwent surgery to remove the foreign object. An
X ray revealed that the nail in his head extended
into his brain. After Sir Khan recovered from the surgery,
investigators were finally able to sit down and talk with him,

(02:54):
with assistance from an interpreter. To start, Sir Khan explained
that back on January twenty fourth, he'd gone out to
run an errand for roughly an hour. When he got
back home, he found his girlfriend, Celon Tut, lying on
the ground covered in blood. According to Sir Khan, he
believed Celon was playing a cruel joke on him and
kept trying to get her up He claimed, however, that

(03:15):
when he touched her, she was quote unquote cold as ice.
When investigators asked why he hadn't called nine to one
one or reported her death, he stated that he wasn't
familiar with the laws in America, so instead of calling
for help, Sir Khan decided to grab a pillow from
their bed and placed it under her head. He then
decided to sleep on the ground alongside her body. The

(03:36):
following day, January twenty fifth, Sir Khan went out and
purchased a nail gun. He stated that because he couldn't
go out and purchase an actual firearm, he figured the
nail gun would be the next best thing in order
to commit suicide. Obviously, that didn't work, so Sir Khan
just continued living with Celon's body as it continued decomposing.

(03:57):
Now we know that Sir Khan had to undergo surgery,
and during that time, a lot of evidence was collected
from the apartment, which ties back to this last part.
When investigators inquired as to why Sir Khan decided to
come forward and notify the police when he did, he
stated that the apartment's property manager was coming by on
February twenty eighth, in order to do an inspection, he
would have been caught. Regardless, Sir Khan proclaimed that he

(04:19):
had no involvement in Celon's death, but physical evidence in
the apartment seemed to suggest otherwise. When crime sceneing technicians
applied blue Star throughout the apartment, many areas within the
residents began glowing, indicating a presence of blood. Furthermore, the
blue stars showed that Celon's death likely occurred in a
separate area from where Sir Khan had indicated. When investigators

(04:40):
spoke with Sir Khan and Cilon's neighbors, some of them
were called hearing an argument between the couple on January
twenty fourth, the day Sir Khan claimed that he found
his girlfriend dead and I remember that err in that
Sir Khan said he was running well. Investigators were able
to locate where he had gone and found that he
went to a supermarket and purchased bleach. Nothing else, just bleed,
which not unusual on the slightest bit right. Ultimately, Easter

(05:03):
conn ox Load was arrested and charged with first degree
reckless homicide. He's expected to appear in court on Wednesday,
March nineteenth, for a preliminary hearing. If more details are
revealed at that time, we'll be sure to bring you
an update. On Thursday, March thirteenth, at around one thirty pm,

(05:24):
the Kitston County Sheriff's Office in Minnesota received a nine
to one one call from a woman who wanted to
report an alleged murder. According to the woman, her daughter,
twenty three year old Jordan Hansen, had shown up at
her home and stated that she shot a man on
a two hundred block of Second Street Southwest and Halleck.
Some deputies responded to the reported crime scene, while others

(05:45):
traveled up to meet with the reporting party and the
alleged suspect. When deputies arrived at the home on Second
Street Southwest, they made their way inside and found an
adult male deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. Deputies later
reported that the victim was sitting on the couch when
the shooting occurred. This was based on the blood that
was coming from the victim's head, which had coagulated on
the couch cushions. At the time of this writing, the

(06:07):
victim has not been named. Penning notification of next of
ken now. When deputies met with a reporting party in Jordan.
They attempted to speak with the young woman, but she
was reported as being belligerent and reportedly delusional. It became
quickly apparent that she was under the influence of some
type of substance. She was detained at that time while
other deputies went and spoke with Jordan's mother. According to

(06:30):
Jordan's mother, the twenty three year old was supposed to
be at an impatient treatment facility so she could get
sober and away from drugs, but at some point during
the evening of Wednesday, March twelfth, Jordan snuck out and
had gotten picked up from an individual after leaving the
rehab facility. Whoever picked her up then brought her to
the home on Second Street Southwest. It wasn't until later

(06:50):
that morning when Jordan showed up at her house claiming
that she had allegedly shot and killed a man. Another
witness had also come forward after the shooting and stated
that they were in the home with the victim as
the trio were smoking meth. The witness stated that they
had witnessed the alleged murder before fling from the scene.
That witness has not been identified as it stands Jordan

(07:12):
Hansen has been charged with both second and third degree murder.
She was booked into the Kitston County Jail and her
bond status is not known at this time. The investigation
remains ongoing. When more details are released, will be sure
to bring you an update. On Wednesday, March fifth, at

(07:33):
around seven thirty am, officers with the Houston Police Department
were dispatched to a home on the fifty one hundred
block of Mmaphors Street after receiving reports of a quote
unquote suspicious event. When responding officers arrived on the scene,
they found a man standing in the front door of
the home with his arms up and blood all over
his clothing. The man, who was later identified as thirty

(07:54):
four year old Chance Chavez, was detained and placed into
a patrol car while officers searched the home. Inside, the
officers discovered a woman unresponsive in a bedroom. It was
clear that the victim was suffering from severe injuries, and
paramedics were called to the scene for emergency transport. Unfortunately,
by the time paramedics arrived, the victim, later identified as

(08:15):
thirty two year old Kristin Chavez, was pronounced dead at
the scene. A later investigation revealed that the victim had
died as a result of blunt force. Centuries at the
home crime scene, investigators located a clothing iron that had
been split in two, not far away from where Christen's
body had been found. It's believed that the iron had
been used in the alleged slang. Take a moment to

(08:36):
think about how much force has to be used to
split a clothing iron in two. Investigators also located holes
in the dry wall all around the house, indicating that
a pretty big fight had to have occurred between Kristen
and Chance before the alleged killing took place. It's now
believed that after Christen was killed, Chance walked over to
a neighbor's home, covered in blood and asked for help,

(08:57):
before walking back to his home, where he waited for
the police to arrive. Once news broke of Kristin's death
and her family was notified, investigators learned that four dogs
belonging to Kristin were missing from the home. Later that day,
all four were found dead and abandoned in a rural area.
Kristin's family believes that after Chance allegedly killed her, he

(09:18):
then killed the dogs and went and dumped the bodies
before returning home and going to the neighbor's house. As
it stands, Chance Chavas was booked into jail on a
charge of murder. His bond has been set at two
hundred and fifty thousand dollars, and if Chance does bond out,
he's expected to adhere to strict conditions set by a judge,
including not contacting his wife's family, submitting to random Your

(09:39):
Analysis screenings, and not being in possession of firearms, ammunition,
or any type of weapon. We're going to continue following
this story and bring you an update if new information,
including a potential motive, is released. Thanks so much for
tuning in for today's episode of Sword and Scale Daily. Again, guys,
apologies for a new episode tomorrow. I'm just going to

(10:00):
be focused on resting and getting better and we should
be back Wednesday. If anything comes up, I will make
sure to let you guys know, But in the meantime,
I'm Ryan Williams and we'll see you back here soon.
