In this episode of T Time, we go into more depth on a topic that we’ve mentioned, but never really covered: gender dysphoria. This episode is all about defining gender dysphoria, identifying where it stems from, and offering some tips and resources for how FTMs specifically might work to relieve their dysphoria. Additionally, we touch on a controversial topic amongst trans and non-binary individuals in terms of mental healthcare, and answer a few listener questions while we’re at it!
