Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, little dreamers. I'm Sarah, and to day's magical tale
is called the Satyr and the Traveler. Are you ready?
Let's begin. Once upon a time, in a forest filled
with tall, whispering trees and chirping birds, there lived a
friendly satyr. Now, a satyr is a magical creature who

(00:22):
looks a bit like a person, but with the legs
and horns of a goat. This satyr loved to wander
through the woods, playing his flute and enjoying the peacefulness
of nature. One chilly winter's day, as the snowflakes danced
down from the sky, the satyr was surprised to see

(00:43):
a weary traveler trudging through the deep snow. The traveler
was shivering from the cold, his breath puffing out in
frosty clouds. Feeling sorry for the traveler, the satyr invited
him into his warm cave for some rest and warmth.
Inside the cave, a crackling fire blazed, casting the warm

(01:07):
glow on the stone walls. The satar kindly offered the
traveler a bowl of hot soup. Gratefully, the traveler blew
on the soup to cool it down before taking a sip.
The satyr watched with interest. Why do you blow on
your soup? The satyr asked curiously. Oh, I blow on

(01:28):
it to cool it down so I don't burn my mouth,
explained the traveler. Later, as they were chatting and sharing stories,
the satyr noticed the traveler blowing on his hands. And
why do you blow on your hands? Asked the satyr again,
I'm blowing on them to warm them up. The traveler replied,

(01:52):
the cold outside has made them freeze. Hearing this, the
satyr was very puzzled. He scratched his head and thought
for a moment before speaking. You blow on things to
cool them down and also to warm them up, the
satyr said, slowly, I don't think I can trust someone
who uses the same breath for two opposite things. With that,

(02:17):
the satyr politely but firmly showed the traveler to the door,
wishing him well on his journey. You see, the satyr
learn something important that day. He realized that it can
be hard to trust someone whose words or actions seemed
to change depending on the situation. It's always best to

(02:40):
be clear and honest, just like the satyr, so that
others know where you stand. And with that lesson in mind.
The Sadder continued to play his flute, happily wandering through
the forest. And that's the end of to day's tale,
my little adventurers. I hope you enjoyed the story. If
