I'm just going to do a quicklittle Monday morning podcast
for you this morning, and I'mjust.
These are some things that I amhopeful for you as you go on
your journey this week with allyour family and your kids that
are on the spectrum, and justsome things I jotted down, and
of course this is my little list.

So I'm hopeful that this weekyou and your family don't worry
about the milestones but takeeach step as a stepping stone,
that you laugh more and lesstears, that you increase

learning on both your childrenand yourself.
Long and more eye contact withyour child that's on the
spectrum, a full hug and notjust that lean-in shoulder.
More acceptance of new thingsand people around you accept you
and your child sleep better andlearn to calm the brain at

Less meltdowns, less regressionbehavior Sorry about my dog
barking Eating better, tryingnew foods, try a new activity.
Do a day without an agenda orchange the agenda Extra time

Make a laughter jar.
Write down the little laughtersyou have throughout the day
with your child or your friendsand put the date on there and
the time that you had a goodlaugh.
Make one night a family nightand do something exciting and

fun with your family and teachabout wait time with your
children.
If they want something, set atimer for two minutes and have
them wait.
We all need to learn how to bepatient and wait, and that's one
way to do it.
Don't pray for more patience,because God will give them to
you and you'll be in this longline learning patience, so don't
