So the first thing we need todo is strengthen your pelvic
floor.
This is the muscle group thatcontrols your ejaculation.
When it's strong, you canliterally stop ejaculation

Now I'm going to walk youthrough some quick exercises
that will give you more controlover your orgasms.
You're going to want to dothese daily for best results.
So first we need to find theright muscles.

You should feel a subtle liftinside your body.

right muscles, here's afive-minute daily training plan.
This routine will take justfive minutes to complete.

Next, you're going to do slowholds for about two minutes.

Repeat the whole 10 times,ensuring that you're holding
each for the full 5 to 10seconds.

And then finally, for twominutes, you're going to do
reverse kegels.
This is relaxation training.
Instead of tightening themuscles, now gently push them
out.
This is the reverse kegelInhale deeply as you push the
pelvic floor outward and thenexhale slowly as you relax the

Do 10 to 12 reverse kegels,holding each for 5 to 8 seconds
and relaxing fully between eachone.
So when you first start youmight feel fatigued.
That's normal.
Your pelvic floor is gettingstronger and the more you
practice, the easier it willbecome to hold these positions
for longer.
If you need a little extramotivation to get motivated,

studies show that men who traintheir pelvic floor experience
stronger erections, longerstamina and better orgasm
control.
In one study, 82% of men withpremature ejaculation improved
their control after just 12weeks of practice.
The second step to becoming amulti-orgasmic man is mastering

your breath work.
Most guys don't realize it, butyour breath is what controls
your arousal.
If you're breathing shallow andfast, you'll climax faster, but
if you can control yourbreathing, you can slow down,
spread pleasure throughout yourbody and stay in the game longer

Let's start by practicing howto slow down your arousal when

doesn't build so fast thatyou're done before she's even
begun.
So first, what you're going todo is breathe in deeply through
your nose for four seconds.

You're going to repeat this forfive minutes every day and this

You're going to hold yourbreath for three seconds while

It's the buildup of energy,with edging.
First, you need to train yourbody to handle high levels of
pleasure without losing control.
Now this is called edging.
What you're going to do isbring yourself to about 90% of

an orgasm, where you feel likeyou're just about to finish,
stop all movement and take fivedeep breaths using the slow
breathing technique we justpracticed.
Once you feel in control again,you're going to start back up
this.

Repeat this three to five timesbefore you allow yourself to

Phase two of training yourselfto become a multi-orgasmic man
