But then when you catch them offwork in the supermarket, at the
gas station or something, andyou pull up on them, then they

Now they act like they don'tknow you.

The first person that gets tothe new employee is the toxic

Go to the employee and complainto the new employee about the

Within a week or two, the personthat just got hired gets their
first check and quit becausethey listening to the toxic
employee.

You're gonna get caught with theboss after work in the parking

When you snitching on aco-worker that works next to you
all day for eight plus hours,and you go to the boss and tell
a boss what the coworker isdoing.
Don't you know the boss looks atyou like you're disloyal?
You're closer to the staff thanthe boss is, and you're telling

The boss is looking at you likea snitch.
You don't get brownie points forthat.
You get respected more when youhold it down with your team, not
