One of the best things in the world is when I meet randomly very cool individuals only to discover that behind their gorgeous smile, cool attitude, and kind ora a very talented artist and a remarkable life stories.
This is how I can describe my meeting with Mariam.
Her weaving pieces as she beautifully put it in a word (meditative) which require a lot of patience and imagination. Her paintings on the other hand are romantically aggressive.
We spoke about her background and her life in Lebanon and how being Lebanese have nourished her talent and creativity.
She has been around the world but she felt finally home in Dubai.
